Claims (7)
- Drahtbiegemaschine (1), insbesondere zum Biegen von Baustahldrähten, mit ein oder zwei längsverfahrbaren, einen Biegekopf (4) aufnehmenden Biegeschlitten (3), wobei der Biegekopf (4) zwei hochragende, zwischen sich einen in Längsrichtung ausgerichteten Einlegespalt (5) zum Einlegen eines zu biegenden Drahtstückes (W) freilassende Biegedorne (6, 7) sowie auf der dem Biegeende des Drahtstückes (W) zugewandten Seite der Biegedorne (6, 7) einen um eine dornachsparallele, im Bereich des Einlegespaltes (5) verlaufende Schwenkachse (S) schwenkverstellbaren Biegearm (8) mit einem gleichsinnig zu den Biegedornen (6, 7) hochragenden Biegezapfen (9) und auf der dem Biegeende abgewandten Biegedornseite eine Drahtklemme (10) mit zwei quer zur Spaltrichtung bewegbaren Klemmbacken (11, 12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Biegedorne (6, 7) jeweils wenigstens zwei zur Längsmittelebene (E) des Einlegespaltes (5) symmetrisch angeordnete, gegeneinander zum Einlegespalt hin radial versetzte und eine gemeinsame, den Einlegespalt begrenzende Tangentialebene (T6, T7) bestimmende Dornabschnitte (61, 62, 63; 71, 72, 73) unterschiedlichen, nach oben hin von Dornabschnitt zu Dornabschnitt abnehmenden Durchmessers (D1, D2, D3) umfassen, daß vorzugsweise auch der Biegezapfen (9) den Dornabschnitten in Anzahl, Höhe und Durchmesser gleiche Zapfenabschnitte (91, 92, 93) bildet, deren gegeneinander radial versetzte Achsen in einer gemeinsamen Axialebene (A) durch die Schwenkachse (S) des Biegearmes (8) liegen und deren Radialabstände (a, b, c) von der Schwenkachse (S) jeweils das Maß des um die halbe Einlegespaltweite vergrößerten Abschnittsdurchmessers (D1, D2, D3) übersteigt, wobei die Biegedorne (6, 7) und gegebenenfalls der Schwenkarm (8) mit dem Biegezapfen (9) in Achsrichtung gegenüber einer durch eine Auflage (16) für die Drahtstücke (W) vorgegebenen achsnormalen Biegeebene (B) entsprechend den Dornabschnitten höhenverstellbar gelagert sind, und daß die Drahtklemme (10) aus einer Offenstellung mit auf die Tangentialebenen (T6, T7) der Dornabschnitte ausgerichteten Klemmbacken (11, 12) in Abhängigkeit vom Biegen um den einen oder anderen Biegedorn (6, 7) durch wahlweises Querbewegen der diesem Biegedorn jeweils gegenüberliegenden Klemmbacke betätigbar ist.
- Drahtbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegekopf (4) biegeseitig der Biegedorne (6, 7) einen zusätzlichen Biegeanschlag (13) aufweist, der außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn des Biegezapfens (9) mit einem Seitenversatz (V) gegenüber den Tangentialebenen (T6, T7) der Biegedorne (6, 7) angeordnet ist.
- Drahtbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegeanschlag (13) aus einer Grundstellung in eine Biegestellung hochfahrbar abgestützt ist.
- Drahtbiegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegekopf (4) am Biegeschlitten (3) zu einer vertikalen Längsebene schräggestellt ist und eine längsseits geneigte Biegeebene (B) bestimmt, wobei der Biegeschlitten (3) eine Abdeckung (14) mit einer Ausnehmung (15) für den Biegekopf (4) und einer Auflage (16) für die Drahtstücke (W) aufweist, welche Abdeckung (14) aus einer zur Biegeebene (B) parallelen Ausgangslage in eine Abwurflage hochklappbar gelagert ist.
- Drahtbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (14) mit einem verschiebbaren Schutzschild (17) zum Verschließen der Ausnehmung (15) bestückt ist.
- Drahtbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (14) eine Randleiste (18) mit einer Anlaufbahn (19) für ein zu biegendes Drahtstückende aufweist.
- Drahtbiegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegekopf (4) hochfahrbare Fangstäbe (20) aufweist, die entlang der Tangentialebene (T7) des unteren Biegedorns (7) angeordnet sind.
