Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum dichten Verbinden eines ersten Randbereichs (67) eines Unterteils (41) eines Verpackungsbehälters (40) aus Blech mit einem zweiten Randbereich (68) eines Verschlusselementes (42) aus Blech,
wobei der zweite Randbereich (68) eine mit dem ersten Randbereich (67) zusammenwirkende Ringdichtung (65) trägt,
wobei sich innerhalb der Ringdichtung (65) eine erste Wand (45) des ersten Randbereichs (67) und eine zweite Wand (46) des zweiten Randbereichs (68) radial gegenüberliegen, wobei das Verschlusselement (42) mit der Ringdichtung (65) auf den ersten Randbereich (67) legbar ist,
mit einem zur Ausübung einer axialen Druckkraft (64) bis zu einer ausreichenden Dichtkompression der Ringdichtung (65) bestimmten Drückwerkzeug (47),
mit einem, mit einer radial inneren Seite des zweiten Randbereichs (68) in Berührung bringbaren Expandierwerkzeug (24), wobei der erste (67) und der zweite Randbereich (68) durch das Expandierwerkzeug (24) gemeinsam expandierbar sind, bis eine formschlüssige Verriegelung erreicht ist,
wobei das Expandieniverkzeug (24) und der Verpackungsbehälter (40) zumindest während eines Expandierzyklus relativ zueinander um ihre gemeinsame Längsachse (22) drehbar sind,
wobei das Expandierwerkzeug (24) wenigstens eine Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) aufweist und
wobei jede Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) während jedes Expandierzyklus zwischen einer radial inneren Ausgangsstellung und einer radial äußeren Betriebsstellung bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) frei drehbar an einem Schlitten (31 bis 33) gelagert ist, wobei jeder Schlitten (31 bis 33) in einer Führung eines Tellers (15) radial verschiebbar ist,
dass der Teller (15) drehfest über eine Welle (13) mit einem Antriebsmotor (10) in Verbindung steht,
dass jeder Schlitten (31 bis 33) an einem Ende einer Lasche (55) angelenkt ist,
dass das andere Ende jeder Lasche (55) an einem parallel zu der Längsachse (22) des Expandierwerkzeugs (24) entlang der Welle (13) bewegbaren Betätigungselement (50) angelenkt ist,
dass das Expandierwerkzeug einschließlich des Betätigungselements (50) durch eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (14) entlang der Welle (13) zwischen einer Ruhelage, in der sich die wenigstens eine Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) außerhalb der Randbereiche (67,68) befindet und einer Betriebsstellung, in der die wenigstens eine Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) in die Randbereiche (67,68) eingetaucht ist, gesteuert hin und her antreibbar ist und
dass sich die Welle (13) durch die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (14) hindurch erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schlitten (31 bis 33) mehrere, in radialem Abstand voneinander angeordnete Aufnahmen (28 bis 30) für die zugehörige Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Längsachse (19 bis 21) jeder Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) parallel zu der Längsachse (22) des Expandierwerkzeugs (24) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit dem zweiten Randbereich (68) in Berührung tretende Fläche (83) jeder Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) kreiszylindrisch ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit dem zweiten Randbereich (68) in Berührung tretende Fläche (83) jeder Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) sich zum Innenraum (81) des Verpackungsbehälters (40) erweiternd kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit dem zweiten Randbereich (68) in Berührung tretende Fläche (83) jeder Expandierrolle (16 bis 18) eine Umfangsprofilierung (84) aufweist.
