Dieses Problem besteht auch dann, wenn Kühlluft und Wrasen vor dem Austritt z. B. durch die sogenannte Injektorwirkung vermischt werden, womit die als solche weitgehend fettfreie Kühlluft mit Fettbestandteilen, Feuchtigkeit und Wärme angereichert wird und wiederum eine unangenehme Kontamination im Sinne einer Benetzung benachbarter Flächen z. Claims (7)

  1. Cooking appliance with an oven, which has a cooking compartment within an oven housing which can be closed by an oven door, which oven housing or cooking appliance (1) has outlet ports (7, 8) discharging into the atmosphere for a cooling air flow (16), preferably forced by a fan, for the housing compartment surrounding the cooking compartment and for the discharge of greasy vapours (17) formed in the cooking compartment during operation, wherein the flow direction of the cooling air flow (16) leaving the at least one outlet opening (8) for the cooling air is directed in a direction between the flow direction of the vapour flow (17) leaving the at least one outlet opening (7) for the vapour and an object (6) to be protected against contamination with the vapour, characterised in that at least one blow-out element (11, 11') having the outlet openings (7, 8) can be fastened in a sealing manner to the oven housing or to a hob (1) disposed thereabove or to the tray frame (4) thereof, wherein the blow-out element (11, 11') can be attached to the surface of the oven housing or to the tray frame (4) and is provided with sealing elements so that during the cooking process overflowing liquid cannot enter the cooking appliance, and wherein at least one outlet opening (8) for the cooling air moves the outlet opening (7) for the vapour at least to the side facing the object (6) to be protected.
  2. Cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the at least one outlet opening (8) for the cooling air flow (16) is arranged between the at least one outlet opening (7) for the vapour (17) and an object (6) to be protected against contamination with the vapour.
  3. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the flow cross-section of the at least one outlet opening (8) for the cooling air is overall larger than the flow cross-section of the at least one outlet opening (7) for the vapour.
  4. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that all outlet openings (7, 8) are located in the rear region adjacent to an installation wall (6) or other boundary surface of the cooking appliance or in the rear region of a hob (1) arranged above an oven.
  5. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the outlet openings (7, 8) on the oven are connected to a hob (1) by way of separate, preferably flexible flow lines (9, 10) with similar outlet openings (7, 8).
  6. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the object (6) to be protected against contamination is an item separated from the cooking appliance or connected to the cooking appliance.
  7. Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the outlet openings (7, 8) on the oven are aligned so that the vapour leaving the outlet opening (7) is routed upward, preferably into the region of an intake opening of an extractor hood.
