Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zur Hubverstellung eines Gaswechselventils im Zylinderkopf einer Brennkraftmaschine,wobei ein mit dem Gaswechselventil (2) zusammenwirkendes Übertragungselement (4) in Linienberührung steht mit einer eine Leerhubkurve (6') und eine Hubkurve (6'') umfassenden Steuerbahn (6) an einem Schwenkhebel (7), deram anderen Hebelende (8) in Linienberührung (bei 8')steht mit einer Kurvenscheibe (9) auf einer im Zylinderkopf (3) gesteuert dreh- und fixierbaren Steuerwelle (10), wobeieine im Zylinderkopf (3) zur Steuerwelle (10) parallel angeordnete Nockenwelle (11) über einen Nocken (12) auf eine Kurvenbahn (Rolle 13) am Schwenkhebel (7) zur Hubbetätigung des Gaswechselventils (2) einwirkt,daß der Schwenkhebel (7) in seinen vom Nocken (12) und einer Rückstellfeder (14) bewirkten Schwenkbewegungen (Pfeil "A") mittels eines koaxial zur Drehachse (15) der Steuerwelle (10) drehbeweglich gelagerter Anlenkhebels (16) geführt ist, dessenAnlenkpunkt (17) am Schwenkhebel (7) durch einen Schnittpunkt zweier Kreisbögen (K1, K2) um die Endpunkte (18, 18') einer fiktiven, durch einen Kreisbogen angenäherten Bahnkurve 19 der Drehachse (15) der Steuerwelle (10) bestimmt ist, wobeidie fiktive Bahnkurve (19) der Steuerwellen-Drehachse (15) bei festgehalten gedachtem Viergelenk (a, b, c) mit der Koppel "b" = Schwenkhebel (7) als kinematisch äquivalenter Ersatz der realen Verstellung der Kurvenscheibe (9) für den Bereich der Leerhubkurve (6') dient, derenEndpunkte (20, 20') die Kreisbögen-Mittelpunkte (18, 18') der fiktiven Bahnkurve (19) bestimmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf der von der Drehachse (21) einer am Übertragungselement (4) angeordneten Rolle (5) ausgehenden Kurbel "c" des Viergelenks (a, b, c) ein Mittelpunkt (M) eines Radiusstrahls (RLH) der Leerhubkurve (6') abgebildet ist, wobeider Mittelpunkt (M) sich beim Verstellen der Kurvenscheibe (9) auf einem Kreisbogen (22) um die Rollen-Drehachse (21) am Übertragungselement (4) jenseits der Steuerwellen-Drehachse (15) bewegt, unddaß ferner mit der Kurbel "a" der Abstand des Krümmungsmittelpunktes der Kurvenbahn (Rolle 13) des Schwenkhebels (7) von der Drehachse (24) der auf die Kurvenbahn (Rolle 13) über den Nocken (12) einwirkenden Nockenwelle (11) festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schwenkhebel (7) über einen gemeinsamen Gelenkbolzen (25) mittels zweier, beabstandet angeordneter Anlenkhebeln (16) geführt ist.
