Definitions
- the invention relates to a fabric for cosmetic Treatment (peeling) of the skin by rubbing or rubbing according to the preamble of claim 1, a method for the production of the fabric according to the preamble of Claim 7 and the use of the fabric for manufacture of cleaning agents according to the preamble of the claim 10th
- the second known treatment method which also applies the improvement achieved by the present invention relates, is for the peeling textile fabrics to use the certain characteristic design features have (type of fibers used and constructions - woven or knitted - special Properties of the construction of the textile fabric, those in the case of tissues aimed at achieving the Effect is fundamental, equipment processes, which the textile fabric before Subjected to use).
- the textile Fabric which can be a woven or knitted fabric we can use either synthetic fibers proposed, such as polyester, or from Silk, whereby in the case of synthetic fibers the use of profiled Fibers is proposed, i.e. one with one cross section different from the circular shape.
- synthetic fibers proposed such as polyester, or from Silk
- profiled Fibers i.e. one with one cross section different from the circular shape.
- the peeling effect is achieved with a fiber aggregate when different Factors of the surface structure of fine yarns of the fabric or the knitwear are guaranteed without that however a more precise teaching would have been given, except the one that is correct in itself, but in view of the following Insights gained insufficient finding that advantageously relatively fine yarns with relatively high twist to be used.
- the present invention aims at the limitations to overcome the described prior art and an abrasive or rubbing fabric with optimal Properties for the peeling treatment to create soft removing the dead cells of the epidermis support, which tend to relate to each other curl up and form slices that are of sheer Eye to be recognized and therefore easy to remove without that this is accompanied by reddening of the skin. After treatment the skin remains smooth and clean and free of any Signs of abrasion.
- This abrasive or rubbing fabric that differs from that according to the prior art known in terms of material of the individual fibers of the thread (cellulosic instead synthetic fibers), supports its special properties for more effective yet gentle scrubbing Rubbeinder effect on the skin on the special properties cellulose, i.e. of the material vegetable Origin such as cotton, linen, etc. that forms the fibers, as well as the viscose directly from the conversion of the Wood cellulose is obtained.
- cellulose a much greater water absorption capacity than Synthetic fibers (polyester, polyamides, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), and just on this special skill cellulose is based on its exceptional abrasion properties of the fabric according to the invention.
- Tissue gets moist, i.e. strong with water soaked, a rough grip like when touching the fine Grains of an abrasive cloth, which handle here, though unsuitable, to be described as "grainy or sandy" can, since it gives the impression of an abrasive surface awakened in one direction is stronger than at right angles to it.
- the fabric according to the invention is characterized in that in claim 1 listed features, which are characterized by the Type of threads to be used, the construction of the flat woven fabric, the twist of the weft that is not is uniform, but regularly according to a predetermined one Number of weft threads, between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation changes, as well as the titer range of the threads and that Ratio of the twists of the required weft threads and Represent warp threads.
- Claims 10 and 11 relate to preferred uses of the fabric according to the invention.
- Claims 2 to 6 then relate to preferred embodiments of the fabric according to the invention.
- the experience has shown that the "gentle" abrasive rubbing effect of the tissue when moist is optimal when changing the direction of rotation in the weft threads between Right turn and left turn after at least two, preferably four or more threads is done: this way form in the tissue after the intended treatments and especially after soaking in water before use fine stripes in the weft direction,
- the ratio between the number of warp threads and the Number of weft threads per cm plays an important role when the desired abrasion effect of the fabric can be achieved should. This effect is optimal if the mentioned Ratio is between 1 and 2.
- Claim 7 relates to a preferred method of manufacture the abrasive fabric according to claim 1, by which method the best ones inherent in the tissue Peeling or rubbing properties can be further increased can, so that the tissue maximum effectiveness offers.
- This process comprises in a first step a washing process in a drum washing machine, too Tumbler washing machine called, at a water temperature between 40 'and 50'C for a period of up to 20 min. Thanks to this first process, swelling is achieved of cellulosic fibers in the water.
- the fabric is then dried, still in the Drum, at a temperature of less than 100 ° C.
- the method according to the invention then provides that the Again before using the fabric for the first time Water is soaked. This causes a temporary change on the surface as long as the tissue is moist remains (and therefore completely disappears if that Tissue is then dried again), which the Gives stronger scrubbing or rubbing properties (namely the "sandy" effect mentioned, the introductory was mentioned). Beyond and done simultaneously a permanent change (even after the drying of the Fabric remains) of the surface geometry of the fabric. The fabric shortens in the weft direction and lengthens in the warp direction, taking the changes the dimensions both make up about 10%.
- the fabric according to the invention is used particularly suitable for the production of abrasive or rubbing gloves for peeling treatment.
- the Fabric according to the invention can also be textile articles of any shape, such as a cleaning cloth or brush, etc., with the purpose of the abrasive or rubbing properties of the inventive Make use of tissue.
- abrasive or rubbing properties of the inventive Make use of tissue Numerous practical Applications for such a fabric come in Consider, be it in the field of cosmetics, or be it in the much wider area of general cleaning tasks, in particular where the abrasive cleaning must be effective, where however any damage from scratching the treated Surfaces must be avoided.
- this shows a top view of one Glove A with cuff 1 for a peeling treatment.
- the fabric is preferably cut in such a way and made up that weft of the fabric parallel to the fingers of those inserted into glove A. Hand run or in the direction of insertion x.
