Abschließend wird die Schutzkappe 3 über die Überwurfmutter 4 gestülpt, wobei die Schutzkappe frei drehbar in eine Nut der Überwurfmutter einrastet, so daß eine unbeabsichtigte Demontage der Überwurfmutter verhindert wird.
Weiterhin sind entsprechend den Bezeichnungen der Schnittverlaufslinien die zugehörigen Schnittdarstellungen der einzelnen Leiterführungskanäle gezeigt.
Durch eine unterschiedliche Höhenlage des oberen Wendepunktes in den jeweiligen Leiterführungskanälen 6, entstehen innerhalb des Leiterführungsteiles die unterschiedlichen Anlagepunkte H1, H2 und H3. An diese Anlagepunkte werden die jeweils eingefadelten elektrischen Leiter 2 beim Zusammenschrauben des Leiteranschlußelementes angepreßt und in die Schlitze der Schneidklemmkontakte 9 gedrückt.
Hierbei ist der Leiteraufnahmeschlitz der Schneidklemme 12 mit zwei unterschiedlichen, aufeinanderfolgenden Schlitzbreiten 13, 14 versehen, so dass unterschiedliche Leiterdurchmesser sicher kontaktiert werden können.
Dabei ist der obere, breitere Schlitz 14 für einen größeren Leiterdurchmesser 16 vorgesehen, während der sich daran anschließende schmalere Schlitz 13 für einen kleineren Leiterdurchmesser 15 bestimmt ist.
Für den Einsatz der modifizierten Schneidklemme ist vorgesehen, die Leiterführungskanäle 6 des Leiterführungsteiles 7 in ihrer Geometrie anzupassen.
Das bedeutet, dass die Leiterführungskanäle 6 entweder für den großeren Leiterdurchmesser 16 ausgebildet sind - das entspricht dem bereits in Fig. 2 beschriebenen Beispiel - oder die Leiterführungskanäle 6 werden für den kleineren Leiterdurchmesser 14 ausgebildet.
Dabei sind die Anlagepunkte H1, H2 und H3 (siehe Fig. 2) entsprechend der Lage des Schlitzbereiches 13 der modifizierten Schneidklemme 12 angepasst, so dass wieder der gleiche Effekt einer aufeinanderfolgenden Kontaktierung, wie bei Fig. 2 beschrieben, sichergestellt ist.
Für die hier beispielhaft dargestellten zwei unterschiedlichen Durchmesser der elektrischen Leiter sind somit auch unterschiedlich ausgeführte Leiterführungsteile 7 erforderlich, jedoch nur eine Art modifizierter Schneidklemmen 12, die im Kontaktträger 8 verrastet sind
Claims (2)
- Leiteranschlusselement mit Schneidklemmkontakten (9) zur Verbindung mit elektrischen Leitern (2), wobei die Schneidklemmkontakte in einem Kontaktträger (8) gehalten sind und die elektrischen Leiter in Leiterführungskanälen (6) eines Leiterführungsteiles (7) eingeschoben sind, wobei die Leiter in den Leiterführungskanälen umgelenkt sind, mit einer Überwurfmutter (4), die beim Aufschrauben auf das Leiterführungsteil (7) in Richtung des Kontaktträgers bewegt wird, wobei die elektrischen Leiter (2) im Bereich der Umlenkungen in Schlitze der Schneidklemmkontakte gedrückt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiterführungskanäle (6) in dem Leiterführungsteil (7) derartig ausgebildet sind, dass die Umlenkung der elektrischen Leiter (2) in unterschiedlichen Höhen (H1, H2, H3) erfolgt, wobei die Schneidklemmkontakte (9) die elektrischen Leiter (2) nacheinander kontaktieren.
- Leiteranschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidklemmkontakte (12) unterschiedliche Schlitzbreiten (13, 14) aufweisen, wobei unterschiedliche Leiterquerschnitte (15, 16) kontaktierbar sind.
