Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a refractory Pipe wall cladding with a large number of side by side and one above the other arranged refractory plates, as in the preamble of independent claim 1 is defined.
  • Refractory pipe wall claddings are used, for example, around pipe walls in the combustion chambers of waste incineration plants to protect against corrosion by flue gases.
  • the pipe walls and pipe wall cladding are used in today's waste incineration plants often temperatures of over 1000 ° C exposed and experienced even with a suitable choice of materials the large temperature differences between the individual operating states Stretches and contractions.
  • the temperature differences are in general with the pipe wall cladding larger than with the tube walls, which in the choice of materials and / or design of the pipe wall cladding is taken into account must be so that the pipe wall cladding does not go through larger expansions and contractions than the tube walls destroyed become.
  • refractory pipe wall linings which a multitude of arranged side by side and one above the other include refractory ceramic SiC plates, each with at least a plate holder on the pipe wall to be protected are attached.
  • the SiC content of the ceramic plates varies; however, the use of so-called SiC 90 plates, i.e. Sheets with an SiC content of approx. 90%.
  • each plate is on the one hand by carried a pin welded to the pipe wall and in Wall direction retained and is on the other hand by means of a SiC mortar glued to the pipe wall.
  • each plate is attached to one of the tube wall sloping upward pin-like plate holder mounted.
  • EP-A-0 656 508 discloses a fire-resistant pipe wall cladding known in which the plates by screws on webs of Pipe wall are fixed between the pipes. These screws take on both a carrying and a holding function.
  • Pipe wall cladding susceptible to damage if it is too fast Start-up of the waste incineration plant, since pipe wall cladding and pipe wall are heated at different speeds. Because the freedom of movement of a single plate through the Plate holder and the neighboring plates restricted the faster expansion of the pipe wall compared to the pipe wall Plate can not be compensated if the vehicle is started too quickly and the plate and / or neighboring plates is or are broken out or posted.
  • DE-U-89 08 821 describes a pipe wall cladding, in the case of lining stones through brackets and brackets worn or held.
  • the brackets and brackets are attached directly to the pipes, which is a problem in certain states Verification by a specialist is necessary.
  • the invention has for its object a refractory To create pipe wall cladding of the type mentioned at the outset, where the different expansions and contractions of the refractory panels and the clad pipe wall both in vertically and horizontally without damage the pipe wall cladding can be caught and assembled can be done without welding the pipes.
  • the essence of the invention is that at a refractory Pipe wall cladding with a variety of side and Fireproof panels arranged one above the other, each with at least one a plate holder, which is or are intended, to hold the plate against a pipe wall, which is supported by webs connected pipes, the plate brackets none Have a supporting function and the plates of at least one of independent brackets are worn on the plate brackets Plate brackets and the console or consoles formed are to be attached to the webs of the pipe wall.
  • a refractory pipe wall cladding according to the invention comprises a variety of arranged side by side and one above the other refractory panels 1.
  • the panels are for example ceramic SiC plates, preferably SiC 90 plates, the are fire-resistant up to over 1000 ° C.
  • Each plate is 1 of two plate brackets not visible here, the have no supporting function, held on the clad pipe wall.
  • the lined pipe wall 2 here is a pipe wall with vertical Tubes 21, which are connected by webs 22.
  • On the webs 22 are assembled, in particular shot with a pistol, are two plate brackets belonging to the pipe wall cladding 11 in the form of screws.
  • the fireproof Plate 1 has two from the top edge 12 to the bottom Edge 13 extending, T-shaped slots 16 and can retracted from above over the plate holders 11 become.
  • the back of the plate 1 facing the tube wall is with three cylindrical segment-shaped extending over the entire height Cutouts so that the Plate 1 evenly spaced over wide areas to the pipe wall. The ideal distance is approx. 5 mm. It can be adjusted by adjusting the plate brackets 11 the retraction of plate 1 can be adjusted. If necessary plate 1 must be removed and the plate holders 11 can be readjusted.
  • the upper edge 12 and the lower edge 13 of the plate 1 are Complementally graded over the plate thickness. Are two such plates 1 arranged one above the other, so ensure the partially overlapping edges that the Slabs to a certain extent away from and on top of each other are too movable without being between the two Slabs create a joint that flows straight through allowed by gas.
  • the side edge 14 of the plate 1 has a spring 141 and the side edge 15 has a complementary groove 151 on what in the case of two such plates 1 arranged side by side, that the plates differ from each other to a certain extent can be moved away and towards each other without any between a gap is created between the two panels, creating a straight line Flow of gas allowed.
  • the upper edge 12 and lower edge 13 with tongue and groove or the side Edges 14 and 15 are complementarily graded.
  • fireproof ceramic fiber strip is arranged, which seals the joints between the panels 1, so that no flue gas passes through the pipe wall cladding can reach the pipe wall 2.
  • Fireproof ceramic fiber strips which are heat resistant up to 1350 ° C are on the market available.
  • the SiC mortar is applied after positioning the slabs 1 at the right distance to the pipe wall 2 as a flowing mortar from inserted above between the plates 1 and the tube wall 2 and also flows into the slots 16.
  • Plate holders 11 previously with a refractory foam surrounded, which remains elastic.
  • the SiC flow mortar preferably has an SiC content between 30% and 90%, in particular between 40% and 60%, and a porosity less than 20%, in particular between 13% and 17%.
  • An SiC flow mortar which contains 58% SiC, 13% SiO 2 , 26% Al 2 O 3 , 0.2% Fe 2 O 3 and 1.5% CaO has proven to be particularly suitable.
  • the plate holders 11 themselves are made of heat-resistant Steel, e.g. Steel No. 310 according to the AISI standard or material No. 1.4845 according to DIN 17440.
  • the pipe wall cladding is attached here to a pipe wall 2 ', in each case next to two adjacent tubes 21 'and 23' a web 22 'is arranged.
  • brackets 3 are attached to the pipe wall 2 ' welded on.
  • the consoles 3 each consist of two vertically arranged support plates 31, each on a web 22 'are welded, and one horizontally arranged Support plate 32, which is welded to the two support plates 31 is.
  • Support plates 31 and support plates 32 are off heat-resistant steel, e.g. Steel No. 310 according to the AISI standard or material no.1.4845 according to DIN 17440.
  • Each console 3 carries one lying directly on the support plate 32 Plate 1 and indirectly between this plate 1 and the next console 3 arranged in the vertical direction Plates 1, each with its lower edge 13 rest on the upper edge 12 of the underlying plate 1.
  • the plate holders 11 are only indicated in FIGS. 4 to 6, but not fully drawn.
  • the slots 16 are not necessarily Must be T-shaped.
