Claims (16)
- Bauelement zum Aufbau von Gebäudedecken, wie Keller-, Trenn -und Dachdecken, aus mehreren gleichartigen Bauelementen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Bauelement für sich aus mehreren gleichartigen Doppel-T-Trägern zusammengesetzt ist, wobei jeder Doppel-T-Träger aus einem breiteren Kopfteil und einem vergleichsweise schmaleren Fußteil besteht, die durch einen Mittelsteg voneinander auf Abstand gehalten sind, und erste Doppel-T-Träger mit ihren aneinandergrenzenden Kopfteilen eine fertige Oberseite bilden, während zweite Doppel-T-Träger mit ihren entsprechend aneinandergrenzenden Kopfteilen eine fertige Unterseite des Bauelementes bilden und die beiderseitigen Stege der Doppel-T-Träger mit ihren angrenzenden Fußteilen untereinander und von den Kopfteilen jeweils auf ein das vollständige Verfüllen der freien Räume zwischen den Doppel-T-Trägern mit einer Füllmasse enaubende Abstände gehalten sind. - Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppel-T-Träger Holzträger sind.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllmasse wärme- und/oder brand- und/oder schallisolierende Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllmasse ein nach dem Verfüllen abbindbares Granulat ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verfüllte Granulat zementgebunden ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Granulat aus Ziegel und/oder Papier und/oder Holz und/oder Stroh und/oder Wolle und/oder sonstige Natur- und Kunststoff besteht.
- Bauelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verbindung zweier aneinandergrenzender Kopfteile der Doppel-T-Träger Nut-Federverbindungen vorhanden sind.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfteile der Doppel-T-Träger jeweils längs ihrer einen Stirnseite eine Nut und längs ihrer gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite eine Feder aufweisen.
- Bauelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es jeweils aus n ersten Doppel-T-Trägern und n-1 zweiten Doppel-T-Trägern besteht, an die beidendig abschließend längsgeteilte Doppel-T-Trägerhälften anschließen sowie an seinen beiden abschließenden Längsseiten aus je einem das Bauelement seitlich begrenzenden Abschlußträger mit einem zur Hälfte verkürzten Kopfteil in Verbindung mit dem benachbart liegenden Kopfteil des zweiten Doppel-T-Trägers und einem zur Hälfte verkürzten Fußteil besteht, wobei die hälftigen Kopf- und Fußteile durch einen Grenzsteg entsprechend dem Mittelsteg zwischen zwei unverkürzten Kopf- und Fußteilen auf Abstand gehalten sind, und die das Bauelement seitlich nach außen begrenzende Außenseite des Grenzsteges jeweils mit den außenliegenden Stirnflächen der verkürzten Kopf- und Fußteile im wesentlichen fluchten, und wobei zwei aneinandergrenzende Bauelemente über die unverkürzten Kopfteile zweier außen liegender erster Doppel-T-Träger und über die verkürzten Kopfteile zweier außen liegender Abschlußträger miteinander verbunden sind, die gemeinsam einen zweigeteilten zweiten Doppel-T-Träger bilden.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den zwei an den Längsseiten des Bauelementes liegenden Abschlußträgern der eine an der Außenseite seines verkürzten Kopfteiles eine Feder und an seiner gegenüberliegenden Innenseite eine Nut und der andere an der Außenseite seines verkürzten Kopfteiles eine Nut und an seiner gegenüberliegenden Innenseite eine Feder aufweist
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem angrenzenden zweiten Bauelement zusätzlich durch wenigstens ein Spannschloß in der Ober- und/oder Unterseite miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannschloß aus zwei U-förmigen Metallteilen besteht, die in eine gemeinsame Schwalbenschwanzausnehmung zweier benachbart liegender Kopfteile von außen liegenden Doppel-T-Trägern zweier Bauelemente eingreift und durch eine Spannschraube miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bauelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit mehreren gleichartigen Bauelementen eine Gebäudedecke bildet, die längsseitig an ihren Unterseiten Ausnehmungen zur randseitigen Auflage von Fußteilen von ersten oberen Doppel-T-Trägern und von durch die Ausnehmungen verkürzten Stegen der zweiten unteren Doppel-T-Träger auf Wandriegeln aufweisen.
- Bauelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Teil einer Zwischendecke mit fertiger Unter- und Obersichtausbildung ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untersicht von einer fertigen Sichtschalung gebildet ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Obersicht von einem fertigen Bodenbelag gebildet ist.
