Claims (5)
- Anordnung zur elektrogalvanischen Metallbeschichtung von Bändern, die durch einen mit Metall angereicherten sauren Elektrolyten laufen, mit mindestens einer parallel zu dem Band angeordneten unlöslichen Anode, von der der Strom zum als Kathode geschalteten Band fließt, wobei Metall aus dem Elektrolyten auf der Oberfläche des Bandes abgeschieden wird, bei der jede Anode parallel zur Laufrichtung des Bandes in Anodenstreifen geteilt ist, die Anodenstreifen gegeneinander isoliert sind und jeder Anodenstreifen einzeln mit Strom zum Abscheiden des Metalls aus dem Elektrolyten versorgt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Anodenstreifen (5a, 5b) eine Schutzstromversorgung besitzt, deren Spannung so bemessen ist, daß die Entstehung von kathodischen Bereichen auf Anodenstreifen ausgeschlossen ist, deren Stromversorgung zum Abscheiden des Metalls aus dem Elektrolyten (1) unterbrochen ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schutzstromversorgung aus elektrischen Widerständen (11) besteht, die jeweils benachbarte Anodenstreifen (5a, 5b) miteinander verbinden. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schutzstromversorgung über mindestens einen jedem Anodenstreifen (5a, 5b) zugeordneten Schalter erfolgt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die als Schütze ausgebildeten Schalter mit mindestens einer Spannungsquelle ausschließlich zur Erzeugung des Schutzstromes verbunden sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Anodenstreiten (5a, 5b) einzeln mit einem Stromregler eines Gleichrichters verbunden ist, dessen Regelbereich eine Beaufschlagung der Anode sowohl mit dem Schutzstrom als auch mit dem Strom zum Abscheiden des Metalls aus dem Elektrolyten auf der Oberfläche des Bandes erlaubt.
