Claims (6)
- Scharnier, vorzugsweise Möbelscharnier, bestehend aus einem Schamierarm (1), der auf einer in einem topfförmigen verschwenkbaren Schamierteil (4) unverschieblich gehalterten Gelenkachse (3) schwenkbar gelagert und mit einer die Gelenkachse (3) überragenden Zunge (15) oder einem zu der Gelenkachse exzentrischen Nocken oder einer Steuerkante versehen ist, die auf einer mit einem Endbereich am schwenkbaren Scharnierteil (4) gehalterten und im Schließbereich ein Schließmoment erzeugenden Blattfeder (10) gleiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das festgehaltene Ende (9) der Blattfeder (10) in einem bodennahen Schlitz (8) der Seitenwand (5) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) eingesteckt und die Blattfeder (10) mit einem Durchbruch (11) einen Noppen (12) oder einen Vorsprung des Bodens (7) des topfförmigen Schamierteils (4) einfaßt und daß sich der Scharnierarm (1) durch eine aus seinem eingerollten, die Gelenkachse (3) einfassenden Ende herausgebogenen Zunge (15) oder durch einen Nocken auf dem federnden Ende (13) der Blattfeder (10) gleitend abstützt, das in einem Ausschnitt (14) des Bodens (7) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) liegt. - Scharnier nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das festgehaltene Ende (32) der Blattfeder (30) unter eine aus dem Boden (7) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) herausgebogenen Zunge (31) greift und sich mit einer durch eine Abkröpfung (35) gebildeten Stufe an der durch den Freischnitt der Zunge (31) gebildeten Kante (36) des Bodens (7) abstützt und daß sich der Scharnierarm (1) durch eine aus seinem eingerollten, Gelenkachse (3) einfassenden Ende (2) herausgebogenen Zunge (15) oder durch einen Nocken auf dem federnden Ende der Blattfeder (30) gleitend abstützt, das in einem Ausschnitt (14) des Bodens des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) liegt. - Scharnier nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder (40) durch einen zungenartigen Freischnitt des Bodens (7) des topfförmigen Scharnierteils (4) gebildet ist und daß sich der Scharnierarm (1) durch eine aus seinem eingerollten, die Gelenkachse (3) einfassenden Ende (2) herausgebogenen Zunge (15) oder durch einen Nocken auf dem federnden Ende der Blattfeder (40) gleitend abstützt.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder an ihrem federnden Endbereich mit einer bogenförmigen Krümmung (16) versehen ist, die der Zunge (15) oder dem Nocken derart angepaßt ist, daß die auf diese ausgeübte Kraft im Öffnungsbereich etwa durch die Gelenkachse (3) verläuft und erst im Schließbereich auf einen ein Schließmoment erzeugenden Hebelarm wirkt.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schamierarm (1) über eine selbsthemmende Exzenterverstellung (22) an einem Haltearm (20) verschieblich gehalten ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltearm (20) auf einer Grundplatte (24) verschieblich geführt und durch eine selbsthemmende Exzenterverstellung (28) in Längsrichtung verstellbar ist.
