Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lock, in particular door lock.
- a lock in particular door lock.
- Such locks which automatically lock when closing the wing of the door, ie that the user only has to zoom the wing and the automatic locking is triggered when the random wing assumes its closed position within the frame of the door.
- at least one locking element of the lock automatically moves out and into a corresponding recess of the frame automatically to lock the door.
- the locking element can be coupled, for example, with a mechanical or electric drive, which automatically extends the locking element when the wing is moved into its closed position.
- the patent DE 197 01 761 C1 discloses a self-locking lock with a bolt, a latch and an auxiliary latch, which excludes by the depression of the auxiliary latch when closing the door, the bolt.
- a trigger magnet is arranged on the door frame, which operates on a locking element, so that a locking element is automatically transferred to the locking position.
- such an automatically locking lock does not require the user to drive the lock element by a separate manual operation of the lock, for example by turning a key, and bring it into its locked position to lock it lock.
- a self-locking lock to provide an operation by a key to lock the lock after locking in addition.
- Such a locking operation only serves to block unauthorized unlocking of the already locked lock.
- Such purely for blocking serving operation can therefore be much easier and with much less effort for the user, as if both the lock as well as the obstruction manually. The handling of the self-locking lock is thereby made easier for the user as a whole.
- the invention has for its object to provide a lock which is easy to use, which effectively excludes incorrect conditions and which ensures a reliable and secure locking at any time.
- the lock according to the invention comprises at least one latch bolt, which is displaceably mounted between an extended and a retracted position, at least one locking element which is adjustable between a locking position and an unlocking position, and at least one securing element which acts by means of a between the securing element and a frame-side triggering element magnetic attraction or repulsion force between a securing position and a Entommeswolf is adjustable, wherein the locking element is held by the securing element located in the securing position in the unlocked position, wherein the locking element is held by the located in the retracted position latch in the unlocked position and wherein the locking element is automatically adjustable from the unlocked position into the locking position when the latch latch in the refinedfah renen position and the securing element are in the armed position.
- the triggering of the automatic locking is thus controlled by a double fuse, namely once by the locking element located in the unlocking position is held by the securing element located in the securing position in the unlocked position, and once by the fact that the locking element located in the unlocking position by the held in the retracted position latch is held in the unlocked position.
- a double fuse namely once by the locking element located in the unlocking position is held by the securing element located in the securing position in the unlocked position, and once by the fact that the locking element located in the unlocking position by the held in the retracted position latch is held in the unlocked position.
- the latch In the open position of the wing, the latch is functionally unencumbered and is in the extended position. At the same time, the securing element is not acted upon by the frame-side triggering element and is in the securing position. In the open position of the wing, the locking element is thus held by the securing element in the unlocked position.
- the latch initially runs with its the frame of the door or the like facing edge on the striker bearing spar of the frame and is thus first pressed into the retracted position, in which they now the locking element in the Hold unlocking position.
- the securing element is acted upon by the frame-side triggering element and brought into its Entommeswolf in which it no longer holds the locking element in the unlocked position.
- the latch takes a position in which it faces its corresponding frame-side recess and thus enters the recess and thereby reaches the extended position.
- the locking element is held neither by the fuse element nor by the latch in the unlocked position and is thus automatically adjusted to the locked position.
- the latch When the latch is in the extended position, it no longer holds the locking element in the unlocked position, but releases the locking element. This means that, at least in the extended position of the latch, there is no forced coupling or mutual positive guidance between the latch and the locking element, but rather that the locking element can move independently of and unhindered by the latch.
- the locking element is independent of the latch from the unlocked position in the locking position adjustable, provided that the securing element is in the armed position.
- the release of the locking element by the latch may be e.g. be effected in that an undercut between the latch and the locking element or an element coupled to the locking element is canceled.
- the release of the locking element by the securing element located in the unlocking occurs in a corresponding manner.
- the automatic locking of the lock is triggered exactly when the wing is in its final closed position in which the latch is at least partially retracted into the corresponding recess of the frame.
- the locking element can drive substantially without friction and preferably with play in the recess, so that a complete extension the locking element and a secure locking action can be achieved.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that in the extended position of the latch, the securing element is held by a force acting on the securing element force and / or by an undercut in the securing position and the securing element by moving the latch in the retracted position of the on the Fuse element acting force can be relieved or decoupled from the undercut.
- the security element is held in the locking position when the latch bolt is extended, so that the securing element can be brought into the unlocked position without further notice only when the latch bolt is retracted. An early or unintentional triggering of the self-locking is thereby avoided, so that the reliability of the self-locking and protection against incorrect operation are further increased.
- a transmission element which contacts the securing element or a member coupled to the securing element and exerts a static friction force on the securing element or the element coupled to the securing element, which holds the securing element in the securing position, wherein the transmission element Spend the lock latch in the retracted position out of contact with the fuse element or coupled to the fuse element element can be brought.
- the transmission element may be a drive-actively coupled to the locking element element which forms an effective in the drive direction of the transmission element undercut with the securing element located in the securing position to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
- the latch case runs during retraction from the extended to the retracted position preferably against an edge of the transmission element, wherein the latch and / or the edge of the transmission element are formed inclined relative to the direction of movement of the latch, so that when the lock latch at the edge of the Transmission element, a displacement of the transmission element is effected transversely to the movement of the lock latch.
- the transmission element is preferably moved counter to the direction in which it brings the locking element in the locked position.
- the securing element located in the securing position or a member coupled to the securing element has an undercut with the locking element located in the unlocking position or one with the locking element coupled element forms to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
- a reliable retention of the locking element in the unlocked position can be effected in a simple manner.
- the securing element located in the armed position is biased in the direction of the securing position. In this way, it is ensured that the unaffected securing element automatically returns to its securing position, in which it holds the locking element in the locking position.
- the bias voltage can be effected, for example, by a spring element coupled to the securing element.
- the securing element of the lock may be formed magnetically or magnetizable to be acted upon by a magnetic or magnetizable triggering element and be brought into the armed position.
- a magnetic attraction between the fuse element and the trigger element is used.
- the fuse element may comprise a ferromagnetic, diamagnetic, paramagnetic, ferrimagnetic or antiferromagnetic material.
- the securing element of the lock can be made ferromagnetically and the frame-side triggering element permanent magnetically.
- the latch located in the retracted position or an element coupled thereto forms an undercut with the locking element located in the unlocking position or an element coupled to the locking element in order to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
- This can be in einfaeher Way a reliable support of the locking element can be effected in the unlocked position.
- the lock can be designed so that the securing element located in the securing position and the latch located in the retracted position on the other hand each form an undercut with the locking element or an example thus drivingly coupled element to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
- the securing element located in the securing position on the one hand and the latch in the retracted position on the other hand then each form an undercut with the same with the locking element drivingly coupled transmission element, which may be plate-shaped, for example, wherein the undercut in each case in the drive direction of the transmission element is effective to to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the locking element located in the unlocking position by the force acting on the locking element and / or on an element coupled to the locking element gravity and / or on a locking element and / or coupled to the locking element acting spring force is biased in the direction of the locking position.
- the automatic locking of the lock can then be effected in a simple manner completely by, for example, by the force of gravity or a spring element caused mechanical bias, without the need for electric motors or the like. This achieves a particularly simple and at the same time extremely functional overall structure of the lock.
- the locking element located in the locking position is secured against being pushed back.
- the locking element can then be brought back into the unlocked position only via a functionally appropriate operation of the lock, for example via a pusher or a key, but not by a force exerted outside the lock, for example by a user directly on the locking element.
- a functionally appropriate operation of the lock for example via a pusher or a key, but not by a force exerted outside the lock, for example by a user directly on the locking element.
- the locking element preferably comprises a locking bolt and / or a pivoting hook.
- the locking element can be biased in the direction of the locking position by the force acting on the locking element itself and / or on an element coupled to the locking element or a spring force acting thereon.
- the center of gravity of a pivot hook can be arranged outside the pivot axis of the pivot hook, that the pivot hook located in the unlocking position is biased by the force acting on it gravity in the direction of the locking position.
- the lock comprises a main lock and at least one coupled to the main lock or coupled sub-lock, for example, the main lock and / or the secondary lock is associated with a locking element.
- the lock can comprise a plurality of locking elements, which can be assigned to different main or auxiliary locks. Several locking elements of the lock can thereby from the same located in the securing position fuse element and / or held by the same in the retracted position latch in their respective unlocked position.
- the lock may also comprise a plurality of securing elements and / or a plurality of latch traps, which may be arranged to be movable independently of each other or coupled to each other for common adjustment.
- the lock may include a plurality of lock latches, each associated with the main lock or by-pass lock, each slidably supported between a retracted position and an extended position.
- a main lock and / or a secondary lock each associated with both a locking element and a slidably mounted between a retracted and a retracted position latch bolt, wherein the locking element and the latch each a recess of the frame of the door or the like is associated , in which the locking element located in the locking position or the latch located in the extended position engages with the door closed or the like in the extended position.
- the locking element and the lock latch are preferably arranged mutually so that the at least partially retracted into the associated recess of the frame lock latch holds the wing in a position in which the locking element substantially frictionless, in particular with play, in the locking element associated with the recess Frame is retractable.
- a defined positional fixing of the wing is ensured in the region of the associated locking element, which ensures that even in a deformed or warped Wing the locking element can reliably retract into the corresponding recess of the frame, whereby the reliability and safety of the automatic locking of the lock is further increased.
- the lock catch is preferably mounted in the secondary lock so that it is decoupled from the arranged in the main lock and the secondary lock automatism, which causes the self-locking of the locking element when moving the lock in the closed position. Accordingly, there is preferably no positive coupling or mutual positive guidance between the locking element and the lock latch. Accordingly, the latch may be displaceable between the extended and retracted positions, either when the locking element is in the locking position or when the locking element is in the unlocking position, or in both cases independently of the locking element. in particular without being coupled to the locking element to a mutual forced operation. As a result, the latch can enter the extended position and fix the wing in the desired position, even before the automatic locking of the locking element takes place or is triggered.
- Another object of the invention is a door or the like arranged in a wing of the door or the like as described herein lock according to the invention and arranged in a frame of the door or the like frame-side release element, wherein the securing element of the lock when closing the wing of the door or the like by means of a force acting between the fuse element and the frame-side triggering element magnetic attraction or repulsion force automatically from its securing position in the Entommeswolf can be brought.
- the advantageous embodiments and advantages described herein in relation to the lock according to the invention apply correspondingly to the door according to the invention or the like.
- Fig. 1 shows a lock according to an embodiment of the invention with a main lock 10, comprising a lock cylinder 12 and a hand-operated pusher 14, and with two auxiliary locks 16, the can be controlled by the main lock 10 via drive rods 18 respectively.
- the main lock 10 and the two auxiliary locks 16 each include a latch 20 and 20 ', which in Fig. 1 is shown in its extended position, as well as in Fig. 1 each shown in the locking position locking elements 22, 22 ', wherein the Verriegelungslement 22 of the main lock 10 as a locking latch and the locking elements 22' of the secondary locks 16 are designed as pivoting hooks.
- the lock is automatically locked.
- the locking elements 22, 22 'of both the main lock 10 and the secondary locks 16 are automatically brought into the locking position, in which they engage interlockingly in corresponding recesses of a striker plate mounted on the frame side.
- Fig. 2 shows the main lock 10 of Fig. 1 in detail view.
- the latch 20 of the main lock 10 is slidably mounted in a housing 26 in the direction of a double arrow 24.
- the latch 20 is in its extended position, in which it is urged by a spring element 27 acting on the latch 20.
- the locking element 22 of the main lock 10 is also slidably mounted in the direction of a double arrow 28 and is in Fig. 2 shown in its retracted unlocking position.
- the locking element 22 is drivingly coupled to a plate-shaped transmission element 30 which is slidably mounted in the lock housing 26 in the direction of the double arrow 32.
- a pivot lever 34 is provided, which is rotatably mounted at one end to a housing-fixed, peg-shaped projection 36 and at the other end via a provided in the pivot lever 34 slot 38 on a pin-shaped projection 40 of Locking element 22 is rotatably mounted and at the same time displaceable.
- the pivot lever 34 has between its two ends a groove 42, which in Fig. 2 is covered by a change lever 44 and therefore in Fig. 2 is shown in dashed lines.
- the transmission element 30 and the locking element 22 are coupled to each other via a arranged in the groove 42 of the pivot lever 34 peg-shaped projection 46 of the transmission element 30, that a displacement of the transmission element 30 from the in Fig.
- the transmission element 30 has at both ends coupling portions 54 for coupling with in Fig.2 not shown drive rods 18 ( Fig. 1 ), via which the transmission element 30 can be coupled with the secondary locks 16. About the drive rods 18 an additional, the transmission element 30 in the direction of arrow 48 biasing force of the secondary locks 16 is transmitted to the transmission element 30.
- the transmission element 30 further comprises a transversely oriented to the direction of the arrow 48 run-on slope 56, against which the lock latch 20 at Spend in their retracted position in the direction of an arrow 58 starts.
- the transmission element 30 can be raised against the biasing direction in the direction of the arrow 48 slightly in the direction of an arrow 60.
- the main lock 10 comprises a securing element 62, which in Fig. 2 is shown in its securing position. In this securing position, the securing element 62 forms an undercut with an edge 64 of the transmission element 30 coupled to the locking element 22 located in the unlocking position.
- the undercut is oriented in the direction perpendicular to the displacement direction 48 of the transmission element 30 and is thus effective for locking the locking element 22 to be explained in more detail below in the unlocked position.
- the edge 64 of the transmission element 30 defines a projection 68 of the transmission element 30 which engages in a recess 66 of the transmission element 30 Fig. 4b it can be seen, the projection 68 is within the ground plane of the plate-shaped transmission element 30, whereby a flat design of the transmission element 30 is realized.
- Fig. 5 shows the fuse element 62 including a fuse element 62 female housing 70 in detail.
- the securing element 62 is designed in two parts and comprises an influencing section 72 facing the frame of the door or the like and a blocking section 74 connected thereto.
- Fig. 5b shows the securing element 62 in the securing position, in which the blocking portion 74 has an undercut with the edge 64 (see Fig. 2 to 4 ) of the transmission element 30 forms.
- the securing element 62 is mounted displaceably in the housing 70 in the direction of a double arrow 76 and is acted upon by a spring element 78 which urges the securing element 62 in the direction of the securing position.
- the securing element 62 is ferromagnetic in the area of the influencing section 72, so that the securing element 62 can be displaced in the direction of the arrow 80 and brought into the unlocking position by approximating the securing element 62 to a permanently magnetic triggering element arranged in the frame of the door or the like.
- Fig. 5c shows the fuse element 62 in the armed position in which the interference portion 72 protrudes toward the frame of the door or the like and the blocking portion 74 is brought out of engagement with the edge 64.
- the securing element 62 is urged by the force of the spring element 78 in the securing position.
- a recess 82 and a projection 84 are provided, which each serve for housing-fixed coupling of the housing 70 in the lock housing 26.
- the pin-shaped projection 36 serves as described above for the rotatable coupling of the pivot lever 34 (see Fig. 2 and 3 ) on the housing 70.
- Fig. 6 shows that in Fig. 1 to 5 shown lock in different stages of the realized through the lock sequence control for automatic locking of the castle. For better clarity, in Fig. 6 only a few lock components provided with reference numerals.
- the transmission element 30 and the locking element 22 coupled thereto are in the in Fig. 2 shown switching position of the lock biased by the forces acting on the transmission element 30 forces so that the locking element 22 is urged into the locking position.
- the locking element 22 is held against the bias by the securing element 62 in the unlocked position, since the securing element 62 with the edge 64 forms an effective undercut 48 in the direction of arrow and thereby blocks a displacement of the transmission element 30 in the drive direction of the transmission element 30.
- the transfer element 30 and the biasing force acting on the transfer element 30 thereby load in the region of the edge 64 on the securing element 62.
- a static friction between the transmission element 30 and the securing element 62 is generated, the displacement of the securing element 62 in the direction of the armed position, ie in Direction of the arrow 80, counteracts.
- a small magnetic attraction force acting on the securing element 62 therefore results in this switching position of the lock not yet to a movement of the securing element 62 in the armed position.
- the latch bolt 20 runs on the striker carrying the spar of the frame of the door.
- the latch 20 has a chamfer with an inclined surface to be pointed in the pivoting direction of the wing on the spar of the frame, so that the latch 20 against the force of the spring element 27 in the direction of an arrow 58 in in the Fig. 6a shown retracted position is moved.
- Fig. 6d shows an enlarged view of the in Fig. 6b shown in the armed position fuse element 62.
- the fuse element 62 is in this position outside the path of movement of the edge 64 of the transmission element 30, so that the transmission element 30 and the locking element coupled thereto 22 are no longer held in this switching position of the lock by the securing element 62 in the unlocked position.
- forms in the in Fig. 6b and Fig. 6d Lock position shown in the retracted position latch 20 has an undercut with the run-on slope 56 which holds the transmission element 30 and the locking element 22 in the unlocked position.
- the main lock 10 for this purpose comprises a pusher nut 92, which with the in Fig. 1 and 2 shown pusher 14 is coupled.
- This pusher nut 92 is coupled to the transmission element 30 such that when the pusher 14 is turned downwards in the direction of an arrow 94 (FIG. Fig. 2 ) the transmission element 30 is displaced in the direction of the arrow 60, as a result of which the locking element 22 coupled to the transmission element 30 via the pivot lever 34 is moved back into the unlocked position.
- a coupling element 98 is simultaneously pivoted in the direction of arrow 100, whereby the latch 20 is brought into the retracted position.
- the pusher nut 92 has an idle relative to the transmission element 30 and the lock latch 20, which is designed such that the operated pusher 14 can return to its horizontal starting position, without causing a positive guidance of the latch 20 or the transmission element 30 via the pusher 14 ,
- the lock is unlocked and the wing can be re-opened again.
- the fuse element 62 moves away during rotation opening of the wing from the influence region of the frame-side permanent-magnetic release element and thus automatically returns due to the application of the spring element 78 back into the securing position in which it forms an undercut with the edge 64 of the transmission element 30, the renewed automatic extension of the locking element 22 prevents.
- the lock then takes, as soon as the trigger 14 is released and returns to its horizontal position, the in Fig. 2 shown switching position.
- the lock starting from the in Fig. 6c shown automatically locked switch position at any time on the pusher 14 back into the in Fig. 2 shown unlocked switching position to be transferred.
- the lock is based on the in Fig. 6c shown switching position lockable.
- the main lock 10 as in Fig. 2 and 3 shown recess 106 into which a in Fig. 2 and 3 not shown and via a key manually operable lock cylinder 12 ( Fig. 1 ) is used.
- dashed line locking lug 107 of the lock cylinder 12 ( Fig. 1 ) describes when turning the key by a user in Fig. 2 and 3 indicated by a line 108 circular path.
- the locking tab 107 runs on a mounted in the lock housing 26 rocker 112 and lifts this rocker against the biasing force of the rocker 112 acting spring element 114 at.
- a back projection 116 (FIG. Fig. 3 ) of the rocker 112 out of engagement with a corresponding first recess 118 (FIG. Fig.
- Fig. 2 is the locking element 22 in the unlocked position in which the locking element 122 can not be brought into the locked position, because in the attempt a rear locking pin 128 ( Fig. 3 ) of the locking element 122 runs against a vertical edge of the transmission element 30 and is blocked by this edge.
- the transmission element 30 is displaced in the direction of the arrow 48, so that the locking pin 128 of the locking element 122 in a corresponding recess 130 (see Fig. 3 and 4a ) of the transmission element 30 can run.
- this locked position blocks the locking pin 128, the transmission element 30, so that unlocking of the lock on the pusher 14 is prevented and the lock is thus effectively locked.
- the blocking element 122 brought into the blocking position is thereby held in the blocking position in that the projection 116 (FIG. Fig. 3 ) of the spring-loaded rocker 112 into a second recess 132 (FIG. Fig. 3 ) of the locking element 122 engages.
- the key must be in the direction of an arrow 134 (FIG. Fig. 2 ), wherein the locking lug 107 of the lock cylinder first raises the rocker 112 again and disengages from the locking element 122 and then engages a second projection 136 of the locking element 122 to return the locking element 122 to the in Fig. 2 To bring shown unlocking position in which it releases the transmission element 30. Subsequently, the lock can be unlocked again via the pusher 14.

- the change lever 44 is thereby displaceable in the direction of an arrow 140, wherein the transmission element 30 is raised in the direction of the arrow 60 and the lock is unlocked.
- the change lever 44 of the locking element 122 When locking the lock, the change lever 44 of the locking element 122 in the direction of the arrow 124 and thereby passes out of the path of movement of the locking lug 107 of the lock cylinder 12.
- the change lever 44 also has a projection 142 which is provided with a corresponding recess 144 (FIG. Fig. 3 ) of the housing 26 forms a slotted guide for the change lever 44.
- the main lock 10 also has a backup for the locking element 22 located in the locking position. This is achieved by a projection 146 provided on the transmission element 30 (FIG. Fig. 3 and 4a ) which, when the locking element 22 is brought into the locking position, enters a corresponding recess in the locking element 22 provided on the rear side of the locking element 22 and prevents the locking element 22 from being pressed back into the unlocking position, so that the locking element 22 only returns via the transmission element 30 in the unlocked position is adjustable and an unauthorized or unwanted unlocking of the lock via a manipulation on the locking element 22 is avoided.

- the lock latch 20 ' runs as it closes the door with its inclined surface against the spar of the frame and is thereby pressed in the direction of its retracted position.
- the secondary lock 16 further comprises a locking element 22 'which is adjustably mounted in the housing 26' between a locking position and an unlocking position.
- the locking element 22 ' is formed as pivotable about a housing-fixed pivot axis 152 swiveling hook.
- the in Fig. 7 and 8th illustrated center of gravity 154 of the locking element 22 ' is arranged outside the pivot axis 152 so that the pivot hook 22' by acting on it gravity from its in Fig. 7 shown unlocking position is urged into the locking position, in Fig. 7 indicated by dashed lines.
- the locking element 22 In the locking position, the locking element 22 'retract into a corresponding recess of a frame-side striker and thereby form an undercut with the frame due to its hook-shaped configuration in addition to an effective in the direction perpendicular to the wing plane undercut with the frame, which is effective in the direction of arrow 156 , whereby a particularly secure locking of the door is achieved.
- the locking element 22 ' is drivingly coupled via a pin-shaped coupling element 158 with a plate-shaped transmission element 30' of the secondary lock 16, which is mounted in the direction of a double arrow 159 slidably in the housing 26 '.
- the locking element 22 'and the transmission element 30' are coupled together via the coupling element 158 such that the locking element 22 'by moving the transmission element 30' in the direction an arrow 160 is movable in the direction of its locking position and vice versa in a re-retraction of the locking element 22 '.

- the secondary lock 16 is dimensioned so that the locking element 22 'automatically arrives in the locking position solely by the forces exerted by the secondary lock 16 or its components themselves.
- the secondary lock 16 for this purpose has a spring element 166, which the transmission element 30 'from the in Fig. 7 shown rest position in the direction of arrow 160 urges.
- the forces emanating from the auxiliary lock 16 are transmitted to the main lock 10 via the support section 162 transferred, where they additionally urge the locking element 22 of the main lock 10 in the direction of the locking position.
- the latch 20 'of the secondary lock 16 is coupled via a pivot lever 168 with the transmission element 30' such that upon actuation of the pusher 14 (FIG. Fig. 1 and 2 ) and a concomitant movement of the drive rod 18 and the transmission element 30 'in the direction of an arrow 169 (FIG. Fig. 7 ) the latch 20 'is brought against the force of the spring element 150 in the retracted position. Upon release of the trigger 14, the latch 20 'automatically returns to the in position by means of the force of the spring element 150 Fig. 2 shown extended position back.
- the latch 20 'of the secondary lock 16 serves to fix the position of the wing of the door in the area of the secondary lock 16 when the wing is closed so that the locking element 22' can move freely and without friction into the associated opening of the frame-side strike plate. This further increases the reliability and safety of the automatic lock.
- the locking element 22 'of the secondary lock 16 has a backup.
- the peg-shaped coupling element 158 is forcibly guided not only in each case in a link 170, 172 of the pivoting hook 22 'and of the transmission element 30', but additionally in a slot 174 (FIG. Fig. 8 ) of the housing 26 '.
- the gate 174 of the housing 26 ' is designed such that it forms an undercut in the locking position of the locking element 22' with the peg-shaped coupling element 158, which counteracts a pushing back of the locking element 22 'from the outside. The locking element 22 'can thus be brought back into the unlocked position only via the transmission element 30'.
- the latch 20 and the securing element 62 of the main lock 10 have the function of holding the locking elements 22, 22 'in the locking position.
- the latch 20 'of the secondary lock 16 it would be within the scope of the invention also possible to design the latch 20 'of the secondary lock 16 so that it holds the locking elements 22, 22' in the unlocked position in the unlocked position.
- one of the auxiliary locks 16 could also be equipped with a securing element 62.

Description
In contrast to a purely manually operated lock, such an automatically locking lock does not require the user to drive the lock element by a separate manual operation of the lock, for example by turning a key, and bring it into its locked position to lock it lock. Although it is quite conceivable even with a self-locking lock to provide an operation by a key to lock the lock after locking in addition. However, such a locking operation only serves to block unauthorized unlocking of the already locked lock. Such purely for blocking serving operation can therefore be much easier and with much less effort for the user, as if both the lock as well as the obstruction manually. The handling of the self-locking lock is thereby made easier for the user as a whole.
The problem with known self-locking locks is the risk of incorrect operation. Thus, for example, in the case of a mechanical or magnetic release of the self-locking, there is the risk that the automatic locking will be triggered unintentionally or accidentally while the blade is not or not yet in its closed position. Not only is this not functional, it also carries the risk of damaging the door.
Furthermore, it proves to be difficult to realize a reliable and reliable automatic locking of the lock at any time, with known locks in particular the risk that the locking element does not extend or not completely and thus only insufficient locking is effected. This may in particular be the case even if the lock itself is triggered correctly, but the extending locking element is wedged or braced due to an insufficiently accurate mutual positioning of locking element and corresponding frame-side recess with the frame-side recess and not completely into the recess.
The invention has for its object to provide a lock which is easy to use, which effectively excludes incorrect conditions and which ensures a reliable and secure locking at any time.
The object is achieved by a lock with the features of
The lock according to the invention comprises at least one latch bolt, which is displaceably mounted between an extended and a retracted position, at least one locking element which is adjustable between a locking position and an unlocking position, and at least one securing element which acts by means of a between the securing element and a frame-side triggering element magnetic attraction or repulsion force between a securing position and a Entsicherungsstellung is adjustable, wherein the locking element is held by the securing element located in the securing position in the unlocked position, wherein the locking element is held by the located in the retracted position latch in the unlocked position and wherein the locking element is automatically adjustable from the unlocked position into the locking position when the latch latch in the ausgefah renen position and the securing element are in the armed position.
The triggering of the automatic locking is thus controlled by a double fuse, namely once by the locking element located in the unlocking position is held by the securing element located in the securing position in the unlocked position, and once by the fact that the locking element located in the unlocking position by the held in the retracted position latch is held in the unlocked position. Starting from the open position of the wing of the door or the like, a two-stage sequence control for triggering the automatic is described in the operation of the lock as described below Realized locking, which increases the reliability and security of the lock and effectively excludes incorrect operation.
In the open position of the wing, the latch is functionally unencumbered and is in the extended position. At the same time, the securing element is not acted upon by the frame-side triggering element and is in the securing position. In the open position of the wing, the locking element is thus held by the securing element in the unlocked position.
If the wing is brought into its closed position, the latch initially runs with its the frame of the door or the like facing edge on the striker bearing spar of the frame and is thus first pressed into the retracted position, in which they now the locking element in the Hold unlocking position. At the same time, the securing element is acted upon by the frame-side triggering element and brought into its Entsicherungsstellung in which it no longer holds the locking element in the unlocked position.
If the wing is now further pivoted in the closing direction and finally brought completely into the closed position, the latch takes a position in which it faces its corresponding frame-side recess and thus enters the recess and thereby reaches the extended position. In this position of the lock, the locking element is held neither by the fuse element nor by the latch in the unlocked position and is thus automatically adjusted to the locked position.
When the latch is in the extended position, it no longer holds the locking element in the unlocked position, but releases the locking element. This means that, at least in the extended position of the latch, there is no forced coupling or mutual positive guidance between the latch and the locking element, but rather that the locking element can move independently of and unhindered by the latch. In particular, the locking element is independent of the latch from the unlocked position in the locking position adjustable, provided that the securing element is in the armed position. The release of the locking element by the latch may be e.g. be effected in that an undercut between the latch and the locking element or an element coupled to the locking element is canceled. The release of the locking element by the securing element located in the unlocking occurs in a corresponding manner.
By the two-stage sequence control described above is achieved that the automatic locking of the lock is triggered exactly when the wing is in its final closed position in which the latch is at least partially retracted into the corresponding recess of the frame. This ensures that the locking element in any case can easily and substantially completely retract into the corresponding recess of the frame in order to achieve a secure and reliable locking of the lock, without the risk that the locking element with the recess or the adjacent area of the frame is braced, braced or braked by this. Instead, the locking element can drive substantially without friction and preferably with play in the recess, so that a complete extension the locking element and a secure locking action can be achieved.
Operating errors are effectively excluded. For example, if a user accidentally abuts the latch and the latch is retracted and then retracted to the extended position, the latch will not trip because the latch is held in the unlatched position by the latch. Thus, a secure and reliable automatic locking of the castle is achieved, are largely ruled out in the incorrect operation.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the subclaims, the description and the drawings.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that in the extended position of the latch, the securing element is held by a force acting on the securing element force and / or by an undercut in the securing position and the securing element by moving the latch in the retracted position of the on the Fuse element acting force can be relieved or decoupled from the undercut.
In this embodiment, the security element is held in the locking position when the latch bolt is extended, so that the securing element can be brought into the unlocked position without further notice only when the latch bolt is retracted. An early or unintentional triggering of the self-locking is thereby avoided, so that the reliability of the self-locking and protection against incorrect operation are further increased.
Preferably, in the extended position of the latch, a transmission element is provided which contacts the securing element or a member coupled to the securing element and exerts a static friction force on the securing element or the element coupled to the securing element, which holds the securing element in the securing position, wherein the transmission element Spend the lock latch in the retracted position out of contact with the fuse element or coupled to the fuse element element can be brought. The transmission element may be a drive-actively coupled to the locking element element which forms an effective in the drive direction of the transmission element undercut with the securing element located in the securing position to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
The latch case runs during retraction from the extended to the retracted position preferably against an edge of the transmission element, wherein the latch and / or the edge of the transmission element are formed inclined relative to the direction of movement of the latch, so that when the lock latch at the edge of the Transmission element, a displacement of the transmission element is effected transversely to the movement of the lock latch. The transmission element is preferably moved counter to the direction in which it brings the locking element in the locked position.
In principle, it is preferred if the securing element located in the securing position or a member coupled to the securing element has an undercut with the locking element located in the unlocking position or one with the locking element coupled element forms to hold the locking element in the unlocked position. As a result, a reliable retention of the locking element in the unlocked position can be effected in a simple manner.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the securing element located in the armed position is biased in the direction of the securing position. In this way, it is ensured that the unaffected securing element automatically returns to its securing position, in which it holds the locking element in the locking position. The bias voltage can be effected, for example, by a spring element coupled to the securing element.
The securing element of the lock may be formed magnetically or magnetizable to be acted upon by a magnetic or magnetizable triggering element and be brought into the armed position. Preferably, a magnetic attraction between the fuse element and the trigger element is used. The fuse element may comprise a ferromagnetic, diamagnetic, paramagnetic, ferrimagnetic or antiferromagnetic material. For example, the securing element of the lock can be made ferromagnetically and the frame-side triggering element permanent magnetically.
Preferably, the latch located in the retracted position or an element coupled thereto forms an undercut with the locking element located in the unlocking position or an element coupled to the locking element in order to hold the locking element in the unlocked position. This can be in einfaeher Way a reliable support of the locking element can be effected in the unlocked position.
The lock can be designed so that the securing element located in the securing position and the latch located in the retracted position on the other hand each form an undercut with the locking element or an example thus drivingly coupled element to hold the locking element in the unlocked position. Preferably, the securing element located in the securing position on the one hand and the latch in the retracted position on the other hand then each form an undercut with the same with the locking element drivingly coupled transmission element, which may be plate-shaped, for example, wherein the undercut in each case in the drive direction of the transmission element is effective to to hold the locking element in the unlocked position.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the locking element located in the unlocking position by the force acting on the locking element and / or on an element coupled to the locking element gravity and / or on a locking element and / or coupled to the locking element acting spring force is biased in the direction of the locking position. The automatic locking of the lock can then be effected in a simple manner completely by, for example, by the force of gravity or a spring element caused mechanical bias, without the need for electric motors or the like. This achieves a particularly simple and at the same time extremely functional overall structure of the lock.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the locking element located in the locking position is secured against being pushed back. The locking element can then be brought back into the unlocked position only via a functionally appropriate operation of the lock, for example via a pusher or a key, but not by a force exerted outside the lock, for example by a user directly on the locking element. As a result, an unwanted unlocking of the lock can be avoided.
The locking element preferably comprises a locking bolt and / or a pivoting hook. In principle, the locking element can be biased in the direction of the locking position by the force acting on the locking element itself and / or on an element coupled to the locking element or a spring force acting thereon. The center of gravity of a pivot hook can be arranged outside the pivot axis of the pivot hook, that the pivot hook located in the unlocking position is biased by the force acting on it gravity in the direction of the locking position.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the lock comprises a main lock and at least one coupled to the main lock or coupled sub-lock, for example, the main lock and / or the secondary lock is associated with a locking element.
In principle, the lock can comprise a plurality of locking elements, which can be assigned to different main or auxiliary locks. Several locking elements of the lock can thereby from the same located in the securing position fuse element and / or held by the same in the retracted position latch in their respective unlocked position. The lock may also comprise a plurality of securing elements and / or a plurality of latch traps, which may be arranged to be movable independently of each other or coupled to each other for common adjustment.
For example, the lock may include a plurality of lock latches, each associated with the main lock or by-pass lock, each slidably supported between a retracted position and an extended position.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a main lock and / or a secondary lock each associated with both a locking element and a slidably mounted between a retracted and a retracted position latch bolt, wherein the locking element and the latch each a recess of the frame of the door or the like is associated , in which the locking element located in the locking position or the latch located in the extended position engages with the door closed or the like in the extended position.
In this case, the locking element and the lock latch are preferably arranged mutually so that the at least partially retracted into the associated recess of the frame lock latch holds the wing in a position in which the locking element substantially frictionless, in particular with play, in the locking element associated with the recess Frame is retractable. Thus, a defined positional fixing of the wing is ensured in the region of the associated locking element, which ensures that even in a deformed or warped Wing the locking element can reliably retract into the corresponding recess of the frame, whereby the reliability and safety of the automatic locking of the lock is further increased.
The lock catch is preferably mounted in the secondary lock so that it is decoupled from the arranged in the main lock and the secondary lock automatism, which causes the self-locking of the locking element when moving the lock in the closed position.
Another object of the invention is a door or the like arranged in a wing of the door or the like as described herein lock according to the invention and arranged in a frame of the door or the like frame-side release element, wherein the securing element of the lock when closing the wing of the door or the like by means of a force acting between the fuse element and the frame-side triggering element magnetic attraction or repulsion force automatically from its securing position in the Entsicherungsstellung can be brought. The advantageous embodiments and advantages described herein in relation to the lock according to the invention apply correspondingly to the door according to the invention or the like.
