Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Imprägnieren und Beschichten von Papier, welches zur Verwendung als Deckschicht von abriebfestem Laminat bestimmt ist, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:a) Eine durchlaufende Papierbahn wird zunächst mit Harz getränkt;b) Die Papierbahn wird einseitig mit einer Beschichtungsmasse versehen, welches ein flüssiges Harz und feinkörniges abrasives Material, insbesondere Korund, enthält;c) Die beschichtete Papierbahn wird getrocknet;d) Die Beschichtung wird mit einer Deckschicht aus flüssigem Harz gestrichen, welches von abrasiven Partikeln frei ist;e) Die Papierbahn wird erneut getrocknet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Schritt d) eine Harzmenge von 10 bis 80 g/m2 aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Schritten c) und e) auch auf die Rückseite der Papierbahn eine Harzschicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Rückseite eine Harzmenge von 10 bis 80 g/m2 aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahn bei dem Schritt c) bis auf eine Restfeuchte von 8 bis 17% vorgetrocknet und bei dem Schritt e) auf eine Endfeuchte von 4 bis 9% fertiggetrocknet wird.
- Anlage zum Imprägnieren und Beschichten von Papier, welches zur Verwendung als Deckschicht von abriebfesten Laminaten bestimmt ist, mit folgenden in Durchlaufrichtung einer zu behandelnden Papierbahn hintereinander angeordneten Stationen:a) ein Imprägnierwerk;b) ein Beschichtungswerk zum einseitigen Auftragen einer Beschichtungsmasse auf die durchlaufende Papierbahn;c) einen Trockner;d) ein Streichwerk (6, 6a, 6b) zum Streichen der Beschichtung mit einer Deckschicht aus flüssigem Harz, welches von abrasiven Partikeln frei ist;e) einen weiteren Trockner (8).
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Streichwerk (6) eine Rasterwalze (21) aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch ein Streichwerk (6a) mit folgenden Merkmalen:eine Umlenkwalze (36), an der die Papierbahn (1) in einem Umschlingungsbereich anliegt;eine Dosierwalze (37), die parallel zur Umlenkwalze (36) angeordnet ist, mit ihr einen engen Spalt einschließt und synchron oder annähernd synchron mit der Umlenkwalze (36) angetrieben ist;eine Schlitzdüse (38) zum Auftragen von flüssigem Harz entweder direkt auf die an der Umlenkwalze (36) anliegende Papierbahn (1) oder auf die Dosierwalze (37);einen Rakel (39), bestehend im wesentlichen aus einem rechteckigen Lappen (40) aus flexiblem, gummiartigem Material, der an seiner rückwärtigen, zu den Achsen der beiden Walzen (36,37) parallelen Kante einseitig befestigt ist und schlaff auf dem von der Umlenkwalze (36) ablaufenden oberen Trum der Papierbahn (1) aufliegt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rückwärtige Kante des Lappens (40) an einer Halteleiste (41) befestigt ist, welche mittels eines Vibrators (42) in Schwingungen versetzbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch ein Streichwerk (6b) mit folgenden Merkmalen:eine Umlenkwalze (50), an der die Papierbahn (1) in einem Umschlingungsbereich anliegt;eine Schlitzdüse (51) zum Auftragen von flüssigem Harz auf die an der Umlenkwalze (50) anliegende Papierbahn (1);eine Vordosiereinheit (52), welche eine elastisch an die Papierbahn angedrückte Leiste (53) mit geringer Biegesteifigkeit aufweist, insbesondere aus Kunststoff;eine Luftbürste (54).
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zwischen den Stationen c) und e) ein Auftragwerk (7) zum Auftragen einer Harzmasse auf die Rückseite der Papierbahn (1) angeordnet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragwerk(7) eine Rasterwalze (24) aufweist.
