Pyrolysebetrieb erforderliche Mittel, insbesondere über eine geeignete Wärmeisolation
(nicht gezeigt). Die Ofenmuffel 5 ist frontseitig durch eine angelenkte Ofentür 7 verschließbar.
Durch mehrere Gehäuseöffnungen 9 saugt ein oberhalb der Ofenmuffel 5
angeordnetes Kühlluftgebläse 11 Kühlluft in den Backofen 1. Die Kühlluft wird vom
Kühlluftgebläse 11 in einen frontseitig offenen Kühlluftschacht 13 gedrückt und tritt
erwärmt frontseitig unterhalb einer Frontblende 15 des Backofens 1 und oberhalb der
Ofentür 7 aus dem Gehäuse 3 aus. In einer im wesentlichen zentral angeordneten
Öffnung einer Muffeldecke 17 der Ofenmuffel 5 ist eine Leuchte 18 zu deren Ausleuchtung
gehaltert. Dazu ist die die Ofenmuffel 5 umgebende Wärmeisolation an dieser
Stelle ausgespart (nicht gezeigt). Die Leuchte 18 weist ein schachtelförmiges metallisches
Leuchtengehäuse 19 auf, das muffelseitig offen und deshalb durch eine an
dem Gehäuse 19 gehalterte Glasplatte 21 verschlossen ist. In dem Leuchtengehäuse
19 ist eine an sich bekannte Glühlampe 23 angeordnet, die sich im wesentlichen
parallel zur Muffeldecke 17 erstreckt (Fig. 1, Fig. 2).1 has a

Bodenöffnung 27 des Kühlluftschachtes 13 und dem Leuchtengehäuse 19 eine zusätzliche
Kühlöffnung 37 gebildet. Unterhalb dieser ist gemäß Fig. 3 der Lampensockel 39
mit den entsprechenden Anschlußleitungen der Lampe vorgesehen. Dadurch ist erreicht,
daß zusätzlich zu dem durch die Einlaßöffnung 33 und die Auslaßöffnung 35
des Leuchtengehäuses 19 geführten Nebenkühlluftstrom ein weiterer Zusatzkühlluftstrom

- Cooking appliance according to claim 3, characterised in that substantially only the first air guide tab (29) protrudes into the exhaust shaft (13).
- Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a second air guide tab (31) extends up from the light housing (19) in the region of an outlet opening (35) of the light housing (19), protrudes into the exhaust shaft (13) and conducts cooling air from the light housing (19) back into the exhaust shaft (13).
- Cooking appliance according to claim 3 in conjunction with claim 5, characterised in that the two air guide tabs (29, 31) are arranged approximately in V-shape one behind the other in exhaust direction between the inlet opening (33) and the outlet opening (35).
- Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an inlet opening (33) of the light housing (19) has a greater cross-section for the cooling air than an exhaust opening (35) of the light housing.
- Cooking appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an air gap (37) for additional cooling of the light (18) is provided between the edge of the opening (27) of the wall of the exhaust shaft (13) and the light housing (19) mounted in the opening, particularly in the region of connecting leads of the light.
- Cooking appliance light with a housing, in which a lamp is arranged, with an inlet opening for the feed of cooling air, characterised in that a first air guide tab (29) extends up from the light housing (19) in the region of the inlet opening (33) of the light housing (19).
