Description

Schublade
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schublade mit einer Frontblende, einer Schubladenseitenwand und mit einem zumindest teilweise über der Schubladenseitenwand angeordneten Aufsatzelement, wobei das Aufsatzelement über einen von der Schubladenseitenwand gesonderten Beschlagkörper an der Frontblende zu befestigen ist, wobei der Beschlagkörper wenigstens eine Befestigungsstelle zur Befestigung an der Frontblende und eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Aufsatzelementes aufweist, wobei das Aufsatzelement nach erfolgter Montage des Beschlagkörpers an der Frontblende in die Ausnehmung des Beschlagkörpers einbringbar ist.
Im Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Möbel mit wenigstens einer Schublade der zu beschreibenden Art.
Durch die Anordnung von Aufsatzelementen kann die Höhe von Schubladenseitenwänden vergrößert und somit auch das effektive Aufnahmevolumen der Schublade erhöht werden. Die Aufsatzelemente können beispielsweise als Hohlprofile mit einer Profilinnenwand und einer Profilaußenwand oder auch als dekorative, plattenförmige Einsätze aus Glas, Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder Keramik gebildet sein.
Bei einer bekannten Schublade gemäß der DE 201 10 531 U1 kann eine Aufsatzzarge werkzeuglos an einer Schublade befestigt werden. Am vorderen Ende der Aufsatzzarge ist hierfür ein Spreizdübel angeordnet, der zunächst in einer vorgebohrten Bohrung der Frontblende einschiebbar und anschließend durch seitliches Verschwenken der Aufsatzzarge innerhalb dieser Bohrung aufspreizbar ist. Durch eine weitere Verschwenkbewegung der Aufsatzzarge kann eine am hinteren Endbereich der Aufsatzzarge angeordnete Halteeinrichtung auf die Schubladenrückwand aufgeschnappt werden.
Schubladen mit plattenförmigen Aufsätzen, die auch nachträglich an einem vormontierten Beschlagkörper eingesetzt werden können, sind in der EP 1 516 561 A1 , der WO 03/024274 A1 , der DE 20 2008 0 1 505 U1 , der US 4,690,469, der DE 20 2008 009 396 U1 sowie in der DE 20 2009 002 242 U1 beschrieben. Nachteilig an diesen Konstruktionen ist der hohe Platzbedarf, der zum Einbringen der Aufsätze notwendig ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Montage des Aufsatzelementes an einer Schublade der eingangs erwähnten Art unter Vermeidung des oben genannten Nachteiles zu vereinfachen.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Gemäß der Erfindung ist also vorgesehen, dass das Aufsatzelement in die Ausnehmung des Beschlagkörpers einbringbar und anschließend um eine gedachte, in Montagelage im Wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar ist.
Mit anderen Worten kann das Aufsatzelement nach dem Einbringen in die Ausnehmung seitlich in Richtung Schubkastenmitte verschwenkt werden. Durch das seitliche Einschwenken des Aufsatzelementes ist also kein erhöhter Platzbedarf in Höhenrichtung erforderlich. Dies ist insbesondere auch dann von Vorteil, wenn sich mehrere übereinander angeordnete Schubladen in einer Offenstellung befinden, wobei jene Schublade, welche sich jeweils oberhalb der Schublade mit dem daran zu montierenden Aufsatzelement befindet, die Montage des Aufsatzelementes nicht behindert.
Die Schublade kann wahlweise mit einem Aufsatzelement ausgerüstet werden kann, insbesondere auch dann, wenn die Schubladenfrontblende, die Schubladenseitenwände sowie die Schubladenrückwand bereits zu einer gemeinsamen Baueinheit zusammengefügt wurden. Es ist dabei eine modulartige Anbindung des Aufsatzelementes relativ zur Schublade sowie auch eine einfach durchzuführende Demontage möglich, ohne dass dabei die Notwendigkeit besteht, die Schublade zu zerlegen.
Der Beschlagkörper kann zunächst über die vorgesehene Befestigungsstelle an der Rückseite der Frontblende festgelegt werden, das Aufsatzelement kann anschließend nach erfolgter Montage des Beschlagkörpers in die vorgesehene Ausnehmung eingeführt und relativ zur Frontblende fixiert werden. Es ist also nicht zwingend notwendig, die Schubladenseitenwand und/oder eine allfällig vorhandene Relingstrebe mit Befestigungsmitteln für das Aufsatzelement zu versehen, da die Montage bzw. Demontage des Aufsatzelementes in einer von diesen Bauteilen unabhängigen Weise erfolgen kann.
Der Beschlagkörper kann zwei- oder mehrteilig ausgeführt sein, wobei bevorzugt vorgesehen ist, dass der Beschlagkörper ein die Befestigungsstelle aufweisendes Befestigungsteil und ein die Ausnehmung aufweisendes Aufnahmeteil aufweist, wobei das Befestigungsteil mit dem Aufnahmeteil lösbar verbindbar ist. Dadurch ist es möglich, das Aufsatzelement entweder direkt in die Ausnehmung des an der Frontblende vormontierten Beschlagkörpers einzuführen, alternativ ist es auch möglich, zunächst das Aufnahmeteil mit dem Aufsatzelement zu verbinden und erst dann das Aufnahmeteil mit dem an der Frontblende vormontierten Befestigungsteil des Beschlagkörpers zu verbinden. Eine Demontage des Aufsatzelementes ist dabei jederzeit möglich, wobei das Befestigungsteil des Beschlagkörpers ständig an der Frontblende verbleiben kann.
Eine günstige Verbindungsmöglichkeit besteht darin, dass das Befestigungsteil und das Aufnahmeteil über zumindest eine Schnappverbindung miteinander, vorzugsweise lösbar, verbindbar sind.
Das erfindungsgemäße Möbel ist durch wenigstens eine Schublade der in Rede stehenden Art gekennzeichnet.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden anhand des in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles erläutert. Dabei zeigt bzw. zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt ein Möbel 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung. Das Möbel 1 weist mehrere Schubladen 3 auf, welche über Schubladenausziehführungen 4 relativ zu einem schrankförmigen Möbelkorpus 2 verfahrbar gelagert sind. Die Schubladenausziehführung 4 weist in bekannter Weise eine am Möbelkorpus 2 zu befestigende Korpusschiene 5, eine an der Schublade 3 zu befestigende Ladenschiene 7 sowie eine zwischen der Korpusschiene 5 und der Ladenschiene 7 verfahrbare Mittelschiene 6 auf. Die Schubladen 3 weisen jeweils eine Frontblende 8, einen Schubladenboden 9, Schubladenseitenwände 10 sowie eine Rückwand 1 1 auf.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Schublade 3 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von hinten. Die Schublade 3 umfasst eine Frontblende 8, einen Schubladenboden 9, Seitenwände 10 und eine Rückwand 11. Über einer Seitenwand 10 ist ein Aufsatzelement 12 angeordnet, welches beispielsweise als plattenförmiger Einsatz aus Glas, Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder Keramik ausgebildet werden kann, während das plattenförmige Aufsatzelement 12 auf der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand 10 nicht dargestellt ist. Über den Aufsatzelementen 12 kann optional eine Relingstrebe 14 angeordnet werden. Das Aufsatzelement 12 kann über einen an der Rückseite der Frontblende 8 zu montierenden Beschlagkörper 13 befestigt werden, wobei der Beschlagkörper 13 zur Aufnahme des frontseitigen Endes des Aufsatzelementes 12 eine Ausnehmung 15 in Form einer vertikal verlaufenden Nut aufweist.
Fig. 3a-3d zeigen die Montage des Aufsatzelementes 12 an einer vorgefertigten Schublade 3. Das Aufsatzelement 12 wird von der Seite her schräg in die Ausnehmung 15 des Beschlagkörpers 13 eingeschoben, wobei die Ausnehmung 15 zur leichteren Einführung des Aufsatzelementes 12 trichterförmig ausgebildet sein kann. Der Beschlagkörper 13 mit der Ausnehmung 15 stützt sich dabei an der Oberseite der Seitenwand 10, vorzugsweise lose, ab, kann aber auch die obere Längskante der Seitenwand 10 klemmend und/oder formschlüssig umgreifen. In Fig. 3b befindet sich das Aufsatzelement 12 innerhalb der Ausnehmung 15 des Beschlagkörpers 13. Am rückseitigen Ende des Aufsatzelementes 12 ist eine Befestigungseinrichtung 16 gelagert, durch die das Aufsatzelement 12 relativ zur Rückwand 11 zu befestigen ist. Nach dem Einbringen des Aufsatzelementes 12 in die Ausnehmung 15 des Beschlagkörpers 13 kann das Aufsatzelement 12 um eine gedachte, in Montagelage im Wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Achse in Richtung Seitenwand 10 verschwenkt werden.
Durch eine weitere Verschwenkbewegung des Aufsatzelementes 12 in Richtung Schubkastenmitte kann also das Aufsatzelement 12 eine Stellung einnehmen, so wie es in Fig. 3c dargestellt ist. Die Befestigungseinrichtung 16 weist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei manuell zu betätigende Griffelemente 17a und 17b auf, welche in einer Arretierstellung das Aufsatzelement 12 relativ zur Rückwand 11 formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig fixieren und welche in einer Lösestellung das Aufsatzelement 12 relativ zur Rückwand 11 freigeben. Durch eine Verschwenkbewegung des oberen Griffelementes 17a nach oben und durch eine Verschwenkbewegung des unteren Griffelementes 17b nach unten kann das Aufsatzelement 12 fixiert werden, so wie es in Fig. 3d dargestellt ist. Fig. 4a zeigt die Rückseite der Frontblende 8, an welcher der Beschlagkörper 13 zum montieren ist. Der Beschlagkörper 13 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zweiteilig ausgeführt und umfasst einen Befestigungsteil 18, der über zumindest eine Befestigungsstelle 21 mit der Frontblende 8 zu verbinden ist. Die Befestigungsstelle 21 ist in der gezeigten Figur als Bohrung ausgebildet, die zum Durchtritt einer in die Frontblende 8 eindringenden Schraube vorgesehen ist. Das Befestigungsteil 18 umfasst ferner eine Vorrichtung 22 zur Befestigung der Relingstrebe 14, welche in der Vorrichtung 22 klemmend fixierbar ist. Der zweite Teil des Beschlagkörpers 13 bildet ein Aufnahmeteil 19, an dem die Ausnehmung 15 zur Aufnahme des frontseitigen Endes des Aufsatzelementes 12 ausgebildet ist. Die Ausnehmung 15 ist als eine im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildete Nut ausgebildet, die breiter als die Stärke des Aufsatzelementes 12 ist. Die Länge der Ausnehmung 15 entspricht weitgehend der Höhe des Aufsatzelementes 12. Das Aufnahmeteil 19 kann mit dem Befestigungsteil 18 verrastet werden, wofür am Aufnahmeteil 19 Vorsprünge 23 ausgebildet sind, welche in der verrasteten Stellung das an der Frontblende 8 montierte Befestigungsteil 18 hintergreifen. Der Beschlagkörper 13, vorzugsweise das Aufnahmeteil 19, weist ein Auflager 30 auf, an dem die Unterseite des Aufsatzelementes 12 abstützbar ist.
Fig. 4b zeigt die verrastete Stellung zwischen Aufnahmeteil 19 und Befestigungsteil 18. An der Frontblende 8 ist - wie an sich bekannt - ein Halteteil 20 befestigt, welches in das frontseitige Ende der Schubladenseitenwand 10 einführbar und dort mit einem gemäß dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verriegelungsmechanismus lösbar verrastbar ist. Fig. 5a zeigt den rückseitigen Endbereich der Schublade 3 in einer perspektivischen und teilweise aufgebrochenen Darstellung. Erkennbar ist der Schubladenboden 9, die Seitenwand 10 und die Rückwand 11 , die einen nach hinten abgebogenen Steg 11a aufweist. Dieser Steg 11a der Rückwand 11 wirkt mit der Befestigungseinrichtung 16 zusammen, die am rückseitigen Ende des Aufsatzelementes 12 gelagert ist. Die Befestigungseinrichtung 16 umfasst einen Grundkörper 24, der mit einer Einstecköffnung 26 zur Aufnahme des Aufsatzelementes 12 versehen ist. Die beiden Griffelemente 17a und 17b sind mit dem Grundkörper 24 jeweils über ein Filmscharnier 26 schwenkbar verbunden, wobei die Schwenkachse des Filmscharniers 26 in Gebrauchslage vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen horizontal verläuft. Die beiden Griffelemente 17a und 17b weisen jeweils einen Aufnahmeschlitz 27 auf, der in der Arretierstellung (Fig. 5b) den nach hinten abgebogenen Steg 11a der Rückwand 11 aufnimmt. Fig. 5a zeigt also die Lösestellung der Griffelemente 17a und 17b, in der das Aufsatzelement 12 von der Schublade 3 demontierbar ist. Fig. 5b hingegen zeigt die Arretierstellung der Griffelemente 17a und 17, wobei das Aufsatzelement 12 relativ zur Schublade 3 fixiert ist. Die Montage und/oder Demontage des Aufsatzelementes 12 kann daher werkzeuglos, d.h. händisch und ohne die zwingende Verwendung eines Werkzeuges erfolgen. Die Befestigungseinrichtung 16 kann in ihrer Gesamtheit einstückig aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sein, was durch ein Spritzgussverfahren problemlos möglich ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich nicht auf das gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel, sondern erfasst bzw. erstreckt sich auf alle Varianten und technischen Äquivalente, welche in die Reichweite der nachfolgenden Ansprüche fallen können. Auch sind die in der Beschreibung gewählten Lageangaben, wie z.B. oben, unten, seitlich, usw., auf die unmittelbar beschriebene bzw. dargestellte Figur bezogen und sind bei einer Lageänderung sinngemäß auf die neue Lage zu übertragen. Das Aufsatzelement 12 ist vorzugsweise als quaderförmiger Einsatz aus Glas (vorzugsweise mit einer Stärke zwischen 8 mm und 15 mm) ausgebildet. Außerdem ist es möglich, das rückseitige Ende des Aufsatzelementes 12 zuerst über die Befestigungseinrichtung 16 an der Rückwand 1 festzulegen und erst dann das frontseitige Ende des Aufsatzelementes 12 mit dem an der Frontblende 8 montierten Beschlagkörper 13 zu verbinden. Der Beschlagkörper 13 kann hierfür auch eine schwenkbar gelagerte Verschlussklappe aufweisen, durch die das Aufsatzelement 12 nach dem Einbringen in die Ausnehmung 15 des Beschlagkörpers 13 fixierbar ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
Schublade (3) mit einer Frontblende (8), einer Schubladenseitenwand (10) und mit einem zumindest teilweise über der Schubladenseitenwand (10) angeordneten Aufsatzelement (12), wobei das Aufsatzelement (12) über einen von der Schubladenseitenwand (10) gesonderten Beschlagkörper (13) an der Frontblende (8) zu befestigen ist, wobei der Beschlagkörper (13) wenigstens eine Befestigungsstelle (21) zur Befestigung an der Frontblende (8) und eine Ausnehmung (15) zur Aufnahme des Aufsatzelementes (12) aufweist, wobei das Aufsatzelement (12) nach erfolgter Montage des Beschlagkörpers (13) an der Frontblende (8) in die Ausnehmung (15) des Beschlagkörpers (13) einbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufsatzelement (12) in die Ausnehmung (15) des Beschlagkörpers (13) einbringbar und anschließend um eine gedachte, in Montagelage im Wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar ist.
Schublade nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlagkörper (13) ein die Befestigungsstelle (21) aufweisendes Befestigungsteil (18) und ein die Ausnehmung (15) aufweisendes Aufnahmeteil (19) aufweist, wobei das Befe'stigungsteil (18) mit dem Aufnahmeteil (19) lösbar verbindbar ist.
Schublade nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (18) und das Aufnahmeteil (19) über zumindest eine Schnappverbindung (23) miteinander lösbar verbindbar sind.
Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (15) des Beschlagkörpers (13) als Nut ausgebildet ist.
Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeteil (19) an der Oberseite der Schubladenseitenwand (10), vorzugsweise lose, aufliegt.
Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufsatzelement (12) als plattenförmiger Einsatz ausgebildet ist, wobei besonders bevorzugt vorgesehen ist, dass das Aufsatzelement (12) aus Glas, Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder Keramik besteht.

Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schublade (3) eine Rückwand (11) aufweist, wobei am rückseitigen Ende des Aufsatzelementes (12) eine Befestigungseinrichtung (16) angeordnet ist, durch die das Aufsatzelement (12) relativ zur Rückwand (11) zu befestigen ist.

Schublade nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (16) einen Grundkörper (24) mit wenigstens einem manuell zu betätigenden Griffelement (17a, 17b) aufweist, welches in einer Arretierstellung das Aufsatzelement (12) relativ zur Rückwand (11) formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig fixiert und welches in einer Lösestellung das Aufsatzelement (12) relativ zur Rückwand (1 ) freigibt.
9. Schublade nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine Griffelement (17a, 17b) einen Aufnahmeschlitz (27) aufweist, der in der Arretierstellung des Griffelementes (17a, 17b) einen, vorzugsweise von der Rückwand (11) abstehenden, Steg (11a) der Rückwand (11) aufnimmt.
10. Schublade nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Griffelement (17a, 17b), vorzugsweise über ein Filmscharnier (25), relativ zum Grundkörper (24) zwischen der Lösestellung und der Arretierstellung, vorzugsweise um eine in Gebrauchslage im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Achse, schwenkbar gelagert ist.
1 1. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (24) eine Einstecköffnung (26), vorzugsweise eine Nut, aufweist, welche zur Aufnahme des rückseitigen Endes des Aufsatzelementes (12) vorgesehen ist.
12. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschlagkörper (13) eine Vorrichtung (22) zur Befestigung einer Relingstrebe (14) aufweist.
13. Schublade nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufsatzelement (12) auch bei montierter Relingstrebe (14) in die Ausnehmung (15) des Beschlagköpers (13) einbringbar und aus dieser herausführbar ist.
14. Möbel mit wenigstens einer Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
