Claims (13)
- Kurvenelement für Skateanlagen, bestehend aus mehreren einander beliebigen Kurvenform angepassten vertikalen Stützelementen (3), hierzu mehreren horizontal verlaufenden Spannten (6) und aneinanderstossenden Schalensegmenten (4) aus mehreren flächenartigen, miteinander verleimten Holzlagen, die durch Befestigen auf den Stützelementen (3) und Spannten (6) eine Fahrfläche zum Befahren von Skatern oder dergleichen bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalensegmente (4) derart einfach- oder doppelgekrümmt vorgefertigt sind, dass sie nahezu spannungsfrei auf den Stützelementen (3) und Spannten (6) angebracht sind.
- Kurvenelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aneinanderstossenden Schalensegmente (4) jeweils Nut- bzw. Federelemente aufweisen.
- Kurvenelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannten (6) derart gestaltet sind, dass diese der Kurvenform angepasst sind.
- Kurvenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannten (6) derart zwischen den vertikalen Stützelementen (3) angeordnet sind, dass diese zumindest linienmässig an der Rückseite der Schalensegmente (4) anliegen.
- Kurvenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Stützelemente (3) auf der von den Schalensegmenten (4) wegweisenden Seite bogenförmig gestaltet sind.
- Kurvenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am vom Mittelpunkt des Kurvenelements wegweisenden äusseren Ende eine nahezu zum dort endenden Schalensegment (4) senkrechte ebene Fläche vorgesehen ist.
- Kurvenelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ebene Fläche von dem vertikalen Stützelement (3) unterstützt wird.
- Kurvenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3) eine Stützfläche aufweist, die derart gestaltet ist, dass das Stützelement (3) auf dieser Stützfläche frei steht.
- Kurvenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (3) eine Stützfläche aufweist, die derart gestaltet ist, dass diese an Ihrem vom Kurvenmittelpunkt wegweisenden Ende einen Stützpfeiler aufweist.
- Kurvenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vertikale Stützelement (3) zusätzlich beidseits angebrachte Auflageelemente (5) umfasst.
- Kurvenelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageelemente (5) im Abstand zueinander verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schalensegmenten gemäss Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a. Biegen jede einzelne Holzlage in ihre endgültige Form;b. Aufeinanderlegen der vorgebogenen einzelnen Holzlagen zur Herstellung eines Schalensegments;c. Spannungsfreies Verbinden der einzelnen aufeinander gelegten Holzlagen.
- Verwendung eines einfach- oder doppeltgekrümmt vorgefertigten Schalensegments (4) aus Holz als Fahrfläche einer Skateanlage.
