Claims (11)
- Feuerfeste Rohrwandverkleidung mit einer Vielzahl von neben- und übereinander angeordneten feuerfesten Platten (1) mit je mindestens einer Plattenhalterung (11), die dazu bestimmt ist bzw. sind, die Platte (1) an einer Rohrwand (2; 2') zu halten, welche durch Stege (22; 22') verbundene Rohre (21; 21', 23') umfasst, wobei die Plattenhalterungen (11) keine Tragfunktion haben und die Platten (1) von mindestens einer von den Plattenhalterungen (11) unabhängigen Konsole (3) getragen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenhalterungen (11) und die Konsole bzw. Konsolen (3) ausgebildet sind, um an die Stege (22; 22') der Rohrwand (2; 2') befestigt zu werden.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenhalterungen (11) und die Konsole bzw. Konsolen (3) ausgebildet sind, um an die Stege (22; 22') der Rohrwand (2; 2') angeschweisst zu werden.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere übereinander angeordnete Platten (1) direkt oder über die darunter angeordnete Platte (1) bzw. Platten (1) von einer einzigen Konsole (3) getragen sind.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Rand (12) mindestens einer Platte (1) und der untere Rand (13) der darüber angeordneten Platte (1) so ausgebildet sind, insbesondere über die Plattendicke komplementär abgestuft sind, dass die Platten (1) in einem gewissen Ausmass voneinander weg und aufeinander zu bewegbar sind, wobei im ganzen Bewegungsbereich gewährleistet ist, dass Gas nicht geradlinig zwischen den beiden Platten (1) durchströmen kann und nicht geradlinig von der der Rohrwand (2; 2') abgewandten Seite der Rohrwandverkleidung zu der oder den Konsolen (3) oder Teilen davon strömen kann.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einander gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Ränder (14, 15) zweier nebeneinander angeordneter Platten (1) so ausgebildet sind, dass die beiden Platten (1) in einem gewissen Ausmass voneinander weg und aufeinander zu bewegbar sind, ohne dass zwischen den beiden Platten (1) eine Fuge vorhanden ist, die ein geradliniges Durchströmen von Gas erlaubt, wobei die einander gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Ränder (14, 15) vorzugsweise zueinander komplementär eine Nut (151) resp. eine Feder (141) aufweisen.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Rändern (12, 13, 14, 15) zweier Platten (1) ein feuerfester Keramikfaserstreifen angeordnet ist.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Platte (1) auf ihrer Rückseite, die bei an einer Rohrwand (2; 2') montierter Rohrwandverkleidung der Rohrwand (2; 2') zugewandt ist, mindestens einen sich über zumindest einen Teil der Plattenhöhe erstreckenden Schlitz (16) zur Aufnahme eines mit einer Verbreiterung versehenen Teils der Plattenhalterung bzw. einer der Plattenhalterungen (11) aufweist, so dass die Plattenhalterung die Platte (1) in Wandrichtung zurückhält, aber ein vertikales Verschieben der Platte (1) zumindest in einem gewissen Ausmass zulässt.
- Rohrwandverkleidung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattenhalterungen (11) in den Schlitzen (16) von elastischem, feuerfestem Schaum umgeben sind und schraubenförmig sein können.
- Feuerfest verkleidete Wand, mit einer Rohrwand (2; 2') mit durch Stege (22; 22') verbundenen Rohren (21; 21', 23'), an der eine Rohrwandverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 angebracht ist.
- Feuerfest verkleidete Wand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum zwischen der Rohrwand (2; 2') und den Platten (1) mit Fliessmörtel gefüllt ist, wobei der Fliessmörtel vorzugsweise ein SiC-Fliessmörtel mit einem SiC-Gehalt zwischen 30% und 90%, insbesondere zwischen 40% und 60%, und einer Porosität kleiner 20%, insbesondere zwischen 13% und 17%, ist.
- Verfahren zum feuerfesten Verkleiden einer Rohrwand (2; 2') mit durch Stege (22; 22') verbundenen Rohren (21; 21', 23') mittels einer Rohrwandverkleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei zunächst die Konsolen (3) und die Plattenhalterungen (11) an den Stegen (22; 22') der Rohrwand (2; 2') befestigt werden, dann die feuerfesten Platten (1) in einem Abstand zur Rohrwand (2; 2') positioniert werden und schliesslich der Raum zwischen der Rohrwand (2; 2') und den Platten (1) mit Fliessmörtel gefüllt wird.
