Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an espagnolette lock Latch and bolt as well as displaceable parallel to a faceplate the drive rod moving slide connecting slide and with a handle that can be actuated by the handle both for withdrawing the trap from its leading position by means of one attacking the trap tail Trap retraction arm as well as moving back his Locking position of the bolt by attack on the connecting rod connecting slide, which via a reduction gear with a key-operated Freewheel cylinder is coupled, being between the with normal handle actuation turned nut and. Espagnolette connecting slide an clearance is provided is.
In a known lock of this type (DE 38 23 504 C1) drives the lock bit of a freewheel cylinder Closing rotation using the key a ring gear on and above this one with several gears Bolt lock gear. Its last wheel combs with one Rack of an espagnolette slide. Furthermore there is an external toothing on the printer nut, the others with another forming the transmission link Gear combs. The latter includes an immediate gear wheel meshing with the follower nut, which is in mesh with another gear. This stands with movement play with movement play a swivel lever designed as a toothed segment in tooth engagement connection, the teeth of the pivot lever with a further toothing of the drive rod slide interacts. The movement game is provided to retract when the handle is pressed normally the trap does not move on the bolt-closing gear is transmitted. With the bolt locked on the other hand, this movement play is eliminated. Becomes For example, in the event of panic, push the button clockwise locked bolt pivoted downwards, the handle follower is made via the external toothing taking the gear meshing with it. This turns the gear assigned to it clockwise, a driving finger of the same the pivot lever takes along, who over his interlocking with that of the drive rod slide and combs it in the upward direction emotional. Going over the rack the last wheel of the dead bolt locking gear taken. It is therefore a transmission link between the follower and the bolt-closing gear a plurality of components used, which the manufacturing cost of a such lock increase.
Furthermore, a drive rod lock is known from US Pat. No. 5,495,731 known, which works without a reduction gear. The espagnolette lock contains two superimposed ones Nuts, the top nut with an inside handle and the lower nut is coupled to an outside handle is. To generate the necessary locking forces the outside or inside handle against the normal lever actuation direction swiveled.
Furthermore, DE 38 36 694 A1 is an espagnolette lock known, which is a reduction gear includes, but no opening in the event of panic using the Inside handle allowed to do both the trap and also withdraw the pre-closed bolt.
The invention has for its object a drive rod lock of the type in question in addition to realization a simple structure to lock technology favorable design, while reducing the panic function necessary components to a minimum.
Riegel freigehenden Nussarm bildet. This task is initially and essentially at
an espagnolette lock with the features of the
Because of this configuration is a generic Espagnolette lock specified, which is characterized by a particularly simple, economical to manufacture Structure distinguished, and without affecting the Function especially in the event of panic. The means to are necessary for this purpose Bolt-releasing nut arm and the stop shoulder of the connecting rod slide. Shaped this is due to the exclusive shape of the connecting rod slide itself, according to the Z-shaped bend. If the bolt is closed If the door is closed, a relocation of the Lever in the normal lever actuation direction no entrainment of the connecting rod connecting slide like in the espagnolette lock according to DE 38 36 694 A1. Becomes the bolt is key-operated, so it arrives the shoulder should go into the range of motion of the nut arm in question. Then takes place in the event of a panic a shift of the inside handle in normal Handle actuation direction, this leads next to the Retract the latch to relocate the connecting rod connecting slide in that the nut operated Arm bumps against the shoulder. by virtue of the motion-coupled with the connecting rod connecting slide Riegel closed this down.
In addition to this, which is released when the bolt is closed The trigger nut has a nut arm on the latch tail effective retraction arm. This engages starting from the bolt retraction position and the latch advance position, with the interposition of an angular clearance on the trap tail that the angular clearance is smaller than the angular clearance of the swivel arranged on the follower, with closed Bolt-free arm, which in the pre-closed Bolt position immediately in front of the shoulder the slider is. This can be the way of the connecting rod connecting slide must be greater than that is the case when exercising the panic function. For the measure ensures a smooth closing method that the arm forms a rounded contact surface and the stop shoulder perpendicular to the direction of slide displacement just runs. It should also be emphasized the fact that the one Z-leg, an immersion space leaving for the trap with parallel spacing to the forend. This also gives you room to move created for the latch retraction arm. Finally it should be emphasized that the other Z-leg runs along the faceplate back surface.

Stellung.
The locking
Claims (5)
- Driving-rod (espagnolette) lock having a latch (9) and bolt (12), and having a driving-rod connection slide (28), which can be displaced parallel to a lock case front (1) and moves a driving rod (34, 35) for extending and retracting closure members (36, 37) arranged thereon, and having a handle-actuable follower (4) both for drawing back the latch (9) from its advanced position, by means of a latch-drawback arm (11) acting on the latch tail (9"), and for moving back the bolt (12), once in its locked position, by action on the driving-rod connection slide (28), which is coupled to a key-actuable free-wheel cylinder (13) via a reduction gear mechanism (G), a clearance being provided between the driving-rod connection slide (28) and the follower (4), which is rotated during normal handle actuation, characterized in that the driving-rod connection slide (28) forms, by way of a Z-shaped angled portion (31), a stop shoulder (29), against which the follower arm (30) strikes directly when the bolt (12) is extended, and in relation to which the follower arm (30) is free when the bolt (12) is retracted.
- Driving-rod (espagnolette) lock according to Claim 1, characterized in that the one Z-leg (32) is spaced apart from the lock case front (1), parallel thereto, leaving a penetration space for the latch (9) in the process.
- Driving-rod (espagnolette) lock according to Claim 1, characterized in that the latch-drawback arm (11), starting from the drawn-back position of the bolt and the advanced position of the latch, acts on the latch tail (9"), with the interposition of an angled clearance (F1), such that the angle clearance (F1) is less than the angle clearance (F2) of the arm (30), which is arranged with a rotational-angular offset on the handle follower (4), is free when the bolt (12) is retracted and, in the advanced position of the bolt, is located directly in front of the stop shoulder (29) of the drive-rod connection slide (28).
- Driving-rod (espagnolette) lock according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the follower arm (30) forms a rounded active surface (30') and the stop shoulder (29) runs in a planar manner at right angles to the direction of displacement of the slide.
- Driving-rod (espagnolette) lock according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the other Z-leg (33) runs along the rear surface of the lock case front.
