Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an espagnolette lock a main lock and a secondary lock, preferably two side locks, the main lock and the Secondary lock each have a trap by one pre-closed trap function position in a closed Position both together with a drive rod displacement retractable into an open position as well as each one can be pushed back, whereby at least the case of the secondary lock with the Drive rod gear coupled is that in a Locking position displaced drive rod over the trap Trap functional position beyond.
An espagnolette lock of the type in question is known from DE 296 05 517 U1, the drive rod is divided into a first and a second drive rod, which can be moved from the specially designed main lock are. This configuration allows the For example, when closing the door in the direction of the lock can be pressed without this affects the drive rods. The object of the invention is based on the object a generic drive rod closure of to provide an improved structure in terms of locking technology.

As a result of such a configuration is a generic one Espagnolette lock of closing technically favorable Structure specified. It is not necessary that Control of the secondary lock with two connecting rods accomplish. Nevertheless, the trap can be removed from her Push back the trap function position without this has an effect on the drive rod. For example a main lock equipped with two secondary locks, so leads to their trap function position traps occurred pushing back the trap of a Secondary lock to no pushing back the others Fall. In a simple way, this is just through a correspondingly designed slanted slot / pin control realized which the latch of the secondary lock the connecting rod couples. In detail, this looks like that in the trap function position the pin on Height of the evasive space, which the stop is opposite the diagonal slot wall. Hereby is capable of being caught by a trap spring not to step forward on their trap function position. Pushing back the trap is allowed due to of the free space interacting with the pin. Is one with the drive rod closure designed according to the invention provided the door is closed, so are all Traps locked in their trap function position. When it is locked by Key actuation is via the with the drive rod coupled pins over the latch of the secondary lock pre-locked their trap function position. The Components for trap control are accordingly on Minimum reduced combined with a simple structure and cost-saving manufacturing. It is provided that the slant slot of the trap and the peg on the broad side of a connecting rod connecting slide sits on which in turn the one leading to the main castle Drive rod attacks. Furthermore, the Invention characterized in that the stop is in alignment Extension of the diagonal slot wall is. So that Case of the secondary lock from its latch function position both by lever and key-related Switching operation is retractable, stored in Additional lock a two-armed angle lever, the long one Lever arm attacks the trap and its short lever arm is acted upon by a cam of the drive rod. Experienced with every trigger and change operation the drive rod has a short stroke that is used to pivot the lever over the cam and thus the Withdraw trap. In order to achieve a stable Trap guide of the case of the secondary lock forms the Trap a guide pin that fits in one Cross slot of the lock case ceiling is guided. For It is planned to increase the security of the To assign a latch bolt adjacent to a lock latch, which together with the trap from the to the locked position displaced driven rod extends driven. The safety value is increased by the supplementary bar is a hook. An outgoing from this Hook engages behind in the locked position the locking engagement opening of a door frame side Striking plate. Furthermore, the invention provides that the main lock has a gear transmission lock Change operation is, with the change drive over the drive rod is shifted. It is about with regard to the gear transmission by a reduction gear. This means that after closing the Main lock bolt continued the transmission actuation can be accompanied by the change drive and thereby shifting drive rod. The change lever is also dragged when the follower is actuated, being a shoulder with a butt edge acted on the drive rod, this moves and so that the lever of the additional lock is also pivoted associated with withdrawing the trap there. This configuration requires a freewheel cylinder Lock cylinder built into the main lock, because the Displacement of the drive rod itself via the reduction gear affects the drive sprocket, which in turn cooperates with the locking member of the locking cylinder. According to this, the butt edge reaches one Swiveling the change lever into an attack position to the shoulder. Furthermore, the invention provides that the exchange lifter is designed as a slide is. When actuated alternately, a connecting rod connecting piece drags the change lever in the corresponding Direction with. Carrying the change lever with Lever actuation, on the other hand, is carried out with a Handle follower cooperating transmission lever. Finally there is an advantageous feature of the invention still in it, with a connecting rod connector To provide a tooth segment assigned to the clearance, which combs with the last gear of the reduction gear. The clearance is generated in a simple manner by a Pin / slot connection. The length of the passage corresponds to the displacement path of the connecting rod connecting piece when changing operation. This configuration allows it to be designed as a freewheel cylinder Lock cylinder to do without and a normal one designed lock cylinder.

1 benachbarten Stehzapfen 40. In zurückgeschlossener
Riegelstellung tritt der Ergänzungsriegel 39
vollständig hinter die Frontfläche der Stulpschiene
1 zurück. In dieser ragt der Haken 11' in eine
Durchtrittsöffnung 41 der Stulpschiene 1 hinein.Each
eingreift, vgl. insbesondere Fig. 5.
36 gleitet.The
Die Falle 10 ist mit einer Schrägschlitz/Zapfensteuerung
an die Treibstange 9 getriebegekoppelt. Hierzu
The
Um einen sich zwischen dem Ergänzungsriegel 11 und
Falle 10 erstreckenden Stehbolzen 55 ist ein zweiarmiger
Winkelhebel 56 gelagert. Dessen kurzer, etwa horizontal
ausgerichteter Hebelarm 56' erstreckt sich oberhalb
eines Nockens 57 des Treibstangenanschlußschiebers
37 und wirkt mit diesem zusammen. Der lange Hebelarm

Fallenschwanz 10'' und greift an der guerverlaufenden

Es stellt sich folgende Wirkungsweise ein:The following mode of action occurs:
Wird eine mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Treibstangenverschluß
ausgestattete Tür zugezogen, so weichen die
Fallen 4, 6 zunächst aus. Danach tritt die Hauptschloßfalle
4 in eine Eingriffsöffnung 58 des Schließbleches
44 ein, während die Fallen 10 in die Eintrittsöffnungen
46 eintauchen. Es liegt dadurch die Fallenfunktionsstellung
vor. Aus dieser kann beispielsweise eine Falle 10
zurückgedrückt werden. Dies wirkt sich jedoch nicht auf
die weiteren Fallen aus. Bei einem Zurückdrücken einer
Falle 10 durchwandert der anschlußschieberseitige Zapfen
53 den Ausweichraum 52 der Falle 10.Will one with the espagnolette lock according to the invention

3. Über den Steuervorsprung 38 wird der Ergänzungsriegel
11 in die Hintergriffsstellung zum Schließblech 44
ausgeschwenkt. Dabei bewirkt der in Abwärtsrichtung
fahrende zapfen 53 eine Vorsteuerung der Falle 10 über
die Fallenfunktionsstellung hinaus in die Stellung
gemäß Fig. 6. Dann erstreckt sich der Zapfen 53 am
unteren Ende des Schrägschlitzes 50.Starting from the position shown in FIGS. 3 and 4

In
dieser Endphase der Öffnungsbetätigung beaufschlagt der
Mitnahmevorsprung 28 den Wechselhebel 27 und verlagert
diesen in Aufwärtsrichtung, wobei der Übertragungshebel
24 verschwenkt und die Hauptschloßfalle 4 außer Eingriff
mit dem Schließblech 44 bringt. Die Tür ist somit
öffenbar.Opening the door therefore requires an opposite
directional locking rotation of the key connected
with an upward displacement of the connecting
welcher seinerseits die Falle 10 zurückzieht, was ebenfalls
durch den Ausweichraum 52 der Falle 10 ermöglicht
ist. Da bei dieser Öffnung durch Drückerverlagerung das
Treibstangenanschlußstück 19 verlagert wird und dieses
sich über das Untersetzungsgetriebe 14 auf den Zahnkranz
13 überträgt, ist der Schließzylinder 8 als Freilaufzylinder
gestaltet. The only closed door can also be used

Gemäß der zweiten Ausführungsform, dargestellt in den
Fig. 10 bis 12, tragen gleiche Teile gleiche Bezugsziffern.
Abweichend gegenüber der ersten Ausgestaltung
kämmt nun das Letztrad 17 des Untersetzungsgetriebes
14 nicht unmittelbar mit dem Treibstangenanschlußstück
19, sondern mit einem dem Treibstangenanschlußstück
mit Freigang zugeordneten Zahnsegment 59 in Form
einer kurzen, in teilweiser Überdeckung zum Treibstangenanschlußstück
19 liegenden Zahnstange.
19 eintauchen. In der Fallenvortrittsstellung
erstrecken sich die Zapfenvorsprünge 61
an den unteren Enden der Längsschlitze 60.According to the second embodiment, shown in FIGS

Fig. 11 zeigt, daß der Hauptschloßriegel
5 vorgeschlossen ist und die Zapfenvorsprünge
51 sich am oberen Ende der Längsschlitze 60
befinden. Bei der Öffnungsschließdrehung erfolgt zuerst
eine Aufwärtsverlagerung des Zahnsegmentes 59 um den
Freigang. Danach wird das Treibstangenanschlußstück
mitgenommen und über dieses die Entriegelung herbeigeführt.
In der Endphase der Öffnungsschließdrehung werden
sodann die Hauptschloßfalle 4 sowie die Fallen 10
der Nebenschlösser 3 analog der ersten Ausführungsform
zurückgezogen. This second embodiment allows the installation of a
normally designed locking cylinder. The mode of action
corresponds to that of the first embodiment with
the deviation that when locking the toothed segment 59th

Fig. 12 veranschaulicht die Drückerbetätigung zum Zurückziehen
der Fallen 4, 10 bei nicht vorgeschlossenen
Riegelgliedern. Bei dieser Verlagerung wird wie beim
ersten Ausführungsbeispiel das Treibstangenanschußstück
19 über die Stoßkante 29 in Aufwärtsrichtung geringfügig
verlagert. Diese Bewegung machen auch die Zapfenvorsprünge
61 des Treibstangenanschlußstücks 19 mit. Aufgrund
Der Zahnkranz 13 bleibt somit stehen, was
den Einsatz des normal gestalteten Schließzylinders
zuläßt.Fig. 12 illustrates the pull-back operation
