Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIET
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tisch, insbesondere einen Tisch, bei dem die Beine manuell und werkzeuglos von der Tischplatte gelöst werden können. Solche Tische sind wichtig zum Beispiel für Konferenzen, bei denen die Größe der Arbeitsfläche auf den Tischen möglichst schnell der wechselnden Zahl und den unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen der Konferenzteilnehmer angepasst werden muss.
STAND DER TECHNIK
Tische, bei denen die Beine manuell und werkzeuglos von der Tischplatte gelöst werden können, sind auf dem offenen Markt erhältlich, zum Beispiel unter der Produktbezeichnung "Ad Usum". Hersteller solcher Tische ist die Firma Vitra. Der bekannte Tisch umfasst zwei Beinpaare, die an der Unterseite der Tischplatte dadurch befestigt sind, dass ein Bolzen mit einer Hinterschneidung in eine schlüssellochartige Öffnung an der Unterseite der Platte geschoben wird, und die Verbindung anschließend durch eine Schraubverbindung fixiert wird. Dieser bekannte Tisch hat den Nachteil, dass das Befestigen bzw. Lösen der Beine an bzw. von der Tischplatte nur unter optischer Beobachtung, also nicht "blind", möglich ist. Zweckmäßigerweise wird zur Montage der Beinpaare daher die Tischplatte auf die Erde gelegt. Dieser Vorgang ist umständlich und unergonomisch. Außerdem führen Aufbau und Verbindung der Elemente des Tisches zu einer geringen Steifigkeit und Stabilität.
DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Tisch mit manuell und werkzeuglos lösbaren Beinen zu schaffen, der leicht und schnell und möglichst "blind" auf- oder abgebaut werden kann, und der darüberhinaus durch Verkettung mit anderen gleichartigen Tischen zu Konferenzkonfigurationen ausgebaut werden kann, der aber dennoch steif und stabil ist und kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 und der Unteransprüche gelöst.
Der Kern der Erfindung besteht in der Idee, ein die Beine umfassendes selbsttragendes, leicht aufzubauendes Untergestell vorzusehen, auf das dann weitgehend "blind" die Tischplatte aufgesetzt und befestigt werden kann.
Das wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Beine über die Quertraverse mit Auslegern und Riegelbolzen zu Beinpaaren, und diese über die Längstraverse zu dem Untergestell verbunden werden, und an der Unterseite der Tischplatte Riegelschlösser vorgesehen sind, in welche beim Aufsetzen der Platte auf das vormontierte Untergestell die Riegelbolzen einrasten und über den Handgriff leicht verriegelt werden können. Die Verbindung der Längs- mit der Quertraverse erfolgt vorteilhafterweise über eine Keil-Nut-Konstruktion mit Sicherungs-Lasche. Das verbessert die schnelle und einfache Montage des Untergestells weiter.
Aufgrund des einfachen und klaren Konstruktionskonzeptes ist es möglich, die nicht als Halbzeuge erhältlichen Teile, insbesondere Querträger und Keil-Kopfstücke, aus Aluminium-Guss herzustellen. Dadurch erspart man sich spanabhebende Bearbeitung und vereinfacht den Produktionsprozess erheblich. Die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion bietet des weiteren eine große Toleranz hinsichtlich Fabrikationsungenauigkeiten bei den Riegelschlössern an der Tischplatte. Durch die beschriebene Konstruktion der Riegelschlösser kann die Tischplatte in jede Richtung um mindestens 5 mm verschoben werden. Ferner sind die erfindungsgemäßen Tische auch leicht miteinander verkettbar, bei geeigneter Plattenform auch schräg.
KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGEN
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines in Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG
Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Tisch umfasst Beine 1, die an einer Quertraverse 2 angeschraubt sind, eine Längstraverse 3, und eine Platte 4.
Aus Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, dass die Längstraverse 3 an ihrem Ende ein Kopfstück 17 aufweist, das an seiner Oberfläche zwei vertikal verlaufende Keile aufweist, die in Nuten des Querträgers 2 eingesetzt werden können. Ferner ist gezeigt, dass die Quertraverse 2 an ihren Enden Ausleger 10 aufweist, an deren Enden Riegelbolzen 11 mit Handgriff 12 angeordnet sind. Der Handgriff 12 ist als Handrad ausgebildet. Des weiteren ist ein Riegelschloss 13 vorgesehen, das an der Unterseite der Platte 4 befestigt ist.
In Fig. 3 ist die Keil-Nut-Verbindung der Längstraverse 3 mit der Quertraverse 2 näher dargestellt:
Das Kopfstück 17 an der Längstraverse 3 weist zwei Keile 5 auf, die in die korrespondierenden Nuten 7 der Quertraverse 2 spielfrei eingesetzt werden können. Zwischen den beiden Nuten 7 ist an der Quertraverse 2 eine Lasche 8 mit federnden Nasen vorgesehen. Diese Nasen schnappen über den Absatz 6 im Kopfstück 17 der Längstraverse 3 ein, wenn die Keile 5 ihren Endsitz in den Nuten 7 erreicht haben.
Im übrigen sind in Fig. 3 noch Ausnehmungen 9 zu sehen, durch welche Schrauben zum Befestigen der Beine 1 geführt werden.
In den Figuren 4, 5, und 6 sind die Elemente für die Verriegelung der Platte 4 an den Auslegern 10 im einzelnen dargestellt:
Das Riegelschloss 13 ist mittels der Schrauben 18 an der Unterseite der Platte 4 befestigt (nicht gezeigt). Damit korrespondierend ist in der Ausnehmung 16 am Ausleger 10 der Riegelbolzen 11 vorgesehen, der mit dem Handrad 12 verbindbar ist. Der Riegelbolzen 11 weist oben ein Querstück auf. Dieses Querstück liegt zunächst in einer Position wie am linken Teil des Auslegers 10 dargestellt. Wichtig ist, dass das Querstück im abgesenkten Zustand die Ausnehmung 16 überragt. Dadurch kann das Querstück beim Auflegen der Platte 4 auf das Untergestell, bzw. auf die Quertraverse 2, durch Fühlen, also "blind", zu der Öffnung des Riegelschlosses 13 hingeführt werden und in dieses einrasten.
Nach dem Eintritt des Querstücks des Riegelbolzens 11 in das Riegelschloss 13 kann das Handrad 12 gedreht werden. Dadurch stellt sich das Querstück schräg zur länglichen Öffnung des Riegelschlosses, und die Verbindung der Platte 4 mit dem Ausleger 10 der Quertraverse 2 ist hergestellt. Des weiteren kommen die schrägen Anlaufflächen 14, 15 zur Wirkung: sie bewirken, dass der Abstand zwischen Handrad 12 und Ausleger 10 sich vergrössert, wodurch sich eine Klemmung der Verriegelung ergibt.
In Fig. 7 ist schließlich noch eine Tischkonfiguration dargestellt, bei der mehrere Tische nach der Erfindung miteinander verkettet sind. Wie ersichtlich, kann man durch geeignete Form der Platten 4 und eine schräge Ausführung der Keil-Nut-Verbindungen zwischen Längs- und Quertraversen auch Eck-Konfigurationen herstellen.
In Fig. 8 ist endlich noch eine modifizierte Version der in den Figuren 4-6 gezeigten Verriegelung der Platte 4 am Ausleger 10 gezeigt:
Wie ersichtlich, ist in Fig. 8 der Riegelbolzen 11 nicht mittels eines Querstiftes, sondern mittels einer Schraube 20 mit dem Handrad 12 verbunden. Eine Drehung des Handrades 12 wird in diesem Fall mittels Verzahnungen 22, 23, und 24 auf den Riegelbolzen 11 übertragen. Ein besonders wichtiger Unterschied besteht jedoch in der Maßnahme, die schräge Anlauffläche 14 auf einer separaten Scheibe vorzusehen, und zwischen dieser Scheibe und dem Handrad 12 eine Federscheibe 19 anzuordnen, und ferner, am Ende der schrägen Anlauffläche 14 einen horizontalen Flächenteil 21 auszubilden. Die schräge Anlauffläche 15 im Ausleger 16 ist korrespondierend bzw. komplementär dazu ausgebildet. Dadurch kommen im Verriegelungszustand die horizontalen Flächenteile 21 aufeinander zu liegen und ergeben unter der Wirkung der Federscheibe 19 einen stabilen Zustand. Die Verriegelung gemäß Figuren 4-6 ist zwar auch stabil, da die schrägen Flächen durch Reibung gehalten werden, jedoch ist diese Lösung empfindlicher auf Fabrikationstoleranzen. Die in Fig. 8 gezeigte Lösung ist demgegenüber diesbezüglich sehr viel weniger empfindlich.
Um beim Festdrehen des Handrades 12 eine Bewegung über die horizontalen Flächenteile 21 hinaus zu verhindern, sind zweckmäßigerweise auch (nicht gezeichnete) Anschläge, z.B. in Form von kleinen Stehbolzen, vorgesehen.

Claims (10)

  1. Tisch mit mindestens zwei Beinpaaren und einer von diesen getragenen Platte (4), wobei die Beinpaare manuell und werkzeuglos von der Platte (4) lösbar ist,
    gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:
    die Beinpaare werden durch je zwei an einer Quertraverse (2) befestigte Beine (1) gebildet;
    die Beinpaare sind über eine Längstraverse (3) miteinander verbunden; und
    die Quertraverse (2) weist Ausleger (10) mit Ausnehmungen (16) auf, in denen jeweils ein aus einem Riegelbolzen (11) und einem Handgriff (12) bestehendes Riegelelement gehalten ist, und an der Unterseite der Platte (4) ist ein Riegelschloss (13) angebracht, in welches der Riegelbolzen (11) einführbar ist.
  2. Tisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längstraverse (3) an ihren Enden Kopfstücke (17) mit vertikal verlaufenden Keilen (5), und die Quertraverse (2) an ihrer Seitenmitte keilförmige Nuten (7) aufweist, wobei Keile (5) und Nuten (7) aufeinander abgestimmt sind derart, dass die Keile (5) in die Nuten (7) spielfrei einsetzbar sind.
  3. Tisch nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Kopfstück (17) ein Absatz (6) vorgesehen ist, und in der Quertraverse (2) im Bereich der Nuten (7) eine Lasche (8) mit einer federnden Nase, derart, dass beim Einführen eines Keils (5) der Längstraverse (3) in die korrespondierende Nut (7) der Quertraverse (2) im Endzustand die Nase der Lasche (8) über den Absatz (6) schnappt.
  4. Tisch nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopfstücke (17) und die Quertraversen (2) aus Aluminium-Guss bestehen, und die Lasche (8) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  5. Tisch nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel des Keils (5) bzw. der korrespondierenden Nut (7) zwecks Vermeidung von Selbsthemmung größer als 8° ist, vorzugsweise zwischen 8° und 20° liegt.
  6. Tisch nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quertraverse (2) auf beiden Seiten Nuten (7) aufweist, die zu den Keilen (5) an den Kopfstücken (17) komplementär sind.
  7. Tisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegelbolzen (11) oben ein Querstück aufweist, das in die Ausnehmung (16) passt und im abgesenkten Zustand diese an Höhe überragt, derart, dass beim Aufsetzen der Platte (4) auf das Untergestell das Querstück durch Fühlen in das Riegelschloss (13) einsetzbar ist.
  8. Tisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einerseits am Handgriff (12) und andererseits am Ausleger (10) schräge Anlaufflächen (14, 15) vorgesehen sind, derart, dass beim Drehen des Handgriffs (12) der Riegelbolzen (11) auf und ab bewegt wird.
  9. Tisch nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schrägen Anlaufflächen (14,15) am Ende in einen horizontalen Flächenteil (21) auslaufen, und zwischen dem Handgriff (12) und der die schrägen Anlaufflächen (14) am Handgriff (12) tragenden Scheibe eine Federscheibe (19) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Tisch nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche an einem Kopfstück (17), auf der die Keile (5) vorgesehen sind, schräg zur Längsrichtung der Längstraverse (3) steht.
