Claims (10)
- Elementsystem zum Aufbauen von Haltevorrichtungen für Bauteile, insbesondere für Karosseriebleche, bestehend aus einer Grundplatte, an der verschiedene Aufbauelemente befestigbar sind, an denen wiederum Haltevorrichtungen angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung der einzelnen Aufbauelemente untereinander über Zahnscheiben (5) erfolgt. - Elementsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Aufbauelement an seiner Verbindungsstelle mit einem anderen Aufbauelement über je eine Zahnscheibe (5) verbunden ist. - Elementsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnscheibe (5) auf ihrer Vorderseite eine geschlossene Stirnverzahnung (7) und auf ihrer Rückseite mindestens zwei Rippen (8) aufweist. - Elementsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß deren Verzahnung als geschlossener Ring ausgestaltet ist und daß auf dem Umfang der Zahnscheibe Markierungen für die Gradeinteilung vorgesehen sind. - Elementsystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Aufbauelementen Vertiefungen (9) vorgesehen sind, die den Rippen (8) auf der Rückseite der Zahnscheibe (5) entsprechen. - Elementsystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (2) des Aufbauelementes aus Flacheisen unterschiedlicher Längen mit mindestens einseitiger Aufnahme für Zahnscheiben (5) bestehen. - Elementsystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbauelement als dreieckförmige Lasche (11.7) mit beidseitiger Aufnahme für Zahnscheiben (5) ausgestaltet ist. - Elementsystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbauelement als T-Stück (11.5) mit auf allen drei Seiten vorgesehenen Aufnahmen für Zahnscheiben (5) ausgestaltet ist. - Elementsystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbauelement als Kreuzstück (11.10) mit an mindestens drei Flächen angeordneten Aufnahmen für Zahnscheiben (5) ausgestaltet ist. - Elementsystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbauelement als Gegenlager (11.1 bzw. 11.2) mit mindestens einseitiger Aufnahme für Zahnscheiben (5) ausgestaltet ist.
