Definitions
- the present invention relates to a terry or velor fabric and a Process for its production, with a carrier web and one in the Carrier web anchored pile in the form of loops or poles, with a Cotton sling chain, its slings or poles on a surface of the Exit carrier web, and a microfiber loop chain, the loops or poles emerge on the other surface of the carrier web.
- a generic terry or velor fabric is from DE 42 00 278 C1 known.
- Carrier webs are woven in a manner known per se or knitted and with terry or velor fabrics, loops or Poles from the woven, knitted or knitted basic structure go out, provided, whereby the typical for the substances of this type Material properties are justified.
- the loops of a cotton photographic fabric contribute to the absorbency of the material as it does Towels or bathrobes are desired.
- the slings can do that too Keep the basic material at a distance from the user's body, for example at Bed linen so that the bed linen is perceived as pleasantly cool.
- the absorbency (amount of water) of a terry or velor fabric was to improve significantly in the generic prior art proposed to mix microfiber threads on a fabric Surface loops or poles form, the surface being the surface opposite, on which the cotton loops or poles are formed.
- Microfiber threads in the form of multifilament are related to wind and water-repellent clothing fabrics used as flat fabrics.
- the Combination of cotton terry towels with microfiber threads has become popular Proven extremely beneficial in terms of moisture wicking.
- the microfiber poles or loops absorb moisture very quickly and transport them into the terry or velor base material, so that the preserved fabric is particularly suitable for towels, bathrobes, casual clothing etc.
- the present invention Task based on a terry or velor fabric and a process to provide its manufacture, which allows the substance to be to optimally adapt different areas of application. It should Process can be carried out with manageable economic effort.
- the warp rail becomes a completely new type of terry or velor fabric spawned, which has loop chains on both surfaces, the Height is controllable at will.
- the terry or Velor fabric according to the inventive method in terms of desired application area can be optimized.
- the absorption capacity and moisture are to be increased it is desirable to have a larger microfiber height on the surface or Form bottom surface on which the microfiber loop chain is arranged.
- the amount of that on the other surface emerging cotton loop chain of any height are, for example low, to z. B. to produce a light product.
- the terry or Velor fabric is characterized by the fact that the cotton loop chain and the microfiber loop chain from the respective exit surface at the Production of the carrier web are acted.
- the chains can have different heights and the loop threads are in the Mesh stitches knotted. This has the advantage that the strength of the Fabric can be controlled. Depending on the desired use, a loose or firmer tissue can be created. Even the slings can can be cut open to create a velor fabric without the There is a risk that the loops can come loose and fall out.
- a carrier web produced by weaving is used during the Weaving process by a broad knitting process from each surface Loop chain introduced, which are formed from different materials can.
- a novel method for producing a terry towel Velor fabric provided, through which a new type of terry or Velor fabric can be produced.
- other threads instead of the microfiber sling chain other threads can also be used if this is the case Use of the terry is appropriate.
- the drawings show a section in a parallel to the chain, i. H. plane perpendicular to the weft plane on a fabric based terry.
- microfiber threads 30 are also guided around the weft threads 12, however form loops 32, 34, 36, 38 on the upper side, thus forming the Cotton loops 20, 22, 24, 26 are opposite.
- These loops out Microfiber threads have a much faster absorbency than loops made of cotton or other textile materials. So they suck in Processing into a towel or bathrobe on the skin of the Moisture found on the user very quickly and transport it to Outside.
- the height of the microfiber loops 32, 34, 36 and 38 very much much higher than the height of the cotton slings 20, 22, 24 and 26.
- the cotton threads and the microfiber threads can be other suitable ones Materials are used.
