Claims (14)
- Kastenförmiger Behälter zum Transport von zerbrechlichen und/oder wertvollen Gegenständen, mit:einem Kasten (1) mit:einem äußeren Gehäuse (16), welches das innere Gehäuse umgibt, aus festem und leitendem Material und das aus zwei Teilen besteht, nämlich einem Körper (36) und einem Deckel (35), wodurch eine Verbindungsebene festgelegt wird, und das Verbindungsmittel des Körpers (36) und des Deckels (35) aufweist,am äußeren Gehäuse (16) befestigten Aufhängungs-Stoßdämpfermitteln (32) zum Positionieren des inneren Gehäuses (15),einem Behälter (2A,2B), in dessen Innerem der Kasten (1) angeordnet ist und in dessen Innerem Positionierungs- und Verkeilungsmittel (26) des Kastens (1) und inneres Anpassungsmaterial (27) zur Stoßdämpfung und thermischen Isolierung des Kastens (1) angeordnet sind, wobei der Behälter besteht aus:einem Körper (2B),einem Deckel (2A), der die Seitenflächen und die obere Oberfläche des Behälters bildet,einer Elastomerverbindung zwischen dem Körper (2B) und dem Deckel (2A),der Kasten (1) ein inneres Gehäuse (15) umfaßt, in dessen Innerem der/die Gegenstand/Gegenstände angeordnet ist/sind, das ebenfalls aus zwei zusammen eine Verbindungsebene festlegenden Teilen, nämlich einem Körper (38) und einem Deckel (37) sowie aus Verbindungsmitteln des Körpers und des Deckels besteht, und das in dem äußeren Gehäuse angeordnet ist,der Behälter (2A,2B) aus sehr dickem Stahl besteht, der durch außen an dem Behälter angeschweißte Versteifungselemente (21) verstärkt ist und umfaßt:Positionierungsmittel durch Tiefenzentrierung mittels einer Schikane, undVerbindungsmittel zwischen dem Deckel (2A) und dem Körper (2B) durch eine Spannbacke (29) im Inneren des durch die Versteifungselemente (21) festgelegten Außenvolumens.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (1) thermische Isolierstoffe (17,18) zwischen dem inneren Gehäuse (15) und dem äußeren Gehäuse (16) umfaßt.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Gehäuse (15) des Kastens (1) aus einem leichten Material besteht, und daß es an seiner Außenfläche eine metallische Verstärkung (42) sowie eine Dichtung (43) in der Verbindungsebene zwischen dem Körper und dem Deckel besitzt.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das leichte Material des inneren Gehäuses des Kastens (1) eine Aluminiumlegierung ist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Gehäuse (16) des Kastens (1) aus nichtrostendem Stahl besteht und umfaßt:Versteifungselemente (12) an seinen Außenflächen (13),Verbindungsmittel zwischen dem Körper und dem Deckel, die aus frei beweglichen Spannbackensystemen (19) bestehen, welche an jeweils am Körper (36) und am Deckel (35) befestigten Verstärkungsblechen (46) befestigt sind,eine Dichtung (39) vom Feuerschutztyp,eine am Deckel (35) befestigte Schutzleiste (40), um die Dichtung zu schützen.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 5 in Quaderform, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (1) Palettentunnel (14) unter dem Körper (36) und dem Deckel (35) des äußeren Gehäuses (16) sowie zurückklappbare Handgriffe (45) zum Ausführen einer Kippbewegung umfaßt.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch die Präsenz einer Schikane bzw. eines Prallblechs (41), das auf Höhe der Verbindungsebene am äußeren Gehäuse angeordnet ist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (1) ein aktives Kühlsystem im äußeren Gehäuse auf der Basis von druckbeaufschlagtem Gas aufweist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (1) eine Wärmedehnungsfuge zwischen dem äußeren Gehäuse und dem inneren Gehäuse des Kastens aufweist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (1) Stoßdämpfer zwischen dem äußeren Gehäuse (16) und dem inneren Gehäuse (15) auf Höhe der Verstärkungsbleche (46), die durch Röhren bzw. Schläuche aus Verbundmaterial gebildet sind, aufweist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2A,2B) eine Quaderform hat, und daß er Palettentunnel (23) und Schäkel bzw. Bügel (28) an der Außenfläche um die Versteifungselemente (21) herum aufweist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierungs- und Verkeilungsmittel des Behälters (2A,2B) Keile aus Balsaholz sind und daß das Angleich- bzw. Anpassungsmaterial Glaswolle ist.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierungs- und Verkeilungsmittel des Behälters (2A,2B) aus einer Struktur bestehen, die Stoßdämpfungselemente durch Absorption von Energie im Verbund umfasst.
- Kastenförmiger Behälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche für den Lufttransport.
