Abstract
Description
Patentanspruches 1.The present invention relates to an oven according to the preamble of
From US-A-3 530 847 is a generic oven with a self-cleaning function known. The oven has a lower convection heater and an upper one Radiant heating element for heating a cooking space of the oven to a temperature which is sufficiently large for pyrolytic self-cleaning.
Such an oven is also known from the publication US 3,668,371, in which Cooking space below the top wall and above the bottom wall of the muffle Tubular heating element is provided for cooking. In self-cleaning mode, that will be first heating element disconnected from the mains, while the second heating element on mains voltage is laid. The focus of the oven muffle is about a temperature 320 ° C in contrast to that otherwise normally achieved in pyrolysis operation Center temperature of 450 ° C. The with the according to the publication US 3,668,371 significantly reduced center of gravity associated relatively low Muffle wall temperatures are, however, in the area of the less soiled muffle side walls sufficiently large for a cleaning. As a result of the immediate spatial proximity of the second heating element to the floor wall, this becomes significantly stronger heated, typically up to about 450 ° C. This temperature is suitable for the Usually heavily soiled bottom area of the oven muffle pyrolytically to be able to clean.
The object of the present invention is in an oven according to the preamble of
According to the invention, this is in an oven according to the preamble of the claim
thereby
those listed in the characterizing part of
The bottom wall is advantageously approximately 0.5 mm thick. By forming the bottom wall as a separate part, it is possible to have a smaller wall thickness than that of the oven muffle to choose to use a different material or to use the floor pan special dirt-repellent layers. Due to the low heat capacity the bottom wall reduces the power requirement in pyrolysis operation. Farther is the energy requirement for a cooking process, which also includes the second heating element is switched on, reduced compared to thicker bottom wall thicknesses.
According to a preferred embodiment, the oven muffle has a closed one Floor, the second heating element is arranged above the floor, and is above the second heating element, the bottom wall in the form of a particular from Muffle removable floor plate arranged. The closed bottom of the oven muffle . guarantees that the cooking space is completely sealed bottom as well as additional thermal insulation with respect to the radiated down Heat radiation from the second heating element. A removable floor panel offers also advantages when cleaning the oven. To reduce heat loss of the oven, the second heating element is slightly spaced from the bottom of the oven muffle. The arrangement of a reflector element between serves the same purpose the second heating element and the bottom of the oven muffle. In both cases Heating up the oven muffle base and transferring the heat to the others Walls of the oven muffle significantly reduced.
In order to keep the energy requirement low, especially in pyrolysis operation, the Bottom wall essentially via point or line-shaped contact points in the Oven muffle held. The drainage in the floor wall or in the floor panel Heat absorbed into the walls of the oven muffle can be avoided by this measure be significantly reduced.
To further improve the cleaning behavior of the oven is more advantageous Provided that at least partial areas of the side walls or the top wall the oven muffle has a catalytic coating. Alternatively or in addition can also be provided that these areas of the muffle wall with a special easy to clean layer are coated. This can be done, for example, through special Enamel or sol-gel layers can be realized.
Below are two exemplary embodiments of the described baking oven according to the invention.
Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 1
- a side view, partly in section, greatly simplifies an oven according to the first embodiment and
- Fig. 2
- Simplified in a sectional view essentially along the line II-II in Fig. 1 in an enlarged scale a portion of an oven according to the second embodiment.
According to the first exemplary embodiment, an oven has a
The
Due to the
According to the details shown in FIG. 2 that differ from the first exemplary embodiment
of an oven according to the second embodiment is trough-shaped
