Description
- un coffre comprenant une enceinte externe entourant l'enceinte interne en matériau solide et ductile et constituée également de deux parties qui sont un corps et un couvercle définissant un plan de liaison, et comprenant des moyens de liaison de ce corps et de ce couvercle ;
- des moyens de suspension amortisseurs fixés à l'enceinte externe pour positionner l'enceinte interne ;
- un conteneur à l'intérieur duquel est placé le
coffre, à l'intérieur duquel sont placés des moyens de positionnement
et de calage du coffre et du matériau d'adaptation interne pour
amortir et isoler thermiquement le coffre, le conteneur étant
constitué de :
- un corps ;
- un couvercle formant les faces latérales et supérieures du conteneur ;
- un joint élastomère entre le corps et le couvercle.
- le coffre comprend une enceinte interne à l'intérieur de laquelle est placé le (ou les) objet(s), constituée en deux parties qui sont un corps et un couvercle définissant tous les deux un plan de liaison et des moyens de liaison de ce corps et de ce couvercle, et placée dans l'enceinte externe ;
- le conteneur est en acier de forte épaisseur,
renforcé par des raidisseurs soudés à l'extérieur du conteneur et
comprend :
- des moyens de positionnement par centrage profond par chicane ; et
- des moyens de liaison entre le couvercle et le corps par vis-écrou à l'intérieur du volume extérieur défini par les raidisseurs.
- des raidisseurs sur ses faces externes ;
- des moyens de liaison entre le corps et le couvercle constitués d'un système vis-écrou et de deux tôles de renfort fixées respectivement sur le corps et sur le couvercle ;
- un joint d'étanchéité du type pare-feu ; et
- un rebord de protection solidaire du couvercle pour protéger le joint d'étanchéité.

Claims (14)
- Coffre-conteneur de transport pour objet(s) fragile(s) et/ou de valeur, comprenant :un coffre (1) comprenant :une enceinte externe (16) entourant l'enceinte interne en matériau solide et ductile et constituée de deux parties qui sont un corps (36) et un couvercle (35) définissant un plan de liaison, et comprenant des moyens de liaison de ce corps (36) et de ce couvercle (35) ;des moyens de suspension amortisseurs (32) fixés à l'enceinte externe (16) pour positionner l'enceinte interne (15) ;un conteneur (2A, 2B) à l'intérieur duquel est placé le coffre (1), à l'intérieur duquel sont placés des moyens de positionnement et de calage (26) du coffre (1) et du matériau d'adaptation interne (27) pour amortir et isoler thermiquement le coffre (1), le conteneur étant constitué de :un corps (2B) ;un couvercle (2A) formant les faces latérales et supérieures du conteneur ;un joint élastomère entre le corps (2B) et le couvercle (2A) ;le coffre (1) comprend une enceinte interne (15) à l'intérieur de laquelle est placé le (ou les) objet(s), constituée également en deux parties qui sont un corps (38) et un couvercle (37) définissant tous les deux un plan de liaison et des moyens de liaison de ce corps et de ce couvercle, et placée dans l'enceinte externe ;le conteneur (2A,2B) est en acier de forte épaisseur, renforcé de raidisseurs (21) soudés à l'extérieur du conteneur et comprend :des moyens de positionnement par centrage profond par chicane ; etdes moyens de liaison entre le couvercle (2A) et le corps (2B) par vis-écrou (29) à l'intérieur du volume extérieur défini par les raidisseurs (21).
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coffre (1) comprend des isolants thermiques (17, 18) entre l'enceinte interne (15) et l'enceinte externe (16).
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte interne (15) du coffre (1) est en matériau léger et en ce qu'elle possède un renfort métallique (42) sur la face externe, de même qu'un joint d'étanchéité (43) sur le plan de liaison entre le corps et le couvercle.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le matériau léger de l'enceinte interne du coffre (1) est un alliage d'aluminium.
- Coffre-conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte externe (16) du coffre (1) est en acier inoxydable et comprend :des raidisseurs (12) sur ses faces externes (13) ;des moyens de liaison entre le corps et le couvercle et constitués par des systèmes vis-écrou flottants (19) fixés sur des tôles de renfort (46), fixés respectivement sur le corps (36) et le couvercle (35) ;un joint d'étanchéité type pare-feu (39) ;un rebord de protection (40) fixé au couvercle (35) pour protéger le joint.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 5, de forme parallélépipédique, caractérisé en ce que le coffre (1) comprend des tunnels de palettisation (14) sous le corps (36) et le couvercle (35) de l'enceinte externe (16) et des poignées repliables (45) pour effectuer le basculement.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par la présence d'une chicane (41) disposée sur l'enveloppe externe au niveau du plan de joint.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le coffre (1) comprend un système actif de réfrigération dans l'enceinte externe à base de gaz sous pression.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coffre (1) comprend un joint thermogonflant entre l'enceinte externe et l'enceinte interne du coffre.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le coffre (1) comprend des amortisseurs de chocs entre l'enceinte externe (16) et l'enceinte interne (15), au niveau des tôles de renfort (46), constitués par des tubes en matériau composite.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur (2A, 2B) est de forme parallélépipédique, qu'il possède des tunnels de palettisation (23) et des manilles (28) sur la surface extérieure autour des raidisseurs (21).
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement et de calage du conteneur (2A, 2B) sont des coins en balsa et en ce que le matériau adaptateur est de la mousse de verre.
- Coffre-conteneur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement et de calage du conteneur (2A, 2B) sont constitués d'une structure intégrant des amortisseurs de chocs par absorption d'énergie en composite.
- Coffre-conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes destiné au transport aérien.
