Description
Der Pastenbehälter nach der Erfindung hat den Vorteil, daß die Verwendung desselben Antriebs für Rührflügel und Entnahmevorrichtung zu einer deutlichen Verbilligung der Herstell- und Betriebskosten führt und der beschränkte Platz oberhalb des Pastenbehälters durch den Wegfall eines Aggregats besser und übersichtlicher genutzt werden kann. Da nur dann zur Herabsetzung der Viskosität der thixotropen Paste und zu deren Förderung gerührt werden muß, wenn auch Paste entnommen werden soll, eignet sich die Zusammenlegung der Antriebe von Rührflügel und Entnahmevorrichtung in besonderer Weise.
Claims (5)
- Pastenbehälter mit einer die offene Behälterseite dicht abschließenden Folgeplatte (2), an der ein mehrflügeliger Rührpropeller (4) derart angebracht ist, daß er in geringem Abstand unterhalb der Folgeplatte (2) um eine diese mittig durchragende Achse (5) drehbar ist, und einer Entnahmevorrichtung (6) mit außenliegendem Antrieb (8), mit der Paste (12) aus dem Behälter (1) durch eine Öffnung in der Folgeplatte (2) entnehmbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Rührflügel (4) und Entnahmevorrichtung (6) denselben Antrieb (8) haben. - Pastenbehälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (6) ein sich um eine senkrecht zur Folgeplatte (2) angeordnete Achse drehendes Förderelement (5) aufweist.
- Pastenbehälter gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (6) eine Schnecken- oder Schraubenpumpe ist, die die vom Rührpropeller (4) zugeführte Paste (12) nach außen fördert.
- Pastenbehälter gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (6) mittig angeordnet ist und die Rührflügeldrehachse (5) durch die verlängerte Schraubendrehachse (5) gebildet ist.
- Pastenbehälter gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (6) die geförderte Paste (2) einem Injektor zuführt, wobei die Zuführleitung durch ein Element, beispielsweise einem Kugelhahn, verschließbar ist.
