Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Umhüllen eines aus einer Mehrzahl von übereinander angeordneten Stückgutteilen gebildeten Stückgutstapels, bei dem Schlauchfolie zur Bildung einer Schlauchhaube abgezogen, geöffnet, in Längsrichtung gerefft und von der Schlauchfolie getrennt und verschlossen wird, die gereffte Schlauchhaube nachfolgend in Querrichtung gedehnt wird und dann unter Längsdehnung über den Stückgutstapel gezogen wird,
gekennzeichnet dadurch,
daß die Schlauchhaube aus einer hochelastischen Folie gebildet wird, die mit einer Längsdehnung von mindestens 50 % gegenüber der ungedehnten Schlauchhaube an den Stückgutstapel angelegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlauchfolie mit einer Längsdehnung von mindestens 80 %, vorzugsweise von mindestens 100 % und besonders bervorzugt von mindestens 150 % gegenüber der ungedehnten Schlauchhaube an den Stückgutstapel angelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsdehnung zumindest teilweise beim Überziehen über den Stückgutstapel erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gereffte Folie in Querrichtung um mindestens 50%, vorzugsweise um 80% gegenüber der ungedehnten Schlauchhaube gedehnt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Umhüllen eines aus einer Mehrzahl von übereinander angeordneten Stückgutteilen gebildeten Stückgutstapels mit einer Schlauchhaube, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Überzieheinrichtung zum Überziehen der Schlauchhaube über den Stückgutstapel umfaßt, die eine Quer- und eine Längsdehneinrichtung für die Schlauchhaube aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Längsdehneinrichtung derart ausgestaltet ist, daß die Schlauchhaube (18) in Längsrichtung um mindestens 50% ihrer ungedehnten Länge elastisch dehnbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Längsdehneinrichtung wenigstens vier zumindest in Längsrichtung bewegbare Spreizfinger aufweist, denen jeweils zumindest eine Antriebsrolle zugeordnet sind, mit denen die Schlauchfolie balgenartig über die Spreizfinger reffbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Spreizfingern (13) eine sich in axialer Richtung der Antriebsrolle (16) erstreckende konkave Mulde (13b) ausgebildet ist, in die die Antriebsrolle (16) einfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konkave Mulde (13b) und die Antriebsrolle (16) im wesentlichen den gleichen Radius aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Spreizfinger (13) mindestens ein beim Überziehen auf die Schlauchhaube (18) wirkendes Anpreßelement (19) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruche 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anpreßelement antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9 gekennzeichnet durch eine auf jede Antriebsrolle (16) und/oder jedes Anpreßelement wirkende Steuereinrichtung, mit der das Drehmoment der Antriebsrollen (16) und/oder der Anpreßelemente beim Überziehen der Schlauchhaube (18) steuerbar ist.
