Definitions
- the invention relates to a modular operating table system an operating table column and one placed on it modular operating table top, which is a central plate part connected to the operating table column and additional attachable to the central plate part Includes plate parts.
- the central plate part can firmly connected to the operating table column or exchangeable be coupled to this.
- Such operating table systems with a modular operating table top are known and show due to the modularity a wide range of applications for the most varied Surgical techniques for which the Operating table for those who are used Surgical technology can be specially modified.
- the object of the present invention is the known To further develop the operating table so that despite the Modularity and the associated multitude of attachment and conversion options impermissible operating table configurations be avoided.
- the first coupling device is with the first coupling element connectable.
- the second coupling device is with the first and second Coupling element connectable.
- the third coupling device is with the first, second and third coupling element connectable.
- this type of 'coding' causes that the connections of the coupling element and coupling device by coupling further plate segments not permissible for the respective connection Stress limit can be claimed.
- Concrete can with the coding of the connections or coupling points can be achieved that segments with lower load introduction (if necessary also in combination with further plate segments) at coupling points with larger ones Load suspension option can be coupled, not the other way around. This also results in a Overload protection for the coupling points and joints as well as any existing drives.
- the central plate part preferably consists of two interconnected plate sections. One of the plate sections is with the operating table column connected. The other plate section can in a particular embodiment as a first staying on the central plate part (corresponds here the first plate section).
- the central plate part on two opposite ones Side edges with third coupling elements equipped so that the central plate part in two directions perpendicular to each other extended or can be broadened.
- the foot of the operating table column usually a certain preferred direction has, i.e. the safety of the operating table against tipping particularly well trained in one direction is, while in the other already smaller tilting moments overturning or an unstable position of the The other two will be able to operate the operating table opposite side edges only the third coupling element is provided so that only here the third plate segments can be coupled. A further expansion of the operating table with the risk unstable storage or reduced stability the same is therefore excluded.
- Coupling elements preferably comprise one or more from the respective side edge of the central plate part or the respective plate segment spaced and holding rails arranged parallel to these side edges.
- the holding rails can preferably on the common up to now for the mounting on the operating table tops Orient the side rails, see above that previously used accessories on conventional operating table tops also mounted on the coupling elements can be.
- third coupling elements arranged on the corresponding side edges are, this can be in the area of the other plate segments also realize in this way.
- the third coupling elements are then along the entire Long sides of the assembled operating table as holding elements available for a variety of devices and can simultaneously connect third plate segments serve.
- Preferred coupling devices according to the present Invention include a fixed projection and a first, swiveling hook part. Is preferred the swiveling first hook part in one to that fixed projection parallel position elastically biased held.
- first coupling device and possibly is also for the second coupling device a second pivotable hook part is provided, which to the first pivotable hook part with respect to the fixed projection arranged mirror-symmetrically is.
- the first and the two preferably differ second coupling device essentially only because that the second coupling device is parallel to the longitudinal direction seen the support rail, a smaller width has as the first coupling device.
- the second coupling device is preferably essentially mechanically similar to the first coupling device built up.
- the third coupling device is preferably simplified built up, as these usually lower forces must record and transmit as the first and the second coupling device.
- the fixed one Projection preferably as a fixed hook part trained and only a first pivotable hook part used.
- the third coupling device preferably has same width in the longitudinal direction of the holding rail seen on like the second coupling device. This simplifies the system of the matched Coupling devices and coupling elements and reduced the number of different components for the Design and manufacture of the coupling devices and Coupling elements is necessary to a minimum.
- pivotable Hook parts and that means both the first and also the second swiveling hook parts, independently from the coupling device for which they are used have the same cross-section and so from the same Bar raw material can be manufactured.
- the first coupling elements preferably have the the central plate part on two opposite Side edges are arranged, two parallel each Holding rails on.
- the holding rails are generally (not only with the third coupling elements) preferably from conventional Standard rail material is formed, as previously for the third coupling elements has been described.
- a variant of the operating table system according to the invention provides that the central plate part integrally with one or more first, second and / or third Plate segments is formed, but in the longitudinal direction on both sides and in the transverse direction on at least one Has side edge third coupling elements.
- a variant can meet a needs Modular operating table top matched to ophthalmology are offered at the head end only a third plate segment can be coupled.
- Fifth plate segments represent a further variant represents a greater extension in the longitudinal direction of the table cause. It can then be provided here that these fifth plate segments on one side edge first coupling device and on the opposite Side edge have a third coupling element.
- plate segments comprises two sections pivotable relative to one another, such as in particular is advantageous in the case of leg plates.
- the Pivot axis for the sections can be horizontal and / or be arranged vertically so that the sections at the table level and / or out of the table level are pivotable.
- the operating table system described above allows recognizable a variety of compilations of Basic elements, e.g. Operating table column and central Panel part, with the respective in a variety of ways Adapted to selected plate segments for use cases.
- the system concept according to the invention is thereby not avoided by not having an operating table with everyone basic elements or plate segments mentioned is, but rather can already be in the compilation of the operating table top from the central Plate part and a single one of the associated Plate segments can be realized.
- the reference numerals indicated in a circle in FIG. 1 1 to 7 relate to different accessory segments for the operating table top 10 according to the invention, which an operating table column 12 rests.
- first plate segment 16 could also be detachable via a first coupling device 22 and a first Coupling element 18 on the side of the central plate part 14 connected to this.
- first, second and third coupling elements indicate first, second and third coupling elements shown, the simplicity for the sake of the following double rail (wide), double rail (narrow) or single rail.
- first coupling element 18 in the form of a wide or long double rail formed by two parallel holding rails.
- the single rail 20 or the third coupling element uses a similar holding rail, but only as a single support rail.
- Head end 26 or at the leg end 28 of the central plate part 14 shows a schematic overview of FIG 1.
- FIG 2 shows the use of Figure 1 already shown accessory plate segments for the invention Operating table top 10 in detail.
- leg plate 1 is a leg plate in two parts Designated shape and short length.
- reference symbol 2 is a two-piece long leg plate Form marked, finally a two-part Leg plate, which can be bent, with the reference symbol 3 is provided.
- leg plate 1 only with a single block 24 as the third Coupling device is provided because this plate segment is evaluated as a third plate segment and itself is not too heavy.
- leg plates 2 and 3 which one have larger dimensions, each with a double block (wide) 22 or (narrow) 23 as the first or second Provide coupling device. Since the leg plates 2 and 3 are already fairly extensive, they are none further coupling element on the opposite of the coupling device End provided to unload too far to avoid the table top. They correspond in the systematics of the fourth plate segments.
- the reference numeral 4 is a so-called head plate provided, which can be classified as the third plate segment is and accordingly with a single block 24 as third coupling device is provided.
- This back part 5 is a so-called upper back part provided, which on one side with a Coupling device 23, i.e. a double block (narrow), is provided and on this this coupling device opposite side with a single rail 20, i.e. a third coupling element.
- This back part 5 is to be classified as a second panel segment.
- the shoulder adapter is constructed in the same way, which bears the reference number 6.
- the seat plate extension with the reference number 7 in turn is provided with a first coupling device or a so-called double block (wide) 22 and points to the opposite of the double block (wide) 22 Side of a double rail (narrow) 19, i.e. a second coupling element.
- the seat plate extension 7 is thus an example of a first plate segment.
- FIG 3 gives an overview of the possible combinations the table top segments with each other, the symbols of the first, second and third Coupling device 22, 23, 24 and the first, second and third coupling elements 18, 19 and 20 are used are.
- Figures 4A to 4C contain a representation in individual of a preferred first or second coupling device and their actuation when coupling or Connect with a first coupling element.
- the explanations FIGS. 4A to 4C apply to both the first as well as for the second coupling device because these only by the width or the extent in parallel to the coupling elements or their Differentiate between holding rails.
- Figure 4A shows the coupling elements 18 and 19, i.e. the Double rails 18 and 19, in a side view, at which rail elements 30, 31 via spacers 32, 33 on the central plate part 14 or on a first one Plate segment 16 or 7 (both not shown) held are.
- the matching first and second coupling devices 22 23 are on a first plate segment or held on a second plate segment (neither ) and have a base 34 on which a fixed projection 36 and two mirror images arranged to the projection 36 pivotable hook parts 38, 40 are arranged.
- the hook part 38 the first hook part, which has a Spring 42 resiliently biased, substantially parallel is held to the projection 36.
- the spring 42 is supported on the one hand on the base 34 and on the other another on a bolt 44, which can be pivoted at one end is articulated on the first hook part 38.
- the Bolt 44 with the spring 42 is integrated in the base part 34 and stands out from this with a threaded section 46 on which a rotary knob 48 is screwed on.
- the bolt 44 allows the knob to be loose 48 that the first hook part 38 when making the connection between coupling element 18; 19 and the coupling device 22; 23 evades upwards, as shown in Figure 4B indicated in a broken line is. Due to the elastic preload by the spring 42 then snaps the hook part 38 over the rail element 30 and holds the first or second plate segment on the coupling element 18 or 19, so that then the knob 48 on the threaded portion 46 can be screwed on, the first second hook part 40 pivoted downward upward in a substantially parallel position to that fixed projection 36 and the first hook part 38 brings, the second hook part 40 with its slope 50 engages around an edge of the second rail element 31 and for a centered attachment of the coupling device 22; 23 leads. This can be done initially still existing game of the connection of coupling element and eliminate the coupling device.
- the fixed plate carries the plate segments Projection 36 preferably a centering lug 52 which ensures that the plate elements exactly on the intended Position on the coupling elements 18; 19 scheduled and be connected to them.
- FIGS. 5A to 5C show the same process like Figures 4A to 4C, but here for the Single clamp 24 on a single rail 20.
- the single clamp 24 or the third coupling device 24 includes a base part 60, which has a fixed Projection 62 carries the shape of a hook part having.
- a first on base part 60 Hook part 64 pivoted, which in substantially mirror-symmetrical to the hook-shaped Projection 62 is formed and arranged.
- the Hook part 64 is spring-loaded up against the base part 60 pressed, but can be operated by pressing the Lever 65 from a substantially parallel arrangement moved out to the projection 62 and thus the coupling device 24 can be opened.
- the coupling element 20 with its rail element 68 are released or the coupling device can be pushed over the rail element 68, then the first hook part from below around the edge of the rail element 68 engages and engages of the coupling device 24 on the third coupling element 20 leads.
- the locked position of the hook part 64 can still be fixed using the rotary handle 66, to the game in the connection of coupling element and Eliminate coupling device and at the same time a Securing against unintentional loosening of the first To create hook part 64.
- the coupling element 24 not only dock onto the third coupling element 20, but also to the first and second coupling elements 18 and 19.
- the profiles of the rail elements 68 are therefore designed the same as the profiles of the rail elements 30 and 31.
- the rail element 68 of the coupling element 20 equally spaced from the associated one Plate segment, so that for the coupling elements 18; 19; 20 the same components can be used.
- the third coupling element 20 can also be used as Bracket for a variety of operating tables to be used Devices with standard clamps as holders serve, and on the other hand can plate segments with a coupling device 24 on the side of the - Preferably entire - arranged table top 10 Holding rails, which are designed as third coupling elements 20 be docked so that if necessary a broadening or other functionalization of the Tabletop anywhere along the length of the entire table top 10 can be realized.
