Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät wie etwa einen Kühloder Gefrierschrank, eine Spülmaschine, oder dergleichen.
Haushaltsgeräte, die in an sich bekannter Weise in Küchenmöbeln eingebaut sind oder benachbart zu diesen aufgestellt sind, sind häufig an ihrer Frontseite mit einer Dekorplatte versehen, deren Gestaltung derjenigen der Möbeltüren entspricht. Um eine exakt fluchtende Anordnung der Möbeltüren und der Dekorplatten der Türen der Haushaltsgeräte zu erzielen, sind letztere im allgemeinen mehrteilig aufgebaut, aus einer geräteseitigen Platte, die die technischen Funktionen des Verschließens eines Innenraums des Haushaltsgeräts wahrnimmt und in der Regel am Gerät, so wie es vom Hersteller ausgeliefert wird, fertig montiert ist, und der Dekorplatte, die nachträglich bei Aufstellung des Haushaltsgeräts an seinem vorgesehenen Einsatzort mit Hilfe von justierbaren Zwischenstücken an der geräteseitigen Platte montiert wird und im wesentlichen ästhetische Funktion hat. Aus der Notwendigkeit, die Stellung der Dekorplatte in Bezug auf die geräteseitige Platte justieren zu können, ergibt sich, dass zwischen beiden meist ein Spalt vorhanden ist, der ästhetisch unbefriedigend ist, in dem sich Schmutz sammeln kann oder in den sogar kleine Gegenstände hineinfallen können.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, eine Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät mit Dekorplatte und geräteseitiger Platte zu schaffen, bei der die Nachteile des Spalts vermieden sind.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Tür der oben angegebenen Art, bei der der Spalt randseitig durch ein Abdeckprofil verschlossen ist.
Ein solches Abdeckprofil kann mit geringen Kosten durch Extrudieren aus Kunststoff geformt werden.
Zu seiner Befestigung verfügt das Abdeckprofil vorzugsweise über eine in den Spalt eingreifende Feder. Diese und ggf. weitere mit ihr zusammenwirkende Befestigungsmittel sind, wenn das Abdeckprofil montiert ist, im Inneren des Spalts verborgen und stören daher nicht das äußere Erscheinungsbild der Tür. Da eine Möglichkeit zur Justage der Platte gegeneinander nicht nur in der Ebene der Platten, sondern auch senkrecht dazu gegeben sein sollte, sind die den Spalt begrenzenden Oberflächen der zwei Platten allein nicht geeignet, um die Feder des Abdeckprofils zu klemmen. Daher ist vorzugsweise im Spalt ein starres Element angeordnet, das eine die Feder klemmende Nut begrenzt.
Um ein Entweichen der Feder aus der Nut zu erschweren, ist das starre Element vorzugsweise mit in die Nut vorspringenden Krallen versehen.
Bei dem starren Element kann es sich insbesondere um einen Befestigungswinkel handeln, von dessen zwei Schenkeln der erste an einer Rückseite der Dekorplatte gehalten ist und der zweite an einer Flanke der geräteseitigen Platte befestigt ist, um die zwei Platten miteinander zu verbinden.
Diese zwei Schenkel können durch einen von der Dekorplatte beabstandeten Zwischenabschnitt verbunden sein, der zusammen mit der Dekorplatte besagte Nut begrenzt.
Ein besonders einfacher Zusammenbau der Tür wird ermöglicht, wenn der erste Schenkel des Befestigungswinkels in dem Spalt zwischen der Dekorplatte und einem an der Dekorplatte befestigten Bügel eingesteckt ist.
Alternativ kann von einem Rand des ersten Schenkels eine Lasche abgekröpft sein, die zusammen mit der Dekorplatte die Nut begrenzt.
Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich das Abdeckprofil nicht nur über den Spalt, sondern auch über den zweiten Schenkel des Befestigungswinkels, so dass auch dieser bei montiertem Abdeckprofil unsichtbar ist.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Kältegerätes, bei dem die Dekorplatte fortgelassen ist, um die geräteseitige Platte der Tür und an dieser angebrachte Befestigungsmittel zum justierbaren Befestigen der Dekorplatte an der geräteseitigen Platte zeigen zu können;
Fig. 2 einen horizontalen Teilschnitt durch die erfindungsgemäße Tür in der durch zwei Linien M-Il in Fig. 1 definierten Ebene;

Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht den oberen Frontbereich eines Haushaltskältegeräts, an dem die erfindungsgemäße Tür eingesetzt wird. Zu sehen ist eine geräteseitige Türplatte 1 , die über ein Mehrgelenkscharnier 2 mit einem Korpus 3 des Kältegeräts verbunden ist. Die geräteseitige Türplatte 1 ist in herkömmlicher Weise als ein mit einem aufgeschäumten Polymermaterial ausgefüllter Hohlkörper realisiert. In der Oberkante der Türplatte 1 befinden sich zwei Paare von Sackgewinden. Eine Justierschiene 4 hat eine sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 erstreckende Grundplatte 5 und zwei von der Grundplatte rechtwinklig abgebogene Laschen 6. In die Laschen 6 sind jeweils zwei auf die Sackgewinde ausgerichtete Löcher gestanzt. In einem Sackgewinde jedes Paars befindet sich eine Spezialschraube, deren Kopf eine Platte, die in der Fig. unter der Lasche 6 verborgen ist und größer ist als das Loch , so dass die Lasche auf ihm abgestützt ist, und einen von der Platte axial absehenden Stift, der das Loch spielhaltig durchsetzt und es ermöglicht, die Spezialschraube unter der Lasche 6 zu drehen und so die Höhe der Justierschiene bzw. der daran befestigten Dekorplatte zu verstellen. In dem anderen Sackgewinde befindet - A -
sich eine Schraube 7, die die Lasche 6 gegen die Platte gepresst hält und so die Justierschiene 4 an der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 immobilisiert.
Die Grundplatte 5 ist durch eine flache eingeprägte Rippe 9 versteift, von der sich Ausläufer bis in die Lasche 6 hinein erstrecken. An zwei Stellen 10 reicht die Rippe bis zur Oberkante der Grundplatte 5; hier ist in die Rippe jeweils eine Kralle 11 eingeprägt, deren Funktion später erläutert wird.
An den seitlichen Kanten der Grundplatte 5, benachbart zu den seitlichen Flanken 12 der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 , sind aus der Ebene der Grundplatte 5 zwei Laschen 13 zur Türplatte 1 hin ausgekröpft; auch sie sind mit eingeprägten Krallen 11 versehen.
Eine Mehrzahl von Löchern 14 der Grundplatte 5 ist vorgesehen, um mit Hilfe von hindurch gesteckten Schrauben eine Dekorplatte 15 (siehe Fig. 2 und 4) an der Grundplatte anliegend zu befestigen. Wenn dies geschehen ist, bilden die Stellen 10 bzw. die Laschen 13 jeweils zusammen mit der gegenüberliegenden Dekorplatte 15 eine zu den Flanken der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 hin offene Stecknut, in welche die Krallen 11 vorspringen.
An den seitlichen Flanken 12 der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 sind mehrere jeweils wie die Justierschiene 4 einteilig aus einem kräftigen Blech geformte Montagewinkel 16 mit Hilfe einer Schraube 7 befestigt, die durch ein Langloch in einem ersten Schenkel 17 des
Winkels 16 hindurch in ein Sackgewinde an der Flanke 12 eingreift. Ein zweiter Schenkel
18 des Winkels 16 ist durch Verschieben des Langlochs an der Schraube 7 in einem justierbaren Abstand von der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 festlegbar. Zwischen den zwei Schenkeln 17, 18 ist an dem Montagewinkel 16 ein gegenüber dem zweiten Schenkel 18 parallel versetzter Zwischenabschnitt 19 geformt, von dem wiederum zwei Krallen 11 vorspringen.
Ein in der Fig. hinter dem zweiten Schenkel 18 dargestellter, ebenfalls aus Blech geformter Bügel 20 ist nicht mit dem Montagewinkel 16 fest verbunden, sondern ist vorgesehen, um an der Dekorplatte 15 mit Hilfe zweier Schrauben 21 befestigt zu werden, um so zwischen einem Mittelabschnitt des Bügels 20 und der Dekorplatte 14 einen Schlitz auszubilden, in den der zweite Schenkel 18 aus seitlicher Richtung eingesteckt werden kann. Eine in den zweiten Schenkel 18 geprägte Sicke 22 erleichtert die Herstellung eines Reibschlusses zwischen dem zweiten Schenkel 18 und dem Schlitz beim Einführen des Schenkels in diesen.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Teilschnitt durch die erfindungsgemäße Tür, nun mit der Dekorplatte 15, in Höhe des Montagewinkels 16. Man erkennt, dass der festeren Verankerung wegen das Sackgewinde für die Schraube 7 in der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 durch einen massiven, in das expandierte Polymermaterial 23 eingelassenen und an der Außenhaut der Türplatte 1 befestigten massiven Kunststoffkörper 24 gebildet ist.
In eine einerseits von dem Zwischenabschnitt 19, andererseits von der Dekorplatte 15 begrenzte Stecknut 25 ist eine Feder 26 eines Kunststoff-Strangprofils 27 eingesteckt und mit Hilfe der in die Stecknut 25 vorspringenden Krallen 11 gehalten. Fig. 3 zeigt einen Abschnitt des Strangprofils 27 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Es umfasst einen rechtwinklig an die Feder 26 anschließenden Steg 28 mit einem geradlinigen Abschnitt 29 gleichbleibender Dicke und einem einwärts gekrümmten, nach außen spitz zulaufenden Randabschnitt 30.
Die Breite des Steges 28 ist geringfügig größer als die des ersten Schenkels 17 des Montagewinkels 16, so dass das Strangprofil 27 sowohl den Montagewinkel 16 und die Schraube 7, als auch einen zwischen der geräteseitigen Türplatte 1 und der Dekorplatte 15 offen gehaltenen Spalt 31 vollständig verbirgt. Infolge der Krümmung des Randabschnitts 30 greift das Strangprofil 27 über den Kopf der Schraube 7 hinweg und berührt jenseits der Schraube 7, nahe der dem Korpus zugewandten Seite der Türplatte 1 , deren Flanke 12.
An dem in Fig. 4 gezeigten horizontalen Schnitt entlang der in Fig. 1 durch die Linien IV, IV definierten Ebene erkennt man, dass das Strangprofil 27 in der Nähe seines oberen Endes in der einerseits durch die Lasche 13 der Justierschiene 4 und andererseits durch die Dekorplatte 15 begrenzten Stecknut 32 in gleicher Weise gehalten ist, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Teilschnitt durch die Tür entlang der in Fig. 1 durch Linien V-V bezeichneten Ebene. Auch hier ist eine Stecknut zwischen den Stellen 10 der Rippe 9 und der Dekorplatte 14 vorhanden, die den Steg 28 des Strangprofils 27 klemmt. Da die Stellen 10 aber jeweils nur eine begrenzte Breite haben, muss auch der Steg 28 seitlich beschnitten sein, um in die Nut eingesteckt werden zu können. Fig. 6 zeigt perspektivisch einen Endabschnitt eines solchen Strangprofils 27 mit seitlich beschnittenem Steg 28. Seitlich von dem an der Stelle 10 einzusteckenden Abschnitt, in Bereichen 33, 34, ist der Steg nicht vollständig weggeschnitten, sondern nur in seiner Breite reduziert, um die Biegesteifigkeit des Strangprofils 27 nicht unnötig zu verringern. An dem in der Fig. obenliegenden Ende 35 des Strangprofils ist eine 45°-Gehrung geschnitten, um einen lückenlosen Anschluss an die sich entlang der seitlichen Flanken 12 erstreckenden Strangprofile zu ermöglichen.
Wie oben für die oberen und seitlichen Flanken der Türplatte 1 beschrieben, könnte selbstverständlich auch an deren unterer Flanke ein Strangprofil angeklemmt sein. Dies ist allerdings im allgemeinen nicht erforderlich, da diese Flanke bei Gebrauch des Geräts normalerweise nicht sichtbar ist und hier auch keine Gefahr des Eindringens von Gegenständen in den Spalt 31 besteht.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Tür für ein Haushaltsgerät mit einer geräteseitigen Platte (1) und einer außenseitigen Dekorplatte (15), die durch einen Spalt (31) beabstandet aneinander befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spalt (31) randseitig durch ein Abdeckprofil (27) verschlossen ist.
2. Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckprofil (27) eine in den Spalt (31) eingreifende Feder (26) umfasst.
3. Tür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Spalt (31) ein starres Element (4, 10, 13; 16) angeordnet ist, das eine die Feder (26) klemmende Nut (25, 32) begrenzt.
4. Tür nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das starre Element (4, 10, 13; 16) mit in die Nut (25, 32) vorspringenden Krallen (11) versehen ist.
5. Tür nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das starre Element (4, 10, 13; 16) ein Befestigungswinkel ist, von dessen zwei Schenkeln (5, 6; 17, 18) der erste (5; 18) an einer Rückseite der Dekorplatte (15) gehalten ist und der zweite (6; 17) an einer Flanke (12) der geräteseitigen Platte (1) befestigt ist.
6. Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Schenkel (17, 18) über einen von der Dekorplatte (15) beabstandeten Zwischenabschnitt (19) verbunden sind, und dass der Zwischenabschnitt (19) zusammen mit der Dekorplatte (15) die Nut (25) begrenzt.
7. Tür nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel (18) in dem Spalt (31) zwischen die Dekorplatte (15) und einen an der Dekorplatte (15) befestigten Bügel (20) eingesteckt ist.
8. Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von einem Rand des ersten Schenkels (5) eine Lasche (13) abgekröpft ist, und dass die Lasche (13) zusammen mit der Dekorplatte (15) die Nut (32) begrenzt.
9. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckprofil (27) sich über den zweiten Schenkel (6, 17) erstreckt.
