Description
Claims (9)
- Presse mit einem Kniehebelantrieb, dereinen mit einem Ende an einem Pressengestell (10) angelenkten Stützschenkel (15),einem mit einem Ende an einem am Pressengestell (10) geführten Arbeitsstößel (26) angelenkten Antriebsschenkel (24), sowieeinen Dreieckslenker (19) aufweist,-- der mit einem Ende an einem Kurbelantrieb (22) angelenkt ist, und-- an dessen anderem Ende der Antriebsschenkel (24) arbeitsstößelseitig und der Stützschenkel (15) gestellseitig mit ihren jeweiligen anderen Enden unter Bildung von Kniegelenkpunkten (23, 18) mit Abstand zueinander angelenkt sind, wobei die Länge des Dreiecklenkers (19) zwischen Kniegelenk und Kurbelantrieb (22) verstellbar ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurbelantrieb (22) relativ zum Kniehebel (16) so angeordnet ist, daß der Dreieckslenker (19) während eines Arbeitszyklusses im wesentlichen auf Druck arbeitet, und daß die beiden Knieanlenkpunkte (18, 23) zusammen mit dem Anlenkpunkt (20) des Kurbelantriebs (22) ein recht- oder stumpfwinkliges Dreieck bilden, dessen rechter oder stumpfer Winkel an einem der beiden Knieanlenkpunkte (18, 23) liegt.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dreiecklenker (19) zur Längenverstellung zumindest einen Lenkerabschnitt (27, 29) mit einer mit einem Innengewinde versehenen Bohrung aufweist, in die ein Gewindebolzen (28) mit seinem einen Endbereich eingreift, der mit seinem anderen Endbereich mit dem Kurbelantrieb (22) oder dem Kniehebel (16) verbunden ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dreieckslenker (19) zumindest mit zwei verschiedenen Abständen zur Drehachse (33') des Kurbelantriebs (22) an diesem anlenkbar ist.
- Presse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (33') des Kurbelantriebs (22) bezüglich der Lage des Knieanlenkpunktes (18) des in seiner Streckstellung (S) befindlichen Stützschenkels (15) parallel zur Richtung dieser Streckstellung (S) in Richtung des Gestellanlenkpunktes versetzt ist.
- Presse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurbelantrieb (22) über ein Schneckengetriebe (35) von einem Motor, vorzugsweise von einem Elektromotor, insbesondere von einem in beiden Drehrichtungen arbeitenden Elektromotor (34) antreibbar ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (34) für den Antrieb des Kurbelantriebs (22) als Schrittmotor ausgebildet ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Kurbelantrieb (22) antreibende Elektromotor (34) von einer Motorsteuerschaltung (36) In Abhängigkeit von einem die Drehstellung (ϕ) des Kurbelantriebs (22) anzeigenden Drehstellungssignals ansteuerbar ist, das von einem dem Kurbelantrieb (22) zugeordneten Drehstellungsfühler (37) erzeugt wird.
- Presse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Drehstellungsfühler (37) ein induktiver, ein kapazitiver, ein optischer oder ein elektromechanischer Fühler vorgesehen ist.
