Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln flacher Produkte (74) von einem Stapel flacher Produkte mit einem Saugmechanismus mit einem oberen Teil (22), einem unteren Teil (24), einem Mittelhebel (26), einer durch den Mittelhebel (26) verlaufenden Achse (44), um die der Mittelhebel (26) schwenkbar ist, und mit einem an einem Ende des Mittelhebel (26) angeordneten ersten Gelenk (28) und einem an dem anderen Ende des Mittelhebel (26) angeordneten zweiten Gelenk (30), wobei der obere Teil (22) des Saugmechanismus mit dem ersten Gelenk (28) und der untere Teil (24) des Saugmechanismus mit dem zweiten Gelenk (30) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (44) entlang des Mittelhebels (26) bezüglich des ersten Gelenks (28) und zweiten Gelenks (30) verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen der Achse (44) in einer Vielzahl von Positionen entlang des Mittelhebels (26) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein Verstellgelenk (48) vorgesehen ist, mittels dessen die Achse (44) in eine der Vielzahl von Positionen bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein mit spiralförmigen Kerben versehener Exzenter (64) und ein erster Verstellknauf (62) zum Schwenken des Exzenters (64) vorgesehen sind und dass das Verstellgelenk (48) mit dem Exzenter (64) verbunden ist, so dass das Verstellgelenk (48) mittels des Exzenters (64) in verschiedene Positionen bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner ein Verstellkasten (80) mit einer mittigen Bohrung (84) und Befestigungsschrauben (82) zum Einstellen der Position des Kastens (80) relativ zum Mittelhebel (26) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellgelenk (48) als ein Winkelhebel (88) ausgebildet ist, welcher in einem Ende eines Arms (89) eine Bohrung und eine in der Bohrung angeordnete Welle (90) aufweist, um die der Winkelhebel (88) schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner Verstellmittel zum Schwenken des Winkelhebels (88) um die durch die Bohrung in dem Winkelhebel (88) verlaufende Welle (90) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel eine Feder (94), einen durch die Feder (94) verlaufenden Stab (96) und einen zweiten Verstellknauf (92) umfassen, wobei mittels des zweiten Verstellknaufs (92) der Stab (95) bezüglich des Winkelhebels (88) bewegbar ist und somit der Kompressionszustand der Feder (94) veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (22) des Vereinzelungsmechanismus eine Befestigungswelle (10), eine Vielzahl von Saugarmen (12) und eine Vielzahl von Saugnäpfen (14) umfasst, wobei die Saugnäpfe (14) in vorgegebenen Positionen an den Saugarmen (12) befestigt sind und jeder der Saugarme (12) mit der Befestigungswelle (10) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Saugarme (12) Stellmittel (72) zum Verstellen der vorgegebenen Position der Saugnäpfe (14) umfasst. - Zusammentrageinrichtung, insbesondere Zusammentragmaschine oder Sammelhefter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammentrageinrichtung wenigstens eine Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln flacher Produkte (74) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist.
