Claims (25)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Aufbringen einer dünnen Schicht aus einem flüssigen Beschichtungsmedium auf eine vorzugsweise gewölbte Oberfläche (12) eines Gegenstandes, vorzugsweise Bildschirmglaskolbens (11), mit einem rotierbar antreibbaren Drehteller (20), auf dem eine Aufnahme (30) für den zu beschichtenden Gegenstand (11) drehfest gehalten ist, mit einem die Aufnahme (30) und den Drehteller (20) umgebenden unverdrehbar gehaltenen Prozesstopf (50), mit einem die zu beschichtende Oberfläche (12) des Gegenstandes (11) umgebenden und am offenen Ende des Prozesstopfes (50) gehaltenen Spritzring (60) mit einer zentralen Einspritzöffnung und mit Mittel zum Erzeugen einer Laminarströmung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem mit einer zentralen Einströmungsöffnung (65) versehenen Spritzring (60) und dem oberen Teil (51) des Prozesstopfes (50) ein bis unterhalb eines Einspannrandes des Gegenstandes (11) an der Aufnahme (30) reichender erster Ringspalt (67) vorgesehen ist, dessen Querschnitt wesentlich geringer ist als ein ringförmiger Strömungsdurchgang (71) zwischen dem Spritzring (60) und dem in der Aufnahme (30) gehaltenen Gegenstand (11), dass die Aufnahme (30) mit einem zu einem Boden (54) des Prozesstopfes (50) weisenden Absaugkegel (32) versehen ist, zwischen dem und einer Außenwand des Prozesstopfes (50) ein zweiter Ringspalt (37) besteht und innerhalb dem ein vom Boden (54) des Prozesstopfes (50) mit begrenzter Entspannungsraum (36) gebildet ist, und dass auf den Spritzring (60) bzw. die Oberseite des Prozesstopfes (50) die Laminarströmung (A) gerichtet und der Boden (54) des Prozesstopfes (50) mit einer Absaugung (B) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entspannungsraum (36) radial innenseitig von einem Ringblech (38) begrenzt ist, zwischen dem und einer Innenwand des Prozesstopfes (50) ein dritter Ringspalt (39) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ringblech (38) an der Unterseite des Drehtellers (20) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüchel bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prozesstopf (50) an seinem oberen Bereich zylindrisch und an seinem unteren Bereich kreisringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Boden (54) des Prozesstopfes (50) in Umfangsrichtung gewölbt und/oder in radialer Richtung geneigt und in dem oder den Bereich(en) tiefster Stelle(n) über eine Öffnung mit der Absaugung (B) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spritzring (60) am Prozesstopf (50) absenkbar gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prozesstopf (50) einen abnehmbaren oberen Teil (51) aufweist, an dem der Spritzring (60) abnehmbar gehalten ist und der in den Grundteil (52) des Prozesstopfes (50) absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spritzring (60) mit über den Umfang gleichmäßig verteilten Haltern (62) bestückt ist, die auf dem einen Flansch des oberen Teils (51) des Prozesstopfes (50) aufliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spritzring (60) bis unterhalb des oberen Endes der Aufnahme (30) für den zu beschichtenden Gegenstand (11) absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (30) für den zu beschichtenden Gegenstand (11) auswechselbar gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (30) am Drehteller (20) befestigt ist und der Drehteller (20) an einer angetriebenen Welle (22) auswechselbar gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Welle (22) hohl ist und an einem hohlen ortfesten Ständer (23), der ein Ende des zu beschichtenden Gegenstandes (11) aufnimmt, rotierend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Drehteller (20) und einem Flansch (21) der Hohlwelle (22) über den Umfang gleichmäßig verteilte Schnellspannverschlüsse (29) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (30) an ihrer Auflage (41) mit einer Dichtmanschette (40) versehen ist, die radial nach innen ragt und auf der eine der zu beschichtenden Oberfläche (12) abgewandte Schulter (17) des zu beschichtenden Gegenstandes (11) dichtend aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtmanschette (40) an ihrem radial inneren Bereich zum aufzunehmenden Gegenstand (11) hin federnd vorgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anpsruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtmanschette (40) mehrlagig, vorzugsweise dreilagig, mit einem zwischengelegten Dichtelement (43) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (43) auf einem federnd vorgespannten Unterteil (42) aufliegt und im Bereich der Einspannfläche von einem Halteteil (44) überdeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (43) über das federnd vorgespannte Unterteil (42) radial nach innen vorsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtmanschette (40) durch über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete plattenförmige Bauteile (45) auf der Aufnahme (30) eingespannt ist und dass die plattenförmigen Bauteile (45) mit jeweils einem abstehenden Bolzen (46) versehen sind, die der aufsetzbaren drehfesten Verbindung mit am zu beschichtenden Gegenstand (11) befestigten Spannband (14) angeordneten Laschen (15) dienen.

- Vorrihctung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzblecheinrichtung (80) durch einzelne Schutzbleche (81) im Bereich der Ecken (82) des Gegenstandes (11) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzblech (81) in Rotationsrichtung (C) vor dem, in dem und nach dem Bereich der Ecke (82) angeordnet ist, wobei der Schutzblechteil (83) vor dem Bereich der Ecke (82) wesentlich länger als der Schutzblechteil (85) nach dem Bereich der Ecke (82) ist.
