Description
Diese Art des Hohlprofils mit Anordnung der Greiferwelle im Innenraum des Hohlprofils ist dahingehend nachteilig, daß die Öffnungen im Hohlprofil für die Greiferfinger den Querschnitt und damit die Biegesteifigkeit sowie die Torsionssteifigkeit negativ beeinflussen.
Die Fördereinrichtung weist eine Vielzahl von in Abständen an einem Zugorgan fixierte Greiferzangen für das einwandfreie Erfassen und Halten der Druckprodukte unterschiedlicher Dicke und für das momentane Freigeben der Druckprodukte auf. Jede Greiferzange ist in einem Gehäuse aufgenommen und durch eine feststehende Klemmzunge und eine bewegliche Klemmzunge gebildet. Weiterhin ist eine über das Gehäuse herausstehende Sperrklinke vorgesehen, die dem einwandfreien Halten der Druckprodukte, unabhängig von deren Dicke, während des Weitertransports dient.

Durch den hohlprofilierten, vorzugsweise stranggepreßten Grundkörper 11 ist ein hohe Biege- und Torsionssteifigkeit erzielbar. Durch die Komplettierung mit Lagerböcken 13 und Halterungen 12 sowie deren Befestigungsart ist eine weitere Erhöhung der Steifigkeiten erzielbar. Durch die äußere Anordnung der Greiferwelle am Grundkörper 11 ist eine bessere Zugänglichkeit, z.B. an die Greiferfinger, für Montage-/Justierarbeiten gewährleistet.

Claims (11)
- Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper (3) für ein endlos umlaufendes Fördersystem (4) in einer Druckmaschine, welcher eine Mehrzahl von auf einer Greiferwelle angeordneten Greifern und Greiferauflagen (15) für den Bogentransport aufweist, wobei der Greifersystemkörper (3) aus einem Grundkörper (11) als einteiliges Hohlprofil gebildet ist und der Grundkörper (11) endseitig mit je einer mit dem Fördersystem (4) verbindbaren Halterung (12) verbunden ist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (11) außerhalb der Greiferwelle annähernd U-förmig mit einer äußeren Wand (20) und einer inneren Wand (21) ausgebildet ist, welche einen Hohlraum (19) einschließen und im Bereich der Greiferauflagen (15) in eine Wandung (22) auslaufen und daß in Längsrichtung des Grundkörpers (11) an der inneren Wand (21) mehrere Lagerböcke (13) zur Aufnahme der Greiferwelle angeordnet sind. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (12) formschlüssig im Hohlraum (19) des Grundkörpers (11) verbunden ist. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandung (22) dickwandiger ausgebildet ist als jede der Wände (20, 21). - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (11) in Längsrichtung in der Dicke gleichbleibend ausgebildete Wände (20, 21, 22) aufweist. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungen (12) Verbindungselemente (16) zum lösbaren Verbinden mit dem Fördersystem (4) aufweisen. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungen (12) Bohrungen (14) zur Lagerung der Greiferwelle aufweisen. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (11) aus einem Strangpreßprofil gebildet ist. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungen (12) aus einem Strangpreßprofil oder einem Schmiedeteil gebildet sind. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerböcke (13) aus einem Strangpreßprofil gebildet sind. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerböcke (13) mittels Schraubverbindung oder Schweißverbindung mit der inneren Wand (21) verbunden sind. - Hohlprofilierter Greifersystemkörper nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (11) an der inneren Wand (21) wenigstens eine erste Führung (25, 26) aufweist, die als Längsprofil achsparallel zur Greiferwelle angeordnet ist und die Lagerböcke (13) aufnimmt.
