Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier, vorzugsweise ein Möbelscharnier, bestehend aus einem Schamierarm, der auf einer in einem topfförmigen Scharnierteil gehalterten Gelenkachse schwenkbar gelagert ist.
  • Bei derartigen Scharnieren ist es häufig erwünscht, daß sie eine Schließcharakteristik besitzen, aufgrund derer auf das Scharnier im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment wirkt, das eine beispielsweise mit dem topfförmigen Scharnierteil verbundene Tür im geschlossenen Zustand hält, so daß ein unerwünschtes selbsttätiges Öffnen der Tür verhindert ist.
  • Ein Scharnier mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruches 1 ist aus DE 42 35 099 A1 bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Scharnier der eingangs angegebenen Art vorzuschlagen, auf dessen topfförmigen Scharnierteil mit einfachen Mitteln im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment wirkt, so daß sich das Scharnier in wirtschaftlicher Weise herstellen läßt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Scharnier mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Eingelenkscharnier läßt sich mit verhältnismäßig einfachen Mitteln herstellen und mit dem federbelasteten, das Schließmoment bewirkenden Teil ausstatten. Der wippenartige Hebel läßt sich in einfacher Weise in einem Scharniertopf lagern, wobei zwischen dem ersten Hebelarm und einem festen Teil des Scharnierteils eine Druckfeder eingespannt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß ist der zweiarmige Hebel im wesentlichen gestreckt ausgebildet und mit einer mittleren, quer verlaufenden Nut versehen, mit der er auf einem Steg oder einer Sicke des Bodens des topfförmigen Scharnierteils schwenkbar gelagert ist.
  • Der Steg läßt sich auf einfache Weise durch ein abgewinkeltes Teil des Bodens oder einen in den Boden des topfförmigen Scharnierteils eingeprägte Sicke bilden, wenn das topfförmige Scharnierteil aus einem Blechstanzteil besteht.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist der eine Hebelarm des zweiarmigen Hebels mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen versehen, zwischen denen und dem oberen Rand des topfförmigen Scharnierteils Druckfedern eingespannt sind.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt

  • Das aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtliche Scharnier besteht aus einem mit einer Abkröpfung versehenen Scharnierarm 1, der mit seinem eingerollten Ende 2 eine Gelenkachse 3 einfaßt, das gleichsam eine Lagerbohrung für diese bildet. Die Gelenkachse 3 ist in üblicher Weise in den Seitenwandungen des topfförmigen Scharnierteils 4 unverschieblich gehaltert.
  • Aus dem eingerollten Ende 2 des Scharnierarms 1 ist eine Zunge 5 herausgebogen, die gleichsam einen Hebelarm bildet.
  • Der Scharnierarm 1 ist mit seinem hinteren Ende 6 auf der Stirnseite 7 eines Haltearms 8 längsverschieblich geführt, wobei zur verdrehungsfreien Führung die Stirnseite 7 mit hochgestellten Seitenkanten 9 versehen ist, die das hintere Ende des Scharnierarms 6 einfassen. Der Scharnierarm 1 ist mit der Stirnseite 7 des Haltearms 8 durch einen Exzenter 10 verbunden, so daß der Scharnierarm 1 relativ zu der Stirnseite 7 des Haltearms 8 durch Verdrehen des Exzenters 10 beispielsweise mit einem Schraubenzieher zur Seiteneinstellung in Richtung des Pfeils B verschoben werden kann.
  • Der Haltearm 8 ist auf einer Grundplatte 12 längsverschieblich geführt, wobei die Grundplatte 12 an ihrem vorderen Ende mit seitlichen abgewinkelten Wangen 13 versehen ist, die Langlöcher 14 aufweisen, in denen ein den seitlichen Schenkeln des Haltearms 8 gehalterter Stift 15 geführt ist. Das hintere Ende des Haltearms 8 ist durch eine Exzenterverstellung 16 mit der Grundplatte 12 verbunden, so daß durch Drehen der Exzenterverstellung 16 das Scharnier in Richtung des Pfeils A in der Tiefe beispielsweise eines Schranks eingestellt werden kann.
  • Die Grundplatte 12 ist mit einer vorderen Abwinkelung 31 und mit einem quer verlaufenden Langloch 32 versehen, so daß sie in der dargestellten Weise durch nicht gezeigte Befestigungsschrauben mit dem Stirnrahmen 17 beispielsweise einer Schranköffnung verbunden werden kann.
  • Das topfförmige Scharnierteil 4 wird in nicht dargestellter üblicher Weise in eine flache Sacklochbohrung beispielsweise einer Tür eingesetzt und mit dieser durch einen Flansch 18 verbunden, der Teil des topfförmigen Scharnierteils ist.
  • Das topfförmige Scharnierteil 4, das im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Blechstanzteil besteht, weist einen Boden 19 auf, der beidseits eines parallel zu der Gelenkachse 3 verlaufenden streifenförmigen Teils, das zu einer Sicke 20 verformt ist, mit Freischnitten versehen ist. Auf der nach innen gewölbten Sicke 20 ist ein zweiarmiger Hebel 21 gelagert, der mit einer mittleren Krümmung 22 die sikkenförmige Erhebung 20 einfaßt. Der gelenkfeme Hebelarm 23 des zweiarmigen Hebels 21 ist T-förmig mit seitlichen Fortsätzen 24 versehen, die die Seitenwände 25 des Scharniertopfs in etwa trapezförmigen Ausschnitten 26 durchsetzen und nach außen hin überragen. Zwischen den die Seitenwände 25 überragenden Abschnitte der Fortsätze 24 und den überragenden flanschförmigen Rand 27 des Scharniertopfs sind Druckfedern 28 eingespannt. Zur Halterung der Druckfedern 28 sind sowohl die seitlichen Forstätze 24 als auch der überragende flanschförmige Rand 27 mit einander entgegengerichteten eingeprägten noppenartigen Vorsprüngen 29 versehen, die in das Innere der Druckfedern 28 hineinragen.
  • Auf dem gelenknahen Hebelarm 21 stützt sich der aus dem eingerollten Teil 2 des Scharnierarms 1 herausgebogene zungenartige Teil 5 in der Weise ab, daß diesem nur über den Hebelarm 30 des wippenartig gelagerten Hebels 21 in dem aus Fig. 1 ersichtlichen Schließbereich ein Schließmoment übertragen wird.

Claims (2)

  1. Scharnier, vorzugsweise Möbelscharnier, bestehend aus einem Scharnierarm (1), der auf einer in einem topfförmigen Scharnierteil (4) gehalterten Gelenkachse (3) schwenkbar gelagert und mit einer die Gelenkachse (3) überragenden Zunge oder einem zu der Gelenkachse (3) exzentrischen Nocken oder einer Steuerkante versehen ist, die auf einem in dem Scharnierteil (4) schwenkbar gelagerten, von mindestens einer Feder (28) belasteten und mit einer Gleitfläche versehenen Teil derart gleiten, daß dieses dem Scharnierteil (4) im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment erteilt, wobei
    das federbelastete Teil aus einem wippenartig schwenkbar gelagerten zweiarmigen Hebel (21) besteht, zwischen dessen einem Hebelarm (23) und einem Widerlagerteil (27) des Scharnierteils (4) eine Druckfeder (28) eingespannt ist und auf dessen anderem Hebelarm (30) die Zunge (5) oder der Nocken gleitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweiarmige Hebel (21) im wesentlichen gestreckt ausgebildet und mit einer mittleren, quer verlaufenden Nut (22) versehen ist, mit der er auf einem Steg oder einer Sicke (20) des Bodens (19) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Hebelarm (23) des zweiarmigen Hebels (21) mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen (24) versehen ist, zwischen denen und dem oberen überkragenden Rand (27) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) Druckfedern (28) eingespannt sind.
