- the subclaims relate to advantageous developments of the solution according to the invention. Because of this configuration, a lock of the type in question is specified, which is characterized by a particularly simple, cost-saving construction, without impairing the function, in particular in the event of panic.
- the means required for this purpose are the arm-actuated arm and the stop shoulder of the slide. No other components are required. When the bolt is closed, the nut-operated arm runs empty so that it does not step against the stop shoulder. If the bolt is locked, the stop shoulder comes into the range of motion of the nut-operated arm.
- the trigger nut has a latch retractor arm which engages on the latch tail, which engages with the interposition of an opening on the latch tail, which opening is smaller than that of the arm which is in the pre-locked position immediately in front of the stop shoulder of the slider.
- the measure ensures that the arm forms a rounded contact surface and the stop shoulder runs at right angles to the direction of slide displacement. It is also provided that the angular distance between the two arms is approximately 90 °. If the bolt is closed and the handle follower is shifted by means of the handle, the latch actuating arm, after passing through the aforementioned free passage, hits the latch tail while the arm is idling. It is possible to design the slide as a connecting rod connecting slide of a multi-point lock that can be displaced from a locking cylinder via a reduction gear. When driving rod connecting slide displacement, therefore, locking members coupled to the driving rod are moved. It proves to be advantageous that the lock includes a lock cylinder which is designed as a free-running cylinder.

- One in this the square opening 5 provided in the center serves for receiving of a button 6 illustrated in dash-dotted lines the follower 4 attacks a spring slide 7, which the follower 4 is loaded counterclockwise.
- the basic position of the follower 4 is limited by a stay bolt 8.
- a catch 9 is guided above the follower nut 4. This includes a trap slope Trap head 9 'and one adjoining this 9 '' trap tail.
- a trap spring designed as a compression spring 10 loads the trap 9 in the exclusion direction. Their movement is limited accordingly long dimensioned guide slot in the lock bottom 2 what however, not because it is known as such.
- the follower 4 has a 9 ′′ engaging on the latch tail Latch retraction arm 11, which with interposition of an open access F1 the 9 '' acted upon.
- the lock housing is guided by a bolt 12, the bolt head 12 'passes through the cuff 1.
- the bolt head 12 ' continues in a 12 '' bolt tail.
- the lock housing takes a lock cylinder 13 on. It is about the same a freewheel cylinder, the 14 provided closing member 15 by inserting the associated Key by means of one or the other cylinder core is coupled and accordingly by closing rotation is driven. With the key removed, however there is no clutch between the cylinder core and the locking member 15 itself.
- the locking bit 14 protrudes in a radial gap 16 one in the espagnolette lock rotatably mounted ring gear 17 of a bolt-closing gear G.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a key and trigger nut actuatable Lock with bolt and latch with a key-operated Bolt-closing gear and a handle operated Trap retraction gear and with one from the nut to the deadbolt mechanism with play acting transmission link to the nut-operated Bolt inference.
In a known lock of this type (DE 38 23 504 C1) drives the lock bit of a freewheel cylinder Closing rotation using the key on a ring gear on and above this one with several gears Bolt-closing gear. Its last wheel combs with one Rack of a drive rod slide further there is an external toothing on the handle follower, the others with another forming the transmission link Gear combs. The latter includes an immediate gear wheel meshing with the follower nut, which meshes with another gear. This stands with movement play with a tooth segment designed swivel lever in meshing connection, the toothing of the pivot lever with a further meshing of the drive rod slide cooperates. The movement game is provided so normal trigger actuation to retract the latch this movement does not affect the dead bolt locking gear is transmitted. With the bolt locked, however this movement game is eliminated. For example Panic case of the handle clockwise with the door locked Latch pivoted downwards, see above takes place via the external toothing of the follower nut Take along the gear meshing with it. This turns the gear assigned to it clockwise, whereby a driving finger takes the swivel lever with it, which via its interlocking with that of the drive rod slide combs and this upwards emotional. The last wheel goes along with the rack of the dead bolt locking gear. It is So as a link between the follower and the Bolt-closing gearbox a plurality of components used, which the manufacturing cost of such Increase the lock.
The invention is based on the object, a generic Lock in manufacturing technically easier Way so that for the panic function necessary components are reduced to a minimum.
This task is first and foremost
a lock with the features of
besonders einfachen, kostensparend herzustellenden
Aufbau auszeichnet, und zwar ohne Beeinträchtigung der
Funktion insbesondere im Panikfall. Die Mittel, die zu
diesem Zweck erforderlich sind, bildet der nußbetätigbare
Arm und die Anschlagschulter des Schiebers. Weitere
weiterhin vereinfacht.
The subclaims relate to advantageous developments of the solution according to the invention.
Because of this configuration, a lock of the type in question is specified, which is characterized by a particularly simple, cost-saving construction, without impairing the function, in particular in the event of panic. The means required for this purpose are the arm-actuated arm and the stop shoulder of the slide. No other components are required. When the bolt is closed, the nut-operated arm runs empty so that it does not step against the stop shoulder. If the bolt is locked, the stop shoulder comes into the range of motion of the nut-operated arm. If, in the event of a panic, there is a shift of the follower nut, this leads not only to the retraction of the latch, but also to a shift of the slide in that the nut-actuated arm pushes against the stop shoulder. Due to the bolt that is coupled with the slide, it is closed. The arm of the handle follower is preferably formed, which further simplifies the construction of the lock. Then the trigger nut has a latch retractor arm which engages on the latch tail, which engages with the interposition of an opening on the latch tail, which opening is smaller than that of the arm which is in the pre-locked position immediately in front of the stop shoulder of the slider. As a result, the path of the slide can be greater than that of the case when the panic function is exercised. The measure ensures that the arm forms a rounded contact surface and the stop shoulder runs at right angles to the direction of slide displacement. This means that in the pre-closed position of the bolt, the lever-lock mechanism can be actuated by actuation of the handle via the associated displacement of the connecting rod connecting slide, which is not hindered by the lock cylinder designed as a free-running cylinder. For this purpose, the locking bolt transmission comprises a gear drive which interacts on the one hand with a toothing of the connecting rod connecting slide and on the other hand with a toothing of the bolt tail.

Türinnenseite befindliche Drücker 6 nimmt dabei die
Drückernuß 4 mit, deren Fallenrückzugsarm 11 nach Durchlaufen
des Freiganges F1 den Fallenschwanz 9'' beaufschlagt
und damit die Falle 9 in Schloßeinwärtsrichtung
zieht. Einhergehend wird durch den Arm 30 die Anschlagschulter
29 des Treibstangen-Anschlußschiebers 28 beaufschlagt
und dieser in Aufwärtsrichtung bewegt, wobei
die Verschlußglieder 36, 37 außer Eingriff mit türrahmenseitigen
Gegenschließteilen gelangen. Ferner bewirkt
Stellung.
The locking
