Claims (9)
- Anlage zum Naßklassieren von pulverförmigen Substanzen mit
einer Dispergiereinheit mit einer Dispergiervorrichtung (8),
einer Klassiereinheit,
einem Ansatzbehälter (25) für die Flüssigkeit zum Dispergieren,
einem Zuführsystem zwischen Ansatzbehälter (25) und Dispergiereinheit für die Dispergierflüssigkeit,
einem Abführsystem für den abgetrennten Grobanteil von der Klassiereinheit,
einem Speicherbehälter (31) für die klassierte Suspension und
einem Abführsystem für die klassierte Suspension von der Klassiereinheit zum Speicherbehälter (31),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Dispergiereinheit und Klassiereinheit als kombinierte Dispergier- und Klassiereinheit (12) ausgebildet sind, die eine Schleudertrommel (11) umfaßt,
eine Beschickungseinheit zur Einführung der pulverförmigen Substanz in die kombinierte Dispergier- und Klassiereinheit (12) vorgesehen ist,
der Ansatzbehälter (25) ferner zur Aufnahme der durch Dispergieren hergestellten, zu klassierenden Suspension dient und
ein Abführsystem zwischen der kombinierten Dispergierund Klassiereinheit (12) und dem Ansatzbehälter (25) für die zu klassierende Suspension vorgesehen ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zu- und Abführsystem zwischen Ansatzbehälter (25) und Dispergier- und Klassiereinheit (12) eine Führung der Dispergierflüssigkeit und der zu klassierenden Suspension im Kreislauf ermöglicht.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen in das Abführsystem für die klassierte Suspension eingeschalteten Überwachungsfilter (5) aufweist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Mahleinheit (15) für den abgetrennten Grobanteil aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung zur Rückführung des gemahlenen Grobanteils in den Ansatzbehälter (25) umfaßt.
- Anlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschickungseinheit einen mittels Hebezeug (1) bedienbaren Big-Bag (2) aufweist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Prüfeinheit (10) für die Qualität der zu klassierenden und/oder klassierten Suspension aufweist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Zwischenbehälter zur Lagerung der klassierten Suspension vor dem Speicherbehälter aufweist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dispergier- und Klassiereinheit (12), die Beschickungseinheit, die Mahleinheit (15), der Überwachungsfilter (5) und die Prüfeinheit (10) in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (3) untergebracht sind.
