Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for finishing a family of threads according to the Preamble of claim 1 and a device according to the preamble of Claim 6.
- a thread group forming chain threads are included Simple applied.
- the thread sheet is guided through a size bath, then squeezed and finally dried.
- a generic method and a generic device are from DE-C 42 34 279 known
- a method for sizing described fine capillary yarn according to the type of microfilament type in which the yarn (in a first step) with one of the final concentration of the size fleet diluted liquor pre-wetted and (in a second step) to a first residual moisture is squeezed and immediately following the first squeeze with a Treated final sizing fleet and then except for one second residual moisture is squeezed off.
- the size concentration of the diluted pre-network fleet is almost zero; it will essentially used wetting agent or water.
- the pre-network fleet is reduced to one Temperature heated up to about 90 ° C.
- a yarn of the Manufacture microfilament type which has a relatively low-sizing to size-free core and a relatively large amount of sizing agent that is sufficiently stable for weaving containing coat.
- the applicant is aware that in single-stage finishing without pre-wetting Sizing concentration and the sizing temperature by adding steam Ambient pressure and supply of sizing liquor, hereinafter called sizing agent, in adjust the size bath.
- the setting is made so that the thread coulter discharged sizing fleet due to the high sizing temperature evaporating water are constantly replaced.
- the thread family is pre-wetted in a first step and in a second step the thread is already coated with wetting agent and slightly cooled, when it reaches the size bath.
- the pre-wet sheet takes less Size fleet as a dry thread sheet.
- more energy and to warm up the thread sheet provided with wetting agent on the other hand less sizing fleet is required.
- the sizing bath is heated due to the supply of water vapor, it can start off without compensating Measures come to a strong dilution of the size concentration.
- One poses the wash concentration so that it has the desired value after starting reached, the thread coulter is approached with an excess amount of size applied.
- the initial amount is 15 to 20% higher than the desired amount Finishing quantity, the desired finishing quantity only after the first 2000 the thread coulter adjusts up to 3000 m.
- the object of the invention is a method for finishing a family of threads according to the Preamble of claim 1 and a corresponding sizing device according to the Preamble of claim 6, to develop so that a strong dilution of Size concentration when starting is avoided.
- a residual moisture is squeezed off, which enables a stable size concentration in the second step, and the size of the second step via a contact surface indirectly heated at a temperature of 100 to 160 ° C.
- sizing agent instead of water vapor and thus Water is only supplied with energy.
- Different options are one indirect heating of the sizing agent can be used in the sizing bath, such as one or several heating plates or heating coils arranged in the sizing trough, which are separated by a Heating means, such as steam under pressure or thermal oil, or electrically heated.
- the temperature at the contact surface by the heating means of> 100 ° C, a temperature of at least 100 ° C is set. Temperatures between 120 and 140 ° C are particularly advantageous.
- Such slightly increased initial amounts of Sizing agents namely less than about 10%, can be accepted, so that the size concentration was adjusted solely by supplying used size agent can be. Additional measures, such as e.g. described in DE 42 34 279 Measurement of the size concentration and regulation of the size based on Weight measurements or by adjusting the size concentration by a Concentration mixers are no longer necessary.
- the temperature of the size of the second step i.e. the finishing temperature, according to claim 3, reduces the temperature difference already with wetting agent provided slightly cooled thread sheet to the sizing temperature. Those with wetting agents provided thread coulter can be warmed up more quickly. It will use less energy Warm up needed.
- a cooling of the thread sheet wetted in the first step limited to a maximum of 10 ° C in the second step
- the cooling down can be limited by the immediate consequence of the second step the first. This can be achieved through a compact construction of the sizing device be made possible.
- the cooling can also be limited by isolating the Thread sheet through a cover and / or supply of heat to the thread sheet on the Take away from the wetting agent bath to the sizing agent bath. The limitation of cooling ensures the low energy consumption in the second step.
- the residual moisture corresponds the weight of the water based on the weight of the thread sheet.
- the residual moisture the thread group after finishing and squeezing in the second step becomes as in the DE-C 42 34 279 described, at least the same, in most cases set higher.
- a relatively low residual moisture of the thread sheet after the first step prevents a strong dilution of the wash liquor, contributes to a stable one Sizing concentration and has an effect because of the small amount to be heated Wetting agent energetically favorable.
- the sizing agent trough has indirect heating with a flat contact surface.
- the contact surface forms part or all of the bottom of the sizing agent trough, the contact surface of the indirect heating being integrated in the bottom of the sizing agent trough.
- the integration and flatness of the contact surface ensure uniform heating of the size in the size trough without the risk of size build-up on a transition edge or on unevenness.
- the integration of the contact surface in the floor enables a simple and compact construction of the size trough and thus the entire size device.
- the indirect heater has a steam pressure plate Heating plate on.
- a steam pressure plate Heating plate on.
- One, e.g. from two panels that are connected in places existing, steam pressure plate has a low overall height. Also their area is simply open to coordinate the required heat output.
- a compact design of the sizing device according to claim 8 can be achieved by a common Trough of the network unit or the size unit, which through a partition into one Wetting agent trough and divided into a sizing agent trough can be realized.
- a compact design can also be realized in that the Sizing agent trough directly behind the wetting agent trough and with its bottom at approximately the height the last roller of the network unit is arranged.
- the first roller of the Sizing unit close behind and slightly above the last roller of the network unit.
- a minimal length of free path prevents a strong cooling of the thread sheet.
- To heat the Sizing means only a relatively low energy input through the indirect Heating needed. This enables, for example, a relatively small heating plate, which can easily be accommodated in the sizing agent trough.
- a cover of the free route according to claim 9 and possibly a heating device in the cover according to claim 10 are further measures to cool the Prevent thread coulters on their way from the mesh unit to the size unit.
- On common housing of the network unit and the size unit according to claim 11 enable a compact design.
