Description

Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sammelmappe für Schriftgut mit einer einen hinteren und einen vorderen Schenkel aufweisenden Klemmfeder, die aus einer Freigabeposition für das Schriftgut in eine Klemmposition für das Schriftgut und zurück quer zum Mappenrücken verschiebbar ist und deren vorderer Schenkel durch eine Öffnung im Mappenrücken auf eine Klemmleiste für das Schriftgut greift, um diese in der Klemmposition gegen das Schriftgut zu drücken.
Stand der Technik
Eine Sammelmappe der vorstehenden Art ist aus der DE-PS 1 255 631 bekannt. Sie dient wie andere z.B. aus der EP 0 293 709 B1 bekannte, mit Klemmfedern ausgestaltete Sammelmappen zur Ablage ungelochten Schriftgutes. Während es bei Heftern und Sammelmappen für gelochtes Schriftgut seit langem üblich ist, abgelegte Schriftgutstapel durch Registerblätter zu unterteilen, fehlt bei sogenannten Klemmappen bisher eine entsprechende Möglichkeit.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, dem aus der vorgenannten fehlenden Möglichkeit resultierenden Mangel abzuhelfen. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Sammelmappe der in Betracht gezogenen Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß sie mit einem Register mit mehreren, Tabe aufweisenden Registerblättern versehen ist, die an ihrem dem Mappenrücken zugewandten Rand mit einer im Bereich der Öffnung für die Klemmfeder zu liegen kommenden Ausstanzung und mit der Ausstanzung benachbarten Falzstreifen ausgestattet sind, welch letztere die Klemmleiste hakenartig hintergreifen.
Die Erfindung besitzt den Vorteil, daß sie den Einsatzbereich einschlägiger Sammelmappen erweitert. Durch die spezielle Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Mappe ist eine dauerhafte Verbindung der Registerblätter mit der Mappe und ein sicherer Sitz der Registerblätter in der Mappe gewährleistet.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung einer in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten, besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung.

Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
Die in den Figuren dargestellte Sammelmappe besitzt einen zum größten Teil aus einer durchsichtigen Kunststoffolie 1 bestehenden vorderen Mappendeckel und eine von einem Teil einer nicht durchsichtigen Kunststoffolie 2 gebildeten hinteren Mappendeckel. Ein Randabschnitt der Kunststoffolie 2 ist vierfach gefalzt und bildet den Mappenrücken 3, einen Abdeckstreifen 4 und eine Klemmleiste 5. Mit der Klemmleiste 5 ist über eine Schweißnaht 6 die durchsichtige Kunststoffolie 1 verbunden. Durch eine sich vom Mappenrücken 3 bis in den Bereich des Abdeckstreifens 4 erstreckende Öffnung 7 greift der vordere Schenkel 8 einer vorzugsweise aus Stahlblech bestehenden Klemmfeder 9, deren hinterer Schenkel 10 gegen die Rückseite der den hinteren Mappendeckel bildenden Kunststofffolie 2 anliegt. Die Klemmfeder 9 kann um durch Anschläge begrenzte Beträge quer zum Mappenrücken 3 hin- und hergeschoben werden. Die Anschläge werden dabei von einem den Übergang zwischen dem Abdeckstreifen 4 und der Klemmleiste 5 bildenden Falzbug 11 und einem Falzbug 12 gebildet, wobei dem Falzbug 12 ein aus einem spitzwinklig abgebogenen Randstreifen 13 des vorderen Schenkels 8 der Klemmfeder 9 bestehender Gegenanschlag zugeordnet ist.
Um eine bestimmten Ordnungsgesichtspunkten Rechnung tragende Unterteilung des in der Mappe abzulegenden Schriftgutes zu ermöglichen, ist die Mappe mit mehreren Registerblättern 14, 15, 16, 17 und 18 ausgestattet, von denen die Registerblätter 14 - 17 angeschnittene Tabe 19, 20, 21 und 22 aufweisen.
wie am besten aus Fig. 2 anhand des Registerblattes 14 erkennbar, ist jedes der Registerblätter an seinem dem Mappenrücken 3 zugewandten Rand mit einer U-förmigen Ausstanzung 23 versehen. An die Ausstanzung 23 schließen sich nach oben und unten Falzstreifen 24 und 25 an, welche - wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich - die Klemmleiste 5 hakenförmig hintergreifen. Die dargestellte Art der Verankerung der Registerblätter 14 bis 18 bietet einerseits die Gewähr für deren sicheren Halt und schafft andererseits hinreichenden Spielraum für die Unterbringung unterschiedlich dicker Blattgutstapel zwischen den einzelnen Registerblättern. In diesem Zusammenhang erweist es sich als zweckdienlich, wenn der Abstand a zwischen der Klemmleiste 5 und dem Mappenrücken 3 mindestens gleich der zweifachen Dicke D des Registerblattstapels ist und wenn die Breite bF der der Ausstanzung 23 benachbarten Falzstreifen 24, 25 der Registerblätter 14 bis 18 im wesentlichen gleich der Summe aus der Breite bK der Klemmleiste 5 und dem vorgenannten Abstand a ist.

Claims (7)

  1. Sammelmappe für Schriftgut mit einer einen hinteren und einen vorderen Schenkel aufweisenden Klemmfeder, die aus einer Freigabeposition für das Schriftgut in eine Klemmposition für das Schriftgut und zurück quer zum Mappenrücken verschiebbar ist und deren vorderer Schenkel durch eine Öffnung im Mappenrücken auf eine Klemmleiste für das Schriftgut greift, um diese in der Klemmposition gegen das Schriftgut zu drücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem Register aus mehreren, Tabe aufweisenden Registerblättern (14-18) versehen ist, die an ihrem dem Mappenrücken (3) zugewandten Rand mit einer im Bereich der Öffnung (7) für die Klemmfeder (9) zu liegen kommenden Ausstanzung (23) und mit der Ausstanzung benachbarten Falzstreifen (24,25) ausgestattet sind, welch letztere die Klemmleiste (5) hakenartig hintergreifen.
  2. Sammelmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der Registerblätter (14-17) mit angeschnittenen Taben (19-20) versehen ist.
  3. Sammelmappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstanzung (23) der Registerblätter (14-18) U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Sammelmappe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mappenrücken (3) und die Klemmleiste (5) von einem Teil eines mehrfach gefalzten Randabschnittes einer den hinteren Mappendeckel formenden Kunststoffolie (2) gebildet werden.
  5. Sammelmappe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Mappenrücken (3) zugewandte Rand der Klemmleiste (5) einen von einem Falzbug (12) gebildeten Anschlag für einen spitzwinklig abgebogenen Randstreifen (13) des vorderen Schenkels (8) der Klemmfeder (9) bildet.
  6. Sammelmappe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (a) zwischen der Klemmleiste (5) und dem Mappenrücken (3) mindestens gleich der zweifachen Dicke (D) des in die Mappe eingehängten Registerblattstapels ist.
  7. Sammelmappe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (bF) der der Aus-stanzung (23) benachbarten Falzstreifen (24,25) der Registerblätter (14-18) im wesentlichen gleich der Summe aus der Breite (bK) der Klemmleiste (5) und deren Abstand (a) vom Mappenrücken (3) ist.
