Claims (16)
- Federspanner (150, 205) zum Spannen einer Schraubenfeder (159, 206), welche zwischen einem oberen und einem unteren Federteller (4, 28, 178, 214 und 160, 215) eines Federdämpferbeines (158, 216) von Kraftfahrzeugen, welches an einem Ende seines Dämpferrohres (161) ein Lagerauge (147, 217) mit einer im wesentlichen rechtwinkligen Ausrichtung seiner Längsmittelachse (162, 218) bezüglich der Längsachse (163) des Dämpferrohres (161) des Federdämpferbeines (158, 216) aufweist, unter Vorspannung aufgenommen ist, bestehend aus einem ersten und einem zweiten Greiferelement (1, 25, 45, 75, 95, 115 und 156, 175, 207 und 208), welche über ein Führungsrohr (149, 211) des Federspanners (150, 206) koaxial zueinander geführt und mittels eines Stellgliedes in Achsrichtung des Führungsrohres (149) relativ zueinander verschiebbar sind, wobei das erste Greiferelement (1, 25, 45, 75, 95, 115, 175, 207) etwa ringförmig ausgebildet und zum Spannen der Schraubenfeder (159) auf den oberen Federteller (4, 28) aufsetzbar ist, oder wobei das erste Greiferelement (207) etwa gabelförmig ausgebildet und radial von außen an einer Federwindung (212) der Schraubenfeder (206) im Bereich des oberen Federtellers (214) ansetzbar ist, und wobei das zweite Greiferelement (156, 208) etwa gabelförmig ausgebildet und radial von außen an einer Federwindung (168, 213) der Schraubenfeder (159, 206) ansetzbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des ersten Greiferelementes (1, 25, 45, 75, 95, 115, 175, 207) zur Winkelausrichtung des oberen Federtellers (4, 28, 178, 214) relativ zum ersten Greiferelement (1, 25, 45, 75, 95, 115, 175, 207) und damit relativ zum gesamten Federspanner (150, 205) wenigstens ein Formschlußelement (16, 17, 38, 39, 55, 56, 57, 79, 80, 105, 106, 107, 108, 123, 124, 125, 126, 187, 188, 230, 231) vorgesehen ist, das in einer vorbestimmten Winkellage des oberen Federtellers (4, 28, 178, 214) zum ersten Greiferelement (1, 25, 45, 75, 95, 115, 175, 207) mit einem Teil (11, 12, 14, 15, 35, 36, 185, 186, 219, 220) des oberen Federtellers (4, 28, 178, 214) in beide Umfangsrichtungen mit geringem Spiel formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar ist und,
daß die gespannte Schraubenfeder (159, 206) zusammen mit dem oberen Federteller (4,28,178,214) durch Verdrehen des Federspanners (150, 205) um die Längsachse (163) des Federbeins (158, 216) in eine vorbestimmte Winkellage zum Lagerauge (147, 217) auf den unteren Federteller (160, 215) aufsetzbar ist. - Federspanner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (16, 17, 55, 105, 106, 107, 108, 123, 124, 125, 126) eine etwa radial zum Greiferelement (1, 45, 95, 115) verlaufende Aufnahmenut (18, 19, 58, 109, 110, 111, 112) aufweist, welche auf ein entsprechendes axial nach oben gerichtetes, über die obere Außenfläche (9) des Federtellers (4) überstehendes etwa zapfen- oder leistenförmiges Formelement (14, 15) des Federtellers (4) passend aufschiebbar oder aufsteckbar ist.
- Federspanner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (56) eine zum oberen Federteller (4) hin offene Bohrung (64) aufweist, welche auf ein zapfenförmiges Formelement (14, 15) des Federtellers (4), insbesondere auf einen am oberen Federteller (4) oberseitig angeordneten Gewindedom (14, 15) passend aufsteckbar ist.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (16, 17, 38, 39, 105, 106, 107, 108) einstückiger Bestandteil des ersten Greiferelementes (1, 25, 95) ist.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (55, 56, 57, 79, 80, 123, 124, 125, 126) als separates Bauteil ausgebildet ist und am Greiferelement (45, 75, 115) in unterschiedlichen Winkelpositionen befestigbar ist.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Formschlußelemente (16, 17, 38, 39, 55, 56, 57, 79, 80, 105, 106, 107, 108, 123, 124, 125, 126) am Greiferelement (1, 25, 45, 75, 95, 115) vorgesehen sind.
- Federspanner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (123, 124, 125, 126) aus einem Metallblech geformt ist.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formschlußelemente (105, 106, 107, 108, 123, 124, 125, 126) derart am Greiferelement (95, 115) positioniert sind, daß der obere Federteller (4) bezüglich einer durch ein am unteren Ende des Federdämpferbeines (158) angeordnetes Lagerauge (147) definierten vertikalen Mittelebene (165) des Federdämpferbeines (158) bei im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu dieser Mittelebene (165) ausgerichtetem Federspanner (150) in zwei unterschiedlichen Winkelpositionen (α) anordenbar ist, welche zur Mittelebene (165) des Federdämpferbeines (158) symmetrisch sind.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement (38, 39, 57, 187, 188) wenigstens einen im wesentlichen vertikal nach unten gerichteten Steckzapfen (40, 41, 69, 192, 204) aufweist, der zur Winkelausrichtung des Federtellers (4, 28, 178) relativ zum Greiferelement (25, 45, 175) mit geringem Spiel in eine Bohrung (35, 36, 13, 37, 185, 186) des Federtellers (4, 28, 178) passend eingreift.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 oder 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement oder die Formschlußelemente (123, 124, 125, 126) über einen gemeinsamen Montagering (121) auf der oberen Außenseite (128) in einer oder unterschiedlichen Winkelstellungen zum Greiferelement (115) an diesem befestigbar ist bzw. sind.
- Federspanner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausrichtung des Federspanners (150) am Federdämpferbein (158) ein Ausrichtelement (140) vorgesehen ist, welches am unteren Lagerauge (147) des Federdämpferbeines (158) über einen Schwenkzapfen (153) abnehmbar befestigt ist, und
daß das Ausrichtelement (140) mit dem Führungsrohr (149) des Federspanners (150) in eine Formschlußverbindung bringbar ist. - Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greiferelement (115) im Bereich seiner umlaufenden Außenkante oder im Bereich seiner umlaufenden Innenkante mit einem vertikal nach unten gerichteten, umlaufend unterbrochenen oder durchgehenden Ringsteg (133, 134, 135 oder 132) versehen ist, durch welchen der Federteller (4) mit geringem Spiel zentriert am Greiferelement (115) aufgenommen wird.
- Federspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greiferelement (75) zur genauen Winkelpositionierung der Formschlußelemente (79, 80) mit einer Strichmarkierung (170, 171, 172) versehen ist.
- Federspanner nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Strichmarkierungen (170, 171, 172) eine Beschriftung, z.B. in Form von Kennbuchstaben (X, Y, Z) oder dgl., zugeordnet ist, durch welche für den Monteur erkennbar ist, welche Strichmarkierung (170, 171, 172) für einen Fahrzeugtyp zur korrekten Winkelausrichtung eines Federtellers (4) zu verwenden ist.
- Federspanner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formschlußelement oder die Formschlußelemente (230, 231) Teil einer separaten Ausrichtvorrichtung (221) ist bzw. sind, und
daß die Ausrichtvorrichtung (221) einen Lagerabschnitt (222) aufweist, mit welchem die Ausrichtvorrichtung (221) mit dem Federspanner (205) und/oder mit dem ersten Greiferelement (207) und/oder mit dem Führungsrohr (211) des Federspanners (205) formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar ist. - Federspanner nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtvorrichtung (221) als Blechbiegeteil ausgebildet ist, und
