Claims (15)
- Schlitzdüse zum Beschichten von Materialbahnen (B), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahnen mit Pigmentstreichfarbe,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Verteilerkammer (3) zumindest zwei Zuführkanäle (16) angeschlossen sind, die jeweils eine Einrichtung (22) zur Einstellung des zugeführten Volumenstroms an Beschichtungsmaterial aufweisen.mit einem schlitzförmigen Austrittskanal (7), der sich über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckt, undeiner sich über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckenden Verteilerkammer (3), an die der Austrittskanal (7) angeschlossen ist,
- Schlitzdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführkanäle (16) an dem den Austrittskanal (7) entgegengesetzten Seite angeordnet sind und der Anschlußabstand zwischen zwei Zuführkanälen (16) 100 mm bis 1500 mm, bevorzugt 500 mm bis 800 mm, beträgt.
- Schlitzdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschluß eines Zuführkanals (16) an die Verteilerkammer (3) als Diffusor ausgebildet ist.
- Schlitzdüse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Diffusoren in Richtung zum seitlichen Rand gegen die Senkrechte geneigt an die Verteilerkammer (3) angeschlossen sind.
- Schlitzdüse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Begrenzungswand des Diffusors mit einem Winkel α zwischen 0° und 90°, bevorzugt zwischen 30° und 60°, die gegenüberliegende Begrenzungswand unter einem Winkel β zwischen 10° und 45° an die Verteilerkammer (3) angeschlossen ist.
- Schlitzdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeden Zuführkanal (16) ein Schlauchklemmventil für die Volumenstromeinstellung integriert ist.
- Schlitzdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer oder beiden Längswänden des Düsenkörpers eine Reihe von Heiz- oder Kühlelementen (27) angeordnet sind.
- Schlitzdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einer Klimakammer (28) angeordnet ist.
- Schlitzdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Düsenkörper aus zwei Teilen (1, 2) zusammengesetzt wird, die jeweils eine plangeschliffene Innenfläche aufweisen, wobei in einen Teil die Verteilerkammer (3) als Nut eingearbeitet ist und beim Zusammensetzen im Bereich oberhalb der Verteilerkammer (3) ein Flachmaterial (24) eingelegt wird, das den Bereich unterhalb der Verteilerkammer (3) auf dem gewünschten Abstand hält, um den Austrittskanal (7) zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen einer Pigmentstreichfarbe auf eine Papier- oder Kartonbahn (B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der Bahn (B) eine Schlitzdüse sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckend angeordnet ist, aus der die Streichfarbe in einem freifallenden Vorhang (V) auf die Bahn (B) aufgetragen wird, wobei die Schlitzdüse die Merkmale eines oder mehrerer der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9 aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austrittskanal (7) der Schlitzdüse eine Spaltweite von 150 µm bis 600 µm, bevorzugt 250 µm bis 350 µm aufweist.
- Schlitzdüse nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilerkammer (3) eine parallel zum Austrittskanal (7) gemessene Höhe von 10 mm bis 100 mm, bevorzugt 20 mm bis 60 mm, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen einer Pigmentstreichfarbe auf eine Papier- oder Kartonbahn (B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Bahn (B) eine sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckende Schlitzdüse gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9 angeordnet ist, aus der das Beschichtungsmaterial unter Druck in einem freien Strahl (S) austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austrittskanal (7) der Schlitzdüse eine Spaltweite von 700 µm bis 1300 µm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilerkammer (3) eine parallel zum Austrittskanal (7) gemessene Höhe von 40 mm bis 150 mm aufweist.
