Claims (14)
- Filter für Tabakwaren, insbesondere Cigaretten, der aus einem nach einem Air-Laid-Verfahren hergestellten Cellulosevlies hergestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß V-förmig gefaltete Faserbahnstreifen (1-5) des Cellulosevlieses im Bereich ihrer Scheitel (14) um die Mittelachse des herzustellenden Cigarettenfilters angeordnet und spiralförmig aneinanderliegend zu einem Zylindermantel gedreht sind.
- Filter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flächengewicht des Cellulosevlieses zwischen 20 und 100 g/m2 liegt.
- Filter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flächengewicht des Cellulosevlieses zwischen 40 und 70 g/m2 liegt.
- Filter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Cellulosevlieses zwischen 0,5 - 1,5 mm liegt.
- Filter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Cellulosevlieses zwischen 0,7 - 1,2 mm liegt,
- Filter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Cellulosevlies 5 - 30 % Bindemittel beigegeben sind.
- Filter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Cellulosevlies 20 % Bindemittel enthält.
- Filter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel Latex ist.
- Filter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel Polyvinylalkohol ist.
- Filter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel Polyvinylacetat ist.
- Filter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel ein Copolymer von Vinylacetat und Äthylen ist.
- Filter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel eine wasserlösliche Stärke ist.
- Filter nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel eine wasserlösliche Polymerstärke ist.
- Filter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel Dextrin ist.
