Aufnahmeschächte 3 für zwei gleiche in Fig. 2 dargestellte Steckkontakt-Gehäuse 4. Die Aufnahmeschächte 3 haben ihre Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 an der Vorderseite 6 des Steckergehäuses 2. Zwischen den Aufnahmeschächten 3 befindet sich ein schmaler Wand-Aufnahmeschacht 7, der im unteren und mittleren Bereich des Steckergehäuses 2 eine Öffnung 8 an seiner Vorderseite 6 und eine Öffnung 9 in seiner Rückwand 10 hat. Weiterhin hat der Wand-Aufnahmeschacht 7 eine durchgehende Öffnung 11 im Boden 12 des Steckergehäuses 2. In den Wand-Aufnahmeschacht 7 greift beim Einstecken des Steckers 1 in eine geräteseitige Steckerleiste mit einem Steckkragen, die in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt ist, eine Steckkragen-Querwand ein.
Claims (12)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder für eine Anzahl von Steckkontakten in kompakter Bauweise, bestehend aus einem Stecker (1) und einer geräteseitigen Steckerleiste mit einem Steckkragen für die Aufnahme des Steckers (1),bei dem das Steckergehäuse (2) für die Aufnahme von Steckkontakt-Gehäusen (4) gestaltet ist, die jeweils mehrere Steckkontakt-Elemente in sich aufnehmen und im Steckergehäuse (2) verrastbar sind,
das Steckergehäuse (2) mehrere gleiche Abmessungen aufweisende Aufnahmeschächte (3) aufweist, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind und Aufnahmeöffnungen (5) an der Vorderseite (6) des Steckergehäuses (2) haben,
die Steckkontakt-Gehäuse (4) in ihrer Breite und Tiefe an die Abmessungen der Aufnahmeschächte (3) des Steckergehäuses (2) angepaßt sind,
für eine Kodierung zwischen den Aufnahmeschächten (3) des Steckergehäuses (2) und den Steckkontakt-Gehäusen (4) einerseits die Rückwand (10) des Steckergehäuses (2) im Bereich jedes Aufnahmeschachtes (3) und andererseits die Rückwand (30) jedes Steckkontakt-Gehäuses (4) Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) in Form von Vertiefungen und Erhöhungen aufweist, die beim Einschieben der Steckkontakt-Gehäuse (4) in die Aufnahmeschächte (3) des Steckergehäuses (2) paarweise ineinander greifen und
die Tiefen- und/oder Höhen-Abmessungen der paarweise ineinander greifenden Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) so gewählt ist, daß die Verrastung eines Steckkontakt-Gehäuses (4) in einem Aufnahmeschacht (3) es Steckergehäuses (2) nur dann möglich ist, wenn die Kodierung des Aufnahmeschachtes (3) mit der Kodierung des hierin aufzunehmenden Steckkontakt-Gehäuses (4) übereinstimmt. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die komplementäre Formgebung aller paarweise ineinander greifender Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) gleich ist und
die Kodierung zwischen den Aufnahmeschächten (3) des Steckergehäuses (2) und den Steckkontakt-Gehäusen (4) durch die Positionierung der paarweise ineinander greifenden Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) bestimmt ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die Kodierung eines Steckkontakt-Gehäuses (4) in einem Aufnahmeschacht (3) des Steckergehäuses (2) vier paarweise ineinander greifende Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) vorgesehen sind,
hierzu jeweils zwei Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) in einem vorgegebenen gegenseitigen Abstand senkrecht übereinander, beispielsweise mittig, einerseits in der Rückwand (10) des Steckergehäuses (2) jeweils im Bereich eines Aufnahmeschachtes (3) und andererseits an der Außenseite (29) der Rückwand (30) eines Steckkontakt-Gehäuses (4) angeordnet sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
daß die komplementäre Formgebung der paarweise ineinander greifenden Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) formschlüssig gestaltet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kodier-Elemente (27, 31) in der Rückwand (10) des Steckergehäuses (2) im Bereich der Aufnahmeschächte (3) durchgehende Löcher und an der Außenseite (29) der Rückwände (30) der Steckkontakt-Gehäuse (4) Zähne sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Löcher waagrecht ausgerichtete Längslöcher (28) und die Zähne waagrecht ausgerichtete kurze Längsstege (32) sind, deren freie Stirnseiten (33) zum besseren Eingriff in die Längslöcher (28) abgekantet sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Aufnahmeschächte (3) des Steckergehäuses (2) im unteren und mittleren Bereich an den Innenseiten (20) ihrer Seitenwände (21) waagrechte und zueinander parallele Führungsstege (22) aufweisen, denen bei den Steckkontakt-Gehäusen (4) im unteren und mittleren Bereich an den Außenseiten (15) ihrer Seitenwände (16) vorhandene entsprechende Führungsnuten (23) zugeordnet sind, in die die genannten Führungsstege (22) beim Einschieben der Steckkontakt-Gehäuse (4) in die Aufnahmeschächte (3) eingreifen. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steckkontakt-Gehäuse (4) an jeder Außenseite (15) ihrer Seitenwände (16) im oberen und unteren Bereich angeformte Rastzähne (24) haben und
diesen Rastzähnen (24) in den Seitenwänden (21) der Aufnahmeschächte (3) im oberen und unteren Bereich Gegenrast-Öffnungen (25) zugeordnet sind, in die die Rastzähne (24) einrasten, sobald die Steckkontakt-Gehäuse (4) vollständig in die Aufnahmeschächte (3) eingeschoben sind. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Steckergehäuse (2) zwei Aufnahmeschächte (3) aufweist, zwischen denen sich ein schmaler Wand-Aufnahmeschacht (7) befindet, in den beim Einstecken des Steckers (1) in den Steckkragen der geräteseitigen Steckerleiste eine Steckkragen-Querwand eingreift. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Boden (12) des Steckergehäuses (2) im Bereich jedes Aufnahmeschachtes (3) Stecköffnungen (13) hat, die mit den Steckkontakt-Elementen der in die Aufnahmeschächte (3) bis zu ihrer Verrastung eingeschobenen Steckkontakt-Gehäusen (4) fluchten. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die Verrastung des Steckers (1) in der geräteseitigen Steckerleiste an der Rückwand (10) des Steckergehäuses (2), und zwar am Boden (12), eine Rastfeder (37) angeformt ist, die sich parallel zur Rückwand (10) des Steckergehäuses (2) bis zu seinem oberen Rand erstreckt,
das Steckergehäuse (2) an seiner Oberseite eine Abdekkung (34) hat, die im Bereich der Aufnahmeschächte (3) zur Vorderseite (6) des Steckergehäuses (2) offene gerundete Aussparungen (35) aufweist,
die Abdeckung (34) sich in Form eines Kragens (38) über die Rückwand (10) des Steckergehäuses (2) hinaus erstreckt und
dieser Kragen (38), in den die Rastfeder (37) mit ihrem freien Ende hineinragt, der Sicherung der Rastfeder (37) gegen ihre unbeabsichtigte Betätigung dient. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Steckergehäuse (2) für eine Kodierung mit einer geräteseitigen Steckerleiste an der Vorderseite seines Bodens (12) Kodierzähne (39) aufweist, denen auf der Innenseite des Steckkragens der Steckerleiste entsprechende in Steckrichtung verlaufende Kodiernuten zugeordnet sind.
