Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a dispenser for cleaning wipes, according to Can be removed from the dispenser dry or moist as required.
  • These cleaning wipes are especially toilet paper or udder paper for cleaning of the udder before milking or also kitchen towels or hygiene paper for baby care and the like.
  • Another disadvantage is that z. B. when stocking toilet paper in boxes when removing the necessary compliance with hygiene in particular not guaranteed in public needs or hotel businesses is.
  • DE-A-34 12 069 and DE-A-34 09 905 therefore propose dispensers in which paper towels can be pulled off a roll, with humidification being carried out by spraying on disinfectant and cleaning liquids immediately before the required paper web is torn off .
  • the paper feed can be done by a motor-driven roller (DE-A-34 12 069).
  • the paper web in the dispensers has the status shown the technology on significant redirections, the sensitive papers also in dry condition can cause the web to tear.
  • the sensitive papers also in dry condition can cause the web to tear.
  • the present invention has therefore set itself the task of donors of the beginning continue to develop in such a way that these are more functional become, d. H. that the moistened wipes do not adhere to built-in parts, and thus a traffic jam is avoided, that there are no deflections which promote tearing are necessary and that the entry into motor promotion is significant is facilitated.
  • the spray device should be mechanically simple and make it possible to use commercially available parts. Beyond that too it is possible to remove cloths when the engine is stopped. This is particularly so important if the motor is powered by a battery, which naturally has only a limited capacity.
  • the advantage of the embodiment according to the invention is that the railway to be funded and the funded track, d. H. above and below the funding, does not come into contact with built-in parts and also no tearing promotional redirection is required. Since the nip is below the Unwinding point of the fresh roll is needed when inserting the start of the web this just has to be drained until it is off the driven roller is taken.
  • the design as a foam-covered shaft enables basically the insertion into the nip without threading, because the rough The surface of the foam is the soft, roughly structured surface of the Cloth is very easy to grasp.
  • the counter element can be a second roller, preferably it is convex designed smooth nose, arranged on the lid, z. B. as a bead, and with the lid can be swiveled downwards, so that the entire paper path according to the Exposing the lid is exposed.
  • the spray nozzle is available with a refillable or exchangeable reservoir and a pump in connection.
  • the cleaning cloth is removed directly below the roller and the Counter element, the between the removal and the roller or rollers Spraying with liquid takes place.
  • the removal opening of the housing can be or have a tear-off edge in a known manner.
  • the drive for the eccentric can from the same motor z. B. via a gear transmission be carried out with the appropriate translation, such as for actuation the driving roller.
  • the eccentric preferably has several, in particular two, opposing ones Cams that correspond to the pump spray head when rotated through 360 ° depress twice so that the rotational speed and thus the Noise levels are low.
  • the eccentric drive is designed so that the humidification is even happens, d. H. the spray frequency is based on the distance of the head from the paper and its feed rate adjusted.
  • the container is preferably a removable adjustment container that is used the content is exchanged together with the pump spray head.
  • This has the main advantage that nucleation within the spray device is prevented.
  • the container can be detached within the dispenser fixed, the holder opening at the same time on the pump spray head Can have button made of metal, which acts on the eccentric. An abrasion of the made of plastic pump spray head by the sliding on this Eccentric is therefore excluded.
  • the cam can have a hexagon or the like for adjustment, over which it can be rotated to remove the container with the pump head can.
  • the exchange of the container can also be facilitated by a button or the like the cam position of the eccentric is determined and this is always stopped in the non-depressing position.
  • a detection for the end of the cloth can be provided in the dispenser according to the invention, this is an optical sensor, the light reflected by the cloth detected.
  • the housing area covered by the cloth (paper) is blackened so that incident light is not reflected and triggers a corresponding signal.
  • the spray nozzles can be close to the housing outlet are located. Because the paper above the subsequent separation also moistens It may also be suggested that the paper feed be shifted in time switch off after spraying to ensure separation from the web in dry Ensure area. In this way it can also be achieved that the Roller is not moistened and so there is no germ contamination.
  • the conveyor belt can also be separated automatically with the help of knives take place, the course length of course also individually adjustable can be.
  • Another possibility is an application unaffected by the spraying process Ensuring the dampened cloth is below the first pair of rollers to provide a second, then spraying the cleaning liquid between the first and the second pair of rollers. It can in An additional roller can be provided in the area of action of the spray device, which is preferably also provided with a foam covering.
  • the spraying is preferably carried out at the level of the axis of the additional roller.
  • the foam material for the rollers is advantageously closed-pore, so that when the spray nozzles are arranged above rollers or with indirect Moistening by spraying on the rollers and transferring the liquid from the rollers on the paper they cannot soak up.
  • the cloth in particular paper
  • the cloth be made in this way apply moisture to keep an edge dry on both sides. This can make up about 2 cm each for toilet paper. That way, though the moisture effect preserved, the stability against tearing in the wrong place however significantly increased.
  • the cloth (/ paper) rolls are mostly wound on cardboard tubes. Because these are different Having inner diameters makes it difficult to fit rolls center. According to the invention, therefore, it is ultimately proposed to insert into the sleeves insert the shaft sections into the dispenser at both ends, the outer Have bearing journals and are provided with internal expansion elements, which align the sleeves or the rollers coaxially to the bearing journal.
  • Figure 1 shows schematically housed in a housing 6, the conveyance of a paper web (toilet paper, udder paper or the like) from the roll 2 to the removal opening 19.
  • the roll 2 is located on a holder 1, on which it only needs to be pushed.
  • the bracket 1 can also be located above the housing 6, the latter then having a slot.
  • the gap 9 lies between the rollers by the orientation of the pair of rollers 7, 7 'so that the web unwound from above is taken freely suspended by the rollers 7, 7 ' can be.
  • rollers lie accordingly on the upper edge of the housing, which then has a slot into which the web of paper 3 is to be inserted by hand.
  • rollers are in a carrier console 17 by means of pins extending into them 20 stored, with a roller 7 in a slot guide 16 and through a spring (here tension spring) 18 forced against the opposite roller 7 ' becomes.
  • nozzle 4 which (inclined) on the Paper web 3 is directed. It stands through a line 21 with a storage container 5 for the liquid to be dispensed. Basically, of course the moistening takes place indirectly via the foam rollers, these then be acted upon by the nozzle 4.
  • the paper web is freely suspended under gravity into the removal opening 19, so that the paper 3 has no deflection in its entire path experiences.
  • the spray nozzle 4 can an additional nozzle 4 'may be arranged opposite one another or can also be fed to the pump 10, or else the nozzles 4 'are part a blower 22 to counteract the spray pulse from the nozzles 4.
  • the nozzles 4, 4 ' can be oriented inclined downwards his.
  • Figure 2 shows the roll 2 on the carrier 1 and the paper web 3 unwound from the former.
  • the bracket 17 there is an additional roller 12 and opposite this is a pair of guide brackets 13 which are designed to widen upwards are.
  • the spray nozzle or spray nozzle row indicated by an arrow 4 lies between the guide brackets 13, the nozzles are in particular directed directly at the additional roller 12, ie at the axis 8 thereof, but, as shown, it can also lie below or above.
  • the paper web 3 is further guided by an additional pair of rollers 11, 11 ', who also grip and guide the paper on both sides, in this way the Do not dodge the web due to the spray pulse and stick to device parts that moistened web also reaches the area of the separating edge hanging vertically 23.
  • the humidification can also be below the second roller pair 11, 11 'alone or additionally via the nozzle 4'.
  • rollers 7, 12, 11 of the right row have gears 24 and are with Connected to each other with the help of a toothed belt, the axis 8 being one of these Rolling is driven by the electric motor (not shown).
  • FIG. 3 shows the housing 6 with the paper roll 2 accommodated in its head.
  • a brake 27 bears lightly against the roll 2, which prevents the roll 2 from spinning and prevents a paper jam caused thereby.
  • the brake 27 is articulated on the head of the housing 6 via a second lever 35.
  • the roller pair 7, 7 ' is located below the roller 2, the roller 7' being driven by an electric motor 29 via a worm 36 and a gearwheel 37. Via this gearwheel, the eccentric wheel 39 is driven directly or via an intermediate wheel 38 with the eccentric 28, which here has two opposing cams 31.
  • a holder 32 for an adjustable reservoir 5 attached, above this a foldable button 33 is provided, on the pump spray head 25 connected to the reservoir can be placed, the eccentric 28 acting indirectly on the key 33.
  • a first lever 26, which carries the roller 7, is applied above the motor 29.
  • the Lever 26 is connected to the spring 18. In this way, the roller 7th if necessary swivel away, the spring 18 pulls after releasing the free-running roller 7 against the motor-driven 7 '.
  • the gear transmission 37, 38, 39 is adjusted so that the spray cone with the opening angle the paper 3 completely moistened.
  • this figure illustrates that the unwinding point 41 for paper rolls as a result of the adhesion of the layers to one another and if appropriate the resistance set by the brake is approximately perpendicular when the trigger is pulled vertically is below the roller axis.
  • FIG. 4 shows an embodiment like FIG. 3, but here, in addition to the motor 29 driving the roller 7 ', a second motor 30 is provided for driving the eccentric 28. This opens up the possibility in a very simple way of being able to remove both dry and moistened paper.
  • two preferably non-contacting ones are located on the housing 6 Switches (not shown), one of which is both motor 29 and Starts motor 30 and the other only motor 29 for roller 7 ' drives.
  • Figure 5 shows a version with a hinged lid 34 on the front of the housing 6. This can be pivoted far down, after which all parts of the dispenser are exposed.
  • the counter roller 7 is attached as a counter element, which can be sprung in its support bracket 17.
  • Figure 6 shows the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • the cover 34 is attached at the top and can be pivoted upward (not shown) or can be pulled off the housing 6. After removing the lid, the entire paper path 3 is exposed, which of course makes refilling easier.
  • the counter element is a nose 7 ′′ molded into the cover 34 of the same length as that of the roller 7 ', the nose being smoothed or bearing a smooth coating. The radius of the curvature of the nose corresponds approximately to the radius of the roller 7'.
  • a button 42 is assigned to the cam 31, which ensures that the Engine is turned off so that the cam 31 shown in the head of the Pump 10 remains in the non-load position. This is for the removal of the Storage container is advantageous because this can be done without force.
  • FIG. 7 shows a shaft section 45 with spreading elements 44 projecting therefrom and a stop 49 and an end bearing journal 46.
  • Two such shaft sections 45 are inserted at both ends into the cardboard sleeve of cloth (paper) rolls, the spreading elements 44 centering the sleeve. In this way, it is reliably possible to fasten the supply rolls 2 in the dispenser even with different clear widths of the sleeves.
  • the shaft sections can also interlock to make a rigid connection.
