Abstract
Description
Aufgrund dieser Ausgestaltung ist ein Schloß der in Rede stehenden Art angegeben, welches sich durch einen besonders einfachen, kostensparend herzustellenden Aufbau auszeichnet, und zwar ohne Beeinträchtigung der Funktion insbesondere im Panikfall. Die Mittel, die zu diesem Zweck erforderlich sind, bildet der nußbetätigbare Arm und die Anschlagschulter des Schiebers. Weitere Bauteile sind nicht erforderlich. Bei rückgeschlossenem Riegel läuft der nußbetätigte Arm leer, so daß er nicht gegen die Anschlagschulter tritt. Wird der Riegel vorgeschlossen, so gelangt die Anschlagschulter einhergehend in den Bewegungsbereich des nußbetätigten Armes. Erfolgt dann im Panikfall eine Drückernußverlagerung, so führt dies neben dem Zurückziehen der Falle zu einer Verlagerung des Schiebers dadurch, daß der nußbetätigte Arm gegen die Anschlagschulter tritt. Aufgrund des mit dem Schieber bewegungsgekuppelten Riegels wird dieser dabei zurückgeschlossen. Vorzugsweise ist der Arm der Drückernuß angeformt, was den Aufbau des Schlosses weiterhin vereinfacht. Sodann besitzt die Drückernuß einen am Fallenschwanz angreifenden Fallenrückzugsarm, welcher unter Zwischenschaltung eines Freiganges am Fallenschwanz angreift, welcher Freigang kleiner ist als derjenige des Armes, welcher in der vorgeschlossenen Riegelstellung unmittelbar vor der Anschlagschulter des Schiebers liegt. Hierdurch kann der Weg des Schiebers größer sein als derjenige der Falle bei Ausübung der Panikfunktion. Für eine leichtgängige Schließweise sorgt die Maßnahme, daß der Arm eine abgerundete Angriffsfläche ausbildet und die Anschlagschulter rechtwinklig zur Schieberverlagerungsrichtung eben verläuft. Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, daß der Winkelabstand zwischen beiden Armen etwa 90° beträgt. Ist der Riegel zurückgeschlossen und wird die Drückernuß mittels des Drückers verlagert, so tritt der Fallenbetätigungsarm nach Durchlauf des vorerwähnten Freiganges gegen den Fallenschwanz, während der Arm leerläuft. Es ist möglich, den Schieber als von einem Schließzylinder über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe verlagerbaren Treibstangen-Anschlußschieber eines Mehrfachverriegelungsschlosses auszubilden. Bei Treibstangen-Anschlußschieberverlagerung werden daher mit der Treibstange gekuppelte Verschlußglieder bewegt. Es erweist sich von Vorteil, daß das Schloß einen Schließzylinder beinhaltet, welcher als Freilaufzylinder gestaltet ist. Das bedeutet, daß in Vorschließstellung des Riegels durch Drückerbetätigung über die damit einhergehende Verlagerung des Treibstangen-Anschlußschiebers das Riegel-Schließgetriebe betätigt werden kann, was durch den als Freilaufzylinder gestalteten Schließzylinder nicht behindert wird. Das Riegelschließ-Getriebe umfaßt hierzu einen Zahnradtrieb, welcher einerseits mit einer Verzahnung des Treibstangen-Anschlußschiebers und andererseits mit einer Verzahnung des Riegelschwanzes zusammenwirkt.

Claims (10)
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß mit Riegel (12) und Falle (9), mit einem schlüsselbetätigbaren Riegelschließ-Getriebe (G) und einem drückerbetätigbaren Fallen-Rückzugsgetriebe und mit einem von der Nuß (4) auf das Riegelschließ-Getriebe (G) mit Bewegungsspiel wirkenden Übertragungsglied zum nußbetätigbaren Riegelrückschluß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelschließ-Getriebe (G) einen im Schloß verlagerbaren Schieber (28) aufweist, welcher eine Anschlagschulter (29) besitzt, gegen welche in der vorgeschlossenen Riegelstellung ein bei rückgeschlossenem Riegel (12) freigehender nußbetätigter Arm (30) tritt, um den Schieber (28) zu verlagern.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach Anspruch 1 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (30) der Drückernuß (4) angeformt ist.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drückernuß (4) einen am Fallenschwanz (9'') angreifenden Fallenrückzugsarm (11) besitzt, welcher unter Zwischenschaltung eines Freiganges (F1) am Fallenschwanz (9'') angreift, welcher Freigang (F1) kleiner ist als derjenige (F2) des Armes (30), welcher in der vorgeschlossenen Riegelstellung unmittelbar vor der Anschlagschulter (29) des Schiebers (28) liegt.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (30) eine abgerundete Angriffsfläche (30') ausbildet und die Anschlagschulter (29) rechtwinklig zur Schieberverlagerungsrichtung eben verläuft.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelabstand zwischen beiden Armen (11, 30) etwa 90° beträgt.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (28) ein vom Schließzylinder (13) über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe verlagerbarer Treibstangen-Anschlußschieber (28) eines Mehrfachverriegelungsschlosses ist.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließzylinder (13) ein Freilaufzylinder ist.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelschließ-Getriebe (G) einen Zahnradtrieb umfaßt, welcher einerseits mit einer Verzahnung (27) des Treibstangen-Anschlußschiebers (28) und andererseits mit einer Verzahnung (26) des Riegelschwanzes (12'') zusammenwirkt.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagschulter (29) von einer Z-förmigen Abkröpfung (31) des Treibstangen-Anschlußschiebers (28) gebildet ist, wobei ein Z-Schenkel (32), einen Eintauchraum für die Falle (9) belassend, mit parallelem Abstand zur Stulpe (1) verläuft.
- Schlüssel- und drückernußbetätigbares Schloß nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der andere Z-Schenkel (33) entlang der Stulp-Rückfläche verläuft.
