Um eine Abschlußleiste (1), die einen schalenförmigen Querschnitt mit einem flachen Mittelabschnitt (2), einem bodenseits aufsetzbaren Fußabschnitt (3) und einen oberen, nach hinten abstehenden Deckabschnitt (4) aufweist, rationell und exakt befestigen zu können, ist ein Befestigungsbeschlag (5) vorgesehen, der ein rückseitig an der Wand (W) befestigbares, nach vorn offenes Hohlprofil (6) und ein das Hohlprofil (6) verschließendes, am Hohlprofil (6) verrastend abstützbares Abdeckprofil (7) umfaßt, und ist die Abschlußleiste (1) auf das außenseitig flache Abdeckprofil (7), vorzugsweise mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes (8), aufklebbar.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Wandbefestigung einer Abschlußleiste, insbesondere für Fußböden, welche Abschlußleiste einen schalenförmigen Querschnitt mit einem flachen Mittelabschnitt, einem bodenseits aufsetzbaren Fußabschnitt und einem oberen, nach hinten abstehenden, vorzugsweise schräg aufwärts verlaufenden Deckabschnitt aufweist.
Solche Abschlußleisten lassen sich wegen ihres Querschnittes rationell und materialsparend herstellen und finden vorwiegend zum wandseitigen Abschluß von Fußböden und anderen Wand- oder Deckenbelägen Verwendung, da sie wegen ihrer Schalenform den Kantenbereich zwischen Wand und Fußboden od. dgl. abdecken und dabei vorhandene Randfugen sauber überbrücken. Allerdings müssen diese Abschlußleisten bisher unter Zwischenlage von Distanzklötzen an der jeweiligen Wand festgeschraubt werden, was nicht nur mühsam und arbeitsintensiv ist, sondern darüber hinaus wegen der außenseitigen Schraubenköpfe auch eine sichtbare Leistenbefestigung mit sich bringt und nicht zuletzt eine Nutzung des hinter der Abschlußleiste entstehenden Hohlraumes als Kabelkanal od. dgl. praktisch ausschließt.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs geschilderten Art zu schaffen, die ein geschicktes und exaktes Verlegen der Abschlußleiste ermöglicht und gleichzeitig die Voraussetzung bietet, den Raum hinter der Abschlußleiste auf einfache Weise zur Führung von Draht- und/oder Rohrleitungen nützen zu können.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß ein in seiner Tiefe an den Wandabstand des Mittelabschnittes der Abschlußleiste angepaßter Befestigungsbeschlag vorgesehen ist, der ein rückseitig an der Wand befestigbares, nach vorn offenes Hohlprofil und ein das Hohlprofil verschließendes, am Hohlprofil verrastend abstützbares Abdeckprofil umfaßt, und daß die Abschlußleiste auf das außenseitig flache Abdeckprofil, vorzugsweise mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes, aufklebbar ist. Zum Verlegen einer Abschlußleiste wird daher zuerst das Hohlprofil an der den Fußboden od. dgl. begrenzenden Wand angedübelt, wobei das Hohlprofil aus einzelnen kürzeren Stücken oder aus über längere Strecken durchgehenden Profilschienen bestehen kann. Der durch die nach vorn offene Profilform entstehende Hohlraum eignet sich bestens zur Aufnahme bzw. zum Verlegen beliebiger Leitungen, worauf das Abdeckprofil mit dem Hohlprofil verrastet wird, so daß sich für die verlegten Leitungen ein geschlossener, schützender Kanal ergibt. Nun braucht nur mehr die Abschlußleiste dem Befestigungsbeschlag entlang am Boden aufgesetzt und mit den vorbereiteten Klebemitteln, vorzugsweise einem doppelseitigen Klebeband, an die Außenseite des Abdeckprofils angedrückt zu werden, womit nicht nur die Befestigung der Abschlußleiste am Abdeckprofil zustande kommt, sondern sich auch die Abschlußleiste ordnungsgemäß in ihrer Lage gegenüber dem Fußboden bzw. der Wand einrichten läßt. Damit ist ein sicherer, einwandfreier Sitz der Abschlußleisten im Kantenbereich zwischen Fußboden und Begrenzungswand gewährleistet. Auf Grund der Klebeverbindung zwischen Abschlußleiste und Abdeckprofil einerseits und verrastender Verbindung von Abdeckprofil und Hohlprofil anderseits kann die Abschlußleiste bedarfsweise zusammen mit dem Abdeckprofil vom Hohlprofil wieder abgenommen werden, wodurch der Kabelkanal zugänglich bleibt und sich sogar oberhalb des Befestigungsbeschlages im Hohlbereich des oberen Deckabschnittes der Abschlußleiste ein weiterer Kabelkanal einrichten läßt. Zum neuerlichen Verschließen des Hohlprofils wird das Abdeckprofil mit der Abschlußleiste einfach auf das Hohlprofil aufgedrückt und damit die Abschlußleiste befestigt und gleichzeitig exakt positioniert.
Zweckmäßig ist es, wenn das Hohlprofil im wesentlichen aus einem U-Profil besteht, dessen U-Schenkel Stütz- und Rastteile bilden, und wenn das Abdeckprofil einwärts gerichtete, den Stütz- und Rastteilen zugeordnete Stütz- und Rastansätze aufweist, so daß sich nicht nur einfache Profilformen ergeben, sondern sich darüber hinaus auch verhältnismäßig großräumige Kabelkanäle ausbilden lassen. Zusätzlich erlaubt die U-Profilform mit ihrem Steg eine satte Anlage des Hohlprofils an der Wand und mit dem unteren Schenkel eine Auflage am Fußboden, wodurch eine sehr einfache und doch lagegenaue Montage des Hohlprofils gewährleistet ist.
Eine vorteilhafte Konstruktion entsteht dadurch, daß der untere U-Schenkel des Hohlprofils als Stützteil einen aufwärts abgewinkelten Randsteg bildet, auf den übergreifend ein Stützschenkel des Abdeckprofils als Stützansatz aufsetzbar ist, und daß der obere U-Schenkel als Rastteil einen Klemmsteg bzw. einen Klemmspalt bildet, dem ein Klemmspalt bzw. ein Klemmsteg des Abdeckprofils als Rastansatz zugehört. Diese Stütz- und Rastteile bzw. Stütz- und Rastansätze erlauben es, das Abdeckprofil beim Verrasten mit dem Hohlprofil mit seinem Stützschenkel am Randsteg des unteren U-Schenkels des Hohlprofiles aufzusetzen und dadurch das Abdeckprofil scharnierartig zu- bzw. aufschwenken zu können, wobei durch den in den Klemmspalt eindringenden Klemmsteg beim Zudrücken eine Verrastung erfolgt. Die Eindringtiefe des Klemmsteges bestimmt dabei die Schwenklage der Abschlußleiste und ermöglicht daher neben dem exakten Aufsetzen der Leiste auf den Boden auch einen exakten Wandanschluß.
Besteht das Hohlprofil aus zusammensteckbaren Profilteilen, läßt sich dieses Hohlprofil sogar bei bereits vorhandenen Rohrleitungen, beispielsweise Heizungsrohren, ohne Schwierigkeiten montieren, indem das Hohlprofil zerlegt und die Teile einzeln hinter die Rohrleitungen geschoben und hier wieder zusammengesteckt werden, so daß das Hohlprofil nachträglich als Leitungskanal für diese Rohrleitung dienen kann. Auch hier wird dann der Leitungskanal durch das Abdeckprofil verschlossen und die Abschlußleiste aufgeklebt. Damit lassen sich mit entsprechend vergrößerten Abschlußleisten Rohrleitungen od. dgl. auch größeren Durchmessers sauber verkleiden, was beispielsweise bei Wohnungs- und Altbausanierungen von Bedeutung ist.

Um eine Abschlußleiste 1, die einen schalenförmigen Querschnitt mit einem flachen Mittelabschnitt 2, einem bodenseits aufsetzbaren Fußabschnitt 3 und einen oberen, nach hinten abstehenden, schräg aufwärts verlaufenden Deckabschnitt 4 aufweist und zur Randbegrenzung eines Fußbodens F dient, rationell an einer den Fußboden F begrenzenden Wand W befestigen zu können, wobei in die Randbegrenzung ein Kabelkanal zur Aufnahme verschiedener Kabelleitungen K od. dgl. einbezogen sein soll, ist ein Befestigungsbeschlag 5 vorgesehen, der sich aus einem rückseitig an der Wand W befestigbaren, nach vorne offenen Hohlprofil 6 und einem das Hohlprofil 6 verschließenden Abdeckprofil 7 zusammensetzt. Das Abdeckprofil 7 stützt sich am Hohlprofil 6 verrastend ab und bildet nicht nur den Verschluß des als Kabelkanal nutzbaren Hohlprofils 6, sondern dient vor allem auch als Träger für die Abschlußleiste 1, die beispielsweise mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes 8 an der hohlprofilabgewandten Vorderseite des Abdeckprofils 7 aufgeklebt werden kann.
Das Hohlprofil 6 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem U-Profil, dessen U-Schenkel 9, 10 Stütz- und Rastteile 11, 12 zur verrastenden Abstützung des entsprechend einwärts gerichtete Stütz- und Rastansätze 13, 14 aufweisenden Abdeckprofils 7 bilden. Dazu ist der untere U-Schenkel 9 mit einem aufwärts abgewinkelten Randsteg 15 ausgeformt, auf den übergreifend als Stützansatz 13 ein Stützschenkel 16 des Abdeckprofils 7 aufsetzbar ist. Der obere U-Schenkel 10 hingegen besitzt als Rastteil 12 einen gerippten Klemmsteg 17, dem ein angepaßter Klemmspalt 18 des Abdeckprofils 7 als Rastansatz 14 zugehört.
Wie in Fig. 2 angedeutet, wird zur Befestigung einer Abschlußleiste 1 zuerst das Hohlprofil 6 über entsprechende Befestigungsschrauben 19 an der Wand W festgedübelt, wobei der untere U-Schenkel 9 am Fußboden F aufliegt und als Abstandhalter zum Setzen der Bohrlöcher dient. Das Hohlprofil 6 und das Abdeckprofil 7 können dabei über größere Längen durchgehende Profitschienen sein, aber auch zu einzelnen Beschlagsstücken abgelängte Profile, wobei sogar Kombinationen aus durchgehenden Hohlprofilen und stückigen Abdeckprofilen oder umgekehrt aus Hohlprofilstücken und durchgehenden Abdeckprofilen möglich sind. Sobald das Hohlprofil 6 montiert ist, kann bei Nutzung des Profilhohlraumes als Kabelkanal das oder die Kabelleitungen K innerhalb des Hohlprofils 6 verlegt werden, worauf das Abdeckprofil 7 durch Aufsetzen des Stützansatzes 13 am Stützteil 11 und einem verschließenden Zuschwenken mit einer gleichzeitigen Verrastung von Rastansatz 14 und Rastteil 12 fixiert wird, womit auch der Hohlraum des Hohlprofils 6 mit den gegebenenfalls verlegten Kabelleitungen K abgeschlossen ist.
Nun braucht gemäß Fig. 3 nur mehr die Abschlußleiste 1 selbst befestigt zu werden, die dazu mit dem Fußabschnitt 3 am Fußboden F aufgesetzt und nach Freilegen des Klebebandes 8 an das Abdeckprofil 7 angedrückt wird, wobei durch das Aufsetzen der Leiste am Fußboden F ein sauberer exakter Bodenabschluß sichergestellt ist. Beim Ankleben am Abdeckprofil 7 wird die Abschlußleiste 1 mit ihrem Deckabschnitt 4 gegen die Wand W gedrückt bzw. läßt sich durch mehr oder weniger tiefes Verrasten der Rastteile bzw. Rastansätze 12, 14 von Hohlprofil 6 und Abdeckprofil 7 in ihrer Lage so korrigieren, daß auch ein einwandfreier Wandabschluß zustande kommt. Die Abschlußleiste 1 bleibt auch nach dem Aufkleben auf das Abdeckprofil 7 demontierbar, da sie zusammen mit dem Abdeckprofil 7 vom Hohlprofil 6 abgenommen und bedarfsweise wieder aufgesteckt werden kann, ohne daß dabei die exakten Boden- und Wandabschlüsse verloren gingen.

Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Wandbefestigung einer Abschlußleiste (1), insbesondere für Fußböden, welche Abschlußleiste (1) einen schalenförmigen Querschnitt mit einem flachen Mittelabschnitt (2), einem bodenseits aufsetzbaren Fußabschnitt (3) und einem oberen, nach hinten abstehenden, vorzugsweise schräg aufwärts verlaufenden Deckabschnitt (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in seiner Tiefe an den Wandabstand des Mittelabschnittes (2) der Abschlußleiste (1) angepaßter Befestigungsbeschlag (5) vorgesehen ist, der ein rückseitig an der Wand (W) befestigbares, nach vorn offenes Hohlprofil (6) und ein das Hohlprofil verschließendes, am Hohlprofil (6) verrastend abstützbares Abdeckprofil (7) umfaßt, und daß die Abschlußleiste (1) auf das außenseitig flache Abdeckprofil (7), vorzugsweise mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebandes (8), aufklebbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlprofil (6) im wesentlichen aus einem U-Profil besteht, dessen U-Schenkel (9, 19) Stütz- und Rastteile (11, 12) bilden, und daß das Abdeckprofil (7) einwärts gerichtete, den Stütz- und Rastteilen (11, 12) zugeordnete Stütz- und Rastansätze (13, 14) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere U-Schenkel (9) des Hohlprofils (6) als Stützteil (11) einen aufwärts abgewinkelten Randsteg (15) bildet, auf den übergreifend ein Stützschenkel (16) des Abdeckprofils als Stützansatz (13) aufsetzbar ist, und daß der obere U-Schenkel (10) als Rastteil (12) einen Klemmsteg (17) bzw. einen Klemmspalt bildet, dem ein Klemmspalt (18) bzw. ein Klemmsteg des Abdeckprofils (7) als Rastansatz (14) zugehört.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlprofil aus zusammensteckbaren Profilteilen besteht.
