Definitions
- the invention relates to a textile processing machine according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- This process also removes dust from the textile material Environment. So that these parts are particularly in the area of the outer Ends of the drafting or pressure rollers can not fix on the corresponding Place air extracted via extraction channels.
- the drafting system is in usually housed in a room delimited by walls, with corresponding Openings are provided for the entry or exit of the textile material in or to ensure from the drafting system area. In these walls, too Openings are provided so that the drive on the drafting rollers of the corresponding Drive elements (e.g. shafts) can be transferred. These openings must be dimensioned sufficiently to allow the center distances to be adjusted of the drafting rollers.
- vacuum cleaner effect This effect, which leads to the contamination of these drive elements and bearings leads, is commonly referred to as "vacuum cleaner effect”. This requires a considerable amount Use in maintenance work and increased operator attention.
- the object of the invention is so the textile material processing machine train, so that the maintenance effort for cleaning also for that of walls limited space for the drive elements or bearings located in this space is reduced.
- work items essentially refers to the tools that act directly on the fibers and change the fiber structure of the submitted Effect textile material.
- drive elements essentially includes gear wheels, pulleys, Belts, chains, shafts, etc.
- bearings essentially refers to shaft bearings or the Bearing the axes of the drive elements or the working elements.
- cover elements can advantageously be made on one side of the wall in the area bristles attached to the respective opening.
- the means for generating an overpressure is advantageously a blower.
- the said means a device for regulating the moisture of the said Air supplied to the room.
- the means be a facility for regulating the Temperature of the air supplied to the room mentioned.
- the means can advantageously include air conditioning.
- the feed means from a forceps unit Combing machine can exist, one for combing out through the pliers unit clamped fiber beard presents a round comb, the round comb of a comb extraction duct, which is surrounded by a wall Space is surrounded.
- the suction side of the blower is advantageously on the comb suction duct connected.
- a combing head of a combing machine contains an oscillating pliers 1, in which an intermittently rotatable feed cylinder 2 is mounted.
- the feed cylinder 2 a cotton to be combed is fed from a cotton roll 3, which is rotatable on two Winding rollers 4 and 5 is worn.
- a fiber beard from the fed cotton wool between the clamping plates of the pliers clamped and is combed out by a rotating circular comb 6, with which a rotating comb brush 7 also interacts.
- the pliers 1 is then in their illustrated advanced end position is moved and opened, and the fiber beard is torn off the cotton wool by a tear-off unit with pairs of rollers 8 and 9 combined with the previously formed fleece of combed material.
- the combed single headband then runs over a fleece guide plate 10 (also Fleece bowl) to pulling roller pairs 11 and 12 and is used by these in Tape or fleece shape delivered to an outlet table 13, the all combing heads Machine is assigned together.
- a fleece guide plate 10 also Fleece bowl
- the circular comb 6 is surrounded by a comb suction duct, which is a front one Wall 14, two side walls 15 (Fig. 2) and 16 and a rear wall 17 has.
- the shaft 14, 15, 16, 17 opens at the bottom into a suction channel 18, which in turn all Combing heads of the combing machine is assigned together.
- noils (short fibers) and impurities pneumatically discharged from the round comb 6 and from a fixed comb, not shown be removed from the whiskers.
- the shaft 14, 15, 16, 17 is also rotating comb brush 7 arranged.
- the Kämmlingsabsaugschacht 14, 15, 16, 17 is surrounded by a space on the side is delimited by walls 19, 20, 21 and 22, namely by a front casing 19, a rear casing 20 and two side plates 21 and 22.
- Side plates 21 and 22 are the shafts of the combing head drivable rollers stored. Additional combing heads can be attached to each of the side plates 21 and 22 connect, which are designed essentially the same as that described above.
- Combing machines of the type described above are generally known.
- a problem form the fibers and impurities in the known combing machines collect the space surrounding the combing suction shaft 14, 15, 16, 17. These fibers and impurities come in particular from the cotton wool, from the Cotton wrap 3 is moved to the feed cylinder 2, and from the fleece by the tear-off unit 8, 9 over the fleece guide plate 10 and through the take-off rollers 11, 12 is moved.
- the cleaning of the walls of the room mentioned, especially in front of and to the side of the combing chute 14, 15, 16, 17 is tedious and time-consuming, because these walls are difficult to access.
- means are provided for supplying air to the air Room with a pressure that is higher than the air pressure around the combing machine.
- These means include an air supply line 23 which is supplied by a fan 24 goes out and leads to an opening opening into the space mentioned, for example as shown schematically to an opening 25 in the front casing 19. So there is an overpressure in the room mentioned, with which air flows from the Space can be created in the environment.
- These air currents prevent that fibers and contaminants that are roughly different from that of the feed cylinder 2 incoming cotton or from the fleece between the tear-off unit 8, 9 and Release take-off rollers 11, 12, can penetrate into the space mentioned.
- a device 26 is preferably arranged on the suction side of the fan 24, which conditions the intake air, that is, regulates the humidity of the air, or air-conditioned, that is, regulates the humidity and temperature of the air and that Air cleans.
- the device 26 may be air conditioning. If so the air that comes out the space surrounding the combing suction shaft 14, 15, 16, 17 upwards the cotton feeding the feed cylinder 2 and against the fleece between the Tear-off unit 8, 9 and the take-off rollers 11, 12 is blown, conditioned or is air-conditioned, the requirements for the usual air conditioning of the environment the combing machine can be reduced.
- the device 26 can of course also on instead of on the suction side of the fan 24 its pressure side, be arranged in line 23.
- the air sucked in by the fan 24 can, via an inlet line 27, from the surroundings can be obtained.
- the blower 24 can also be the blower at the same time, softening the negative pressure for suctioning the combs and contaminants from the combs suction shaft 14, 15, 16, 17 generated, that is, the suction side of the blower 24 can if necessary via the device 26, as well as via a line 28 and a conventional one Comb separator 29 can be connected to the suction channel 18.
- FIG. 3 shows an inlet table 35 with connected in series Drafting units 36 and 37.
- the drafting units are placed side by side Fibers F fed via a feed device, not shown.
- the Drafting units consist of driven lower rollers W1 - W4, which printing rollers D1-D4 are assigned. Because the two drafting units shown 36 and 37 are identical, the same reference numerals have been used.
- the fiber slivers warped in the drafting unit 36 arrive as fiber fleece V1 and on the pair of rollers 40, 41 on the guide surface 44 of the inlet table 35. Die lower roller 41 is driven.
- That of the following drafting unit 37 fed fiber tapes F are after the stretching process as nonwoven fabric V2 also on the guide surface 44 or on that of the first drafting unit 36 supplied fiber fleece V1 placed and doubled with this.
- the fiber fleece so relined V is transferred to a subsequent winding device, not shown, in which a wad of cotton is formed.
- a complete description of the described The machine can be found, for example, in the published EP-A1 679 741.
- the Fiber fleece V2 is applied to the guide surface 44 or the fleece V1 transferred.
- the roller 43 is driven.
- 3 and 4 is shown schematically that over the lines 60, 61 and 62 and a suction fan 64 in rooms 48 and 49 sucked air and a negative pressure is built up.
- 4 schematically shows that the lines 60 and 61 in the area of a suction slot 66 open, which is attached above the pressure rollers is. This is intended to deliberately remove the air in these rooms 48 and 49 starting fiber fly or dust.
- the formwork is particularly useful for maintenance work and for troubleshooting of the drafting unit formed in two parts, the upper hood over a 5 hinge is designed to be pivotable upwards.
- the side walls 50, 51 and the walls 56 are formed in two parts.
- rubber seals (not shown) which have a sealing effect when the divided walls lie on top of each other.
- an impeller 75 is provided below the drafting units 36 and 37 on one end of the infeed table 35, the air from the environment via a sieve filter 76 the machine blows into room 78 surrounded by walls.
- the room is 78 surrounded by walls 79 and 80 as well as lower wall 81 and the guide surface 44.
- Rooms 90, 91 and 92, also surrounded by walls, in which there are drive means described in more detail as well as the gear units 70 and 71 and Bearings are in communication with room 78, which is under pressure.
- the rollers W1-W4 are driven by the gears 70 and 71 via the drive shafts A1 - A4, which through openings 58 in the wall 51 into the room 48 or 49 protrude.
- the drive shafts A1-A4 can (not shown) as cardan shafts be formed, which allow an adjustment of the center distances of the rollers W1-W4.
- the opening 58 through which the drive shafts A1-A4 protrude, is in detail and shown enlarged in Fig. 5.
- the opening 58 is in the fixed Part 51 'of the wall 51 and is dimensioned so that the distance between the Rollers W1 - W4 is adjustable.
- a row of bristles B1 and B2 is attached, the bristles of which are in the area of the opening 58 protrude and partially overlap in the middle. Because the bristles of the Bristle rows B1 and B2 are flexible, they can be in the area of the drive shafts Nestle A1 - A4 on it and open the passage for the waves.
- the space 90 or 91, in which the drive elements are located and which is under overpressure, compared to rooms 48 and 49, respectively are partially sealed under vacuum, with an adjustment possibility of Center distances of the rollers W1 - W4 is guaranteed.
- a similar seal can also in the area of the passage for the drive shafts A5 for the respective roller 41 or 43.
- the rollers W1 - W4 are on the opposite sides of the Drive shafts A1 - A4 stored in schematically illustrated bearings L.
- the drive of the The respective gear 70, 71 takes place via a belt drive 68, shown schematically and via the respective transverse shaft 72 or 73.
- This transverse shaft 72 or 73 also the drive via a schematically illustrated belt drive for the drive shafts A5 of the rollers 41 and 43 removed.
- the belt drive 68 is not one drive motor shown in detail is also housed in room 92, which is under overpressure. Of course, the rest can Drive elements of the winding unit, not shown, arranged in rooms be also under an overpressure.
- the cladding or the walls are not designed like this that the rooms are completely sealed off from the surroundings of the machine are. Rather, there are still small cracks and openings in some places, through which in particular air can escape from the rooms with excess pressure. This However, has a positive aspect by also having deposits on the machine the escaping air can be prevented.
- the fan 75 can also be assigned devices which conditions or airconditions the sucked-in air accordingly.
- the arrangement described makes it possible to use the rooms in which the actual Processing of the fiber material is carried out, arising from fiber fly and Keep dust clean while in the other rooms, in which essentially the drive units and / or bearings are housed, dust and fiber free can be held. This makes it possible to set the maintenance intervals for the machine much more apart. It also gives the machine a certain self-cleaning effect.
- the application of the invention is not restricted to the machine types shown, but can be used in all areas of textile machine construction, where on the one hand processing of textile material is carried out and on the other hand drive units for their working elements and storage locations.
