Claims (9)

  1. Domestic appliance for the preparation of food, which has a cooking compartment (2) that is delimited by a muffle (3), and has a fan (10) disposed outside of the cooking compartment (2), which is embodied to generate a cooling air flow, and includes a lamp (15), which is disposed so as to illuminate the cooking compartment (2), and a main channel (11) for guiding the cooling air and a subchannel (13) for guiding the cooling air to the lamp (15), wherein an inclined deflection plate (20) is disposed in a delimiting wall (17, 19) of the subchannel (13), wherein the deflection channel (20) is inclined such that the cooling air flow (21) is directed straight towards the lamp (15), characterised in that the main channel (11) and the subchannel (13) extend at least partially horizontally, but in different directions, and are disposed at an angle greater than 90° to one another.
  2. Domestic appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the deflection plate (20) is disposed in a ceiling wall (17) of the subchannel (13).

  4. Domestic appliance according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the ceiling wall (17) of the subchannel (13) is embodied in one piece with the ceiling wall (16) of the main channel (11).
  5. Domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the deflection plate (20) projects forwards above an upper edge (22) of the subchannel (13) in a roof-like manner.
  6. Domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the deflection plate (20) is impressed into the delimiting wall (17, 19).
