Definitions
- the invention relates to a plush made of viscose special applications.
- the viscose consists of 100 % Cellulose and is able without the surfactants Surface tension of liquids, in particular of water to reduce. Without one Reducing the surface tension pearls Drops of water from surfaces without getting to network with each other over a wide area. Only by Reduction of the surface tension of the water the water drop can cover a large area wet and existing dirt particles to solve. There are already cleaning wipes, which too Made from 100% woven viscose. This known cloths need both for Cleaning dirty surfaces as well subsequent cleaning of these towels themselves additional chemical cleaning agents.
- the object of the invention is to be achieved to create a viscose plush with which without chemical means the arrangement of the molecules of Liquids are strongly changed to each other, especially the surface tension of natural water can be greatly reduced; and also without any chemical agents Surfaces very well cleaned and disinfected and then the viscose plush itself again very much can be cleaned well and easily, likewise without the need for chemical agents. Instead of surfaces, gas flows should also be included the viscose plush can be cleaned very well, by using it as a filter for such gas flows becomes. Cleaning with the viscose plush is supposed to be like this good that microorganisms are also disposed of.
- the viscose plush contains a fabric made of warp threads and weft threads as well as pile threads that are in the fabric are woven in and extending across the fabric from it stick out.
- the pile threads are also called Denoted "pile threads”.
- the warp threads consist of Viscose staple fiber yarn, which consist of weft threads made of viscose, preferably viscose modal, and the Flor threads are made of viscose filament.
- the viscose plush consists of 20% Viscose staple yarn of the warp threads, 21% viscose Modal of wefts, and 59% viscose filament Pile threads.
- Dyed weft threads for example in the colors red, yellow, green or blue while the warp threads and leave the pile threads in their natural color will.
- a different color of the pile threads than that The color of the warp threads or the weft threads has the Advantage that a clean washed viscose plush shows a different color than a dirty one Viscose plush, so that the user based on the Color appearance of the viscose plush its purity can recognize.
- 330 dtex means 10,000 Weigh 330 grams of the viscose filament yarn.
- f30 means that the filament yarn consists of 30 Individual filaments exist and that the Fiber cross section is angular.
- viscose modal For the weft threads instead of viscose modal another viscose material can also be used.
- the viscose material of warp threads, weft threads and Flor threads is a 100% natural product Cellulose.
- the Viscose plush 15% to 25% viscose staple fiber yarn as warp threads; 16% to 26% viscose, preferably Viscose modal, as weft threads, and 49% to 69% Viscose filament consist of pile threads.
- the warp threads can range from Nm 20/2 to Nm 60/2 Viscose staple yarn exist in one Adjustment in the range between 12 Fd / cm and 20 Fd / cm.
- the weft threads can range from Nm 10/1 to Nm 40/1 Viscose, preferably viscose modal, exist and have a setting of 12 Fd / cm to 24 Fd / cm.
- the pile threads or pile threads can be made of viscose filament in the range from 50 dtex to 1000 dtex and are in the range from f20 to f90.
- the weight of the viscose plush is preferably at about 620 g per linear meter, at one Width of 1.40 m.
- the viscose plush is washed and fixed and the pile is laid.
- the invention is the result of observation of how nature plants and their leaves automatically cleans without surfactants to reduce their Surface tension are required.
- the viscose plush according to the invention can in dry condition can be used as a polishing cloth.
- the viscose plush For the use of the viscose plush according to the invention as a cleaning cloth, it is first immersed in standing water, for example in a bucket, for the cleaning purpose.
- the water temperature should be a maximum of 30 ° C or less. This changes the physical properties of water so that its surface tension is reduced by 20% to 50%, depending on the quotient of the surface of the fabric to the amount of water.
- a viscose plush with a size of 0.1 to 0.2 m 2 is sufficient for 30 to 50 liters of water. Then the viscose plush is removed from the water and wrung out. With the viscose plush now only moist, surfaces can be cleaned and microorganisms removed.
- the human body can be washed, glasses cleaned, windows cleaned, floors cleaned, devices cleaned, floors cleaned and disinfected in medical clinics, technical devices and medical devices cleaned and disinfected, wounds from Disinfecting patients, cleaning and disinfecting animals in the veterinary field, etc.
- Another area of application of the viscose plush according to the invention, without the need for chemical cleaning agents or other chemical additives, is its use as a filter in gas streams, for example in the exhaust air from painting systems during painting of objects, in building air conditioning systems, as motor vehicle fresh air filters for the passenger compartment of motor vehicles, and in gas or air streams of all types of industrial systems.
- the viscose plush After use, the viscose plush must be cleaned will. Also there are no chemical ones Detergents or other chemical additives required. It is enough to use the viscose plush in the Immerse water or rinse with water and easy to rub into yourself. He reduces his Capillary action and thus also its capillary forces so far that it was previously cleaning or moisture absorbed during the filtering process, Dirt particles, and all microorganisms releases completely into the surrounding water and is very clean after a short time without chemical cleaning agents or other chemical Additives are required.
- the water which with a clean Viscose plush can be changed instead of for Cleaning purposes also used for other purposes , for example to taste and aroma of To improve foods and stimulants or to make the water more suitable for industrial Applications.
- the viscose plush according to the invention and / or his relaxed water are also excellent means for removing make-up that is gentle on the skin of water-soluble cosmetics.
- Viscose plush according to the invention can also can be used as a cover for bed linen and toys, especially plush toys. These are then without chemical cleaners or others chemical additives easy to clean and special hygienic.
- the viscose plush according to the invention consists of Warp threads 2, weft threads 4 and in between woven pile threads or pile threads 6.
- the pile threads 6 extend to one side across the fabric away from the warp threads 2 and Weft threads 4 is formed.
- a double-sided Plush can easily by two backs Back to each other arranged plush towels 8 from 1 as shown in FIG. 2 is shown.
- Fig. 3 shows two adjacent pile threads 6, which between them in the longitudinal direction of the thread Form capillary channel 12.
- the capillary channel 12 arising capillary forces suck in the direction of their free end 14 to their on the warp threads 2nd and wefts 4 attached inner end 16
- the surfaces of the warp threads 2, the weft threads 4 and the pile threads 6 are very smooth, so that Foreign matter 18 can slip on them and between these threads 2, 4 and 6 on the one hand and the Foreign substances 18 no strong adhesive forces can arise.
- the pile threads 6 must be in over their entire length Longitudinal grooves 20 extending in the longitudinal direction to have. This will capillary action in the Capillary channels 12 reinforced.
- the longitudinal grooves 20 seen in cross section preferably have one arcuate groove base.
- the pile threads 6 have one Polygonal cross-sectional shape.
- the pile threads 6 are preferably W-shaped in the weft threads 4 involved.
- the pile threads 6 consist of natural viscose.
- the warp threads 2 and the weft threads 4 can be made artificial viscose exist, but they exist preferably also made of natural viscose.
