Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mappe, aufweisend zwei randseitig miteinander verbundene Deckelklappen (2, 4) und eine Abhefteinrichtung zur verliersicheren Aufnahme von beispielsweise Papierbögen, wobei die Abhefteinrichtung eine Deckleiste und zwei Abheftzungen aufweist und die Deckleiste (6, 8) mit zumindest einer Deckelklappe (2; 4) verbunden bzw. darin integriert ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Mappe aufweisend zwei randseitig miteinander verbundene Deckelklappen und eine Abhefteinrichtung zur verliersicheren Aufnahme von beispielsweise Papierbögen, wobei die Abhefteinrichtung eine Deckleiste und zwei Abheftzungen aufweist. Herkömmliche Abheftzungen bestehen aus Blech, während die separate Deckleiste aus Kunststoff besteht. Dies bedeutet einen fertigungstechnischen Aufwand aufgrund der Herstellung von zwei unterschiedlichen Teilen. Ferner besteht die Gefahr eines Verlustes der Deckleiste. Die herkömmliche Abhefteinrichtung erlaubt kein Durchblättern des Heftgutes.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher die Angabe einer Mappe, die eine Weiterentwicklung der gattungsgemäßen Mappe darstellt und hinsichtlich des fertigungstechnischen Aufwandes vereinfacht ist, so daß die Herstellungskosten sinken. Ferner ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Mappe anzugeben, deren Deckleiste verliersicher befestigt ist. Schließlich ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Mappe anzugeben, die eine zumindest teilweise Lösung der Deckleiste ermöglicht, so daß das Papier-Füllgut durchgeblättert werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer gattungsgemäß ausgebildeten Mappe dadurch gelöst, daß die Deckleiste mit zumindest einer Deckelklappe verbunden bzw. darin integriert ist. Dadurch ergibt sich bereits der Vorteil, daß die Deckleiste verliersicher befestigt ist.
Es ist bevorzugt, daß die Deckleiste umfaltbar ist, wobei ein Bereich der Deckleiste mit einer Deckelklappe verbunden ist und der andere Bereich der Deckleiste mit zwei Ausnehmungen zur Durchführung der Abheftzungen versehen ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Deckleiste läßt sich somit bequem umfalten und kann dadurch der Dicke des aufzunehmenden Papier-Füllgutes angepaßt werden.
Die Abheftzungen und die Deckleiste sind bevorzugt miteinander verbunden bzw. einstückig. Dadurch ergibt sich der fertigungstechnische Vorteil der Herstellung eines Teils, das beispielsweise aus einem Kunststoff-Spritzteil hergestellt sein kann oder durch Stanzung gebildet wird.
Die Abheftzungen und die Deckleiste bestehen bevorzugt aus Kunststoff. Dadurch ist eine besondere Flexibilität erzielbar, so daß beim Zusammenklappen der Mappe die Abheftzungen ebenfalls umgelegt werden.
Die Abheftzungen weisen Zahnungen auf, um die Deckleiste zu arretieren. Mit den Zahnungen wird sichergestellt, daß die Deckleiste in demjenigen Bereich der Abheftzungen angeordnet ist, der dem jeweiligen Benutzungszweck entspricht.
Es ist bevorzugt, daß die Abheftzungen zwei Gruppen von Zahnungen aufweisen, von denen eine im unteren und die andere im oberen Bereich angeordnet sind. Die Zahnungen im unteren Bereich haben dabei die Aufgabe, eine möglichst bündige und kompakte Fixierung des Füllgutes in der Abhefteinrichtung sicherzustellen. Die Zahnungen im oberen Bereich erlauben eine Lockerung der Deckleiste, so daß die Deckleiste im Bereich der oberen Zahnungen zur Anlage kommt. In dieser Position läßt sich das Füllgut bei geöffneter Mappe bequem durchblättern.
Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf eine Mappe gemäß der Erfindung.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf eine Deckleiste gemäß der Erfindung.
    • Die Figuren zeigen zwei miteinander randseitig verbundene Deckelklappen 2, 4 aus Karton oder alternativen Materialien. Im Bereich der Verbindung ist eine Falzlinie 18 gebildet, an der sich die beiden Klappen gegeneinander zur Öffnung bzw. Schließung der Mappe verschwenken lassen.
    In dem dem Verbindungsbereich des Falzes 18 zugewandten Bereich der Deckelklappe 4 ist eine in der Form etwa rechteckige Deckleiste mit der Deckelklappe 4 verbunden, insbesondere verklebt. Die Deckleiste weist einen zur Verbindung mit der Deckelklappe 4 bestimmten Bereich 6 auf und einen davon durch Faltung absetzbaren Bereich 8 auf. In dem Bereich 8 sind zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen bzw. Schlitze 16 gebildet, die zur Aufnahme bzw. Durchführung von Abheftzungen dienen.
    Mit der Deckleiste 6 sind von der Deckleiste 6 abstehend zwei ebenfalls aus Kunststoff gebildete Abheftzungen 10 vorgesehen, die sich von der Kunststoffdeckleiste 6 vorspringend erstrecken. Die Abheftzungen 10 sind zur Durchführung durch die Schlitze 16 der Deckleiste 8 bestimmt.
    Die Abheftzungen weisen in ihrem unteren Bereich jeweils eine Zahnung 14 und in ihrem oberen Bereich jeweils eine Zahnung 12 auf. Die Zahnungen dienen zur Arretierung der Deckleiste 8 in dem entsprechenden gewünschten Bereich.
    Die Abheftzungen bieten durch ihre Flexibilität, ihre Länge und aufgrund der Zahnung zur angeklebten Deckelklappe hin eine Fixierung des gelochten Füllguts und legen sich beim Schließen der Mappe leicht und vollständig um. Die Abheftzungen werden durch Zurückklappen der Deckleiste über die untere Zahnung 14 hinaus soweit frei, daß im abgelegten gelochten Füllgut geblättert werden kann. Die jeweilige obere Zahnung 12 stellt sicher, daß die Abheftzungen nicht aus den Durchsteckschlitzen 16 des oberen Deckleistenbereichs 8 hinausgleiten können.
    Die erfindungsgemäße Mappe läßt sich fertigungstechnisch vereinfacht und kostengünstig herstellen, wobei eine verliersichere Befestigung der Deckleiste gegeben ist.

    Claims (6)

    1. Mappe aufweisend zwei randseitig miteinander verbundene Deckelklappen (2, 4) und eine Abhefteinrichtung zur verliersicheren Aufnahme von beispielsweise Papierbögen, wobei die Abhefteinrichtung eine Deckleiste und zwei Abheftzungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckleiste (6, 8) mit zumindest einer Deckelklappe (2; 4) verbunden bzw. darin integriert ist.
    2. Mappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckleiste (6, 8) umfaltbar ist, wobei ein Bereich (6) der Deckleiste mit einer Deckelklappe (4) verbunden ist, und der andere Bereich (8) der Deckleiste mit zwei Ausnehmungen (16) zur Durchführung der Abheftzungen (10) versehen ist.
    3. Mappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abheftzungen (10) und die Deckleiste (6, 8) miteinander verbunden bzw. einstückig sind.
    4. Mappe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abheftzungen (10) und die Deckleiste (6, 8) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
    5. Mappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abheftzungen (10) Zahnungen (12, 14) aufweisen, um die Deckleiste zu arretieren.
    6. Mappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anheftzungen zwei Gruppen von Zahnungen aufweisen, von denen eine (14) im unteren und die andere (12) im oberen Bereich angeordnet sind.
