Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur wahlweisen Positionierung mindestens eines Zylinders (7) in einer Druckmaschine (1), wobei der Zylinder (7) drehbar in einem Träger (6) gelagert ist und zusammen mit dem Träger (6) eine in verschiedene Positionen (54, 55) verstellbare Einheit (50) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einheit (50) bzw. der Träger (6) mittels eines Getriebes (25 bis 28) entlang einer ersten Bewegungsrichtung verstellbar und dabei auf eine Führung (18, 19) aufsetzbar ist und die auf der Führung (18, 19) aufsitzende Einheit (50) von der Führung (18, 19) geführt entlang einer zweiten Bewegungsrichtung verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einheit (50) von der Führung (18, 19) geführt aus einer Ruheposition (55) in eine Arbeitsposition (62) verstellbar ist, wobei der Zylinder (7) in der Arbeitsposition (62) mit einem bedruckstofführenden Zylinder (4) zusammenarbeitet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Getriebe (25 bis 28) ein Zugmittelgetriebe ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führung (18, 19) mindestens einen um ein Exzenterlager (36) drehbaren Exzenter (19) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Exzenter (19) in einem um ein Schwenklager (38) schwenkbaren Schwenkhebel (39) oder in einem weiteren Exzenter gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führung (18, 19) mindestens eine Rolle (18; 19) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Träger (6) mit einer zur Horizontalen geneigten Führungsfläche (46) auf der Rolle (18) aufsitzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens ein weiterer Zylinder (8, 9) drehbar in dem Träger (6) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylinder (7) und der weitere in dem Träger (6) gelagerte Zylinder (8) in umfangsseitigem Kontakt miteinander stehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylinder (7) ein Auftragszylinder zum Auftragen einer Beschichtung auf einem Bedruckstoff ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einheit (50, 52) ein gegen ein verschiedenartig ausgebildetes weiteres Modul (50, 51) wahlweise austauschbares Modul bildet. - Druckmaschine (1) mit mindestens einer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ausgebildeten Vorrichtung.
