Abstract
Description
- les figures 1A et 1B illustrent un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif selon la présente invention;
- les figures 2A et 2B illustrent un second mode de réalisation du dispositif selon la présente invention; et
- les figures 3A-3B illustrent un troisième mode de réalisation du dispositif selon la présente invention.
- Le moyen élastique, destiné à absorber la surpression à l'intérieur de la chemise 2 est constitué d'un ressort hélicoïdal 40 dont une extrémité 41 est en butée contre le fond 47 de l'organe de manoeuvre 4, et dont l'autre extrémité 42 porte l'organe formant écrou 7. Le ressort peut être en métal ou en matériau thermoplastique. L'élasticité du ressort 40 est telle, que la résistance qu'il offre à la compression soit inférieure à la force d'accrochage du capot 27 sur la chemise 2, de manière à absorber au moins en partie la surpression à l'intérieur de la chemise. L'organe formant écrou 7, est ainsi monté de manière flottante sur le ressort 40. L'écrou 7 est couplé en rotation avec l'organe de manoeuvre 4 au moyen d'une rainure longitudinale 45 ménagée sur la surface intérieure de l'organe de manoeuvre 4, et dans laquelle coulisse une portion 46 dudit écrou 7. Le fond 47 de l'organe de manoeuvre peut être un fond rapporté pour en faciliter le démoulage, ainsi que pour faciliter le montage du dispositif.
- La hauteur axiale de l'organe de manoeuvre est supérieure à la hauteur de l'organe de manoeuvre du mode de réalisation précédent, de manière à pouvoir y loger le ressort 40. Le bourrelet d'accrochage 26 du capot 27 est porté par l'extrémité supérieure de l'organe de manoeuvre 4.
- Un évent 43 est ménagé dans le fond 47 de l'organe de manoeuvre 4 de manière à chasser l'air, comprimé en réponse à la réduction de volume résultant de la compression du ressort 40.
- L'étanchéité sous la cupule est assurée au moyen d'un joint torique 44 monté sur la périphérie du plateau transversal 23 formé par l'extrémité 19 de la tige filetée 8. Un tel joint peut être réalisé avantageusement en matériau élastomérique.
- Le fond 24 de la cupule 11 est directement en contact avec le plateau transversal 23 avec lequel la cupule 11 est couplée à la fois en rotation et en translation. La cupule 11 est couplée en rotation avec la chemise 2 au moyen d'un ergot 101 prévu sur la surface extérieure de la cupule 11, et apte à coulisser dans une rainure longitudinale 102 ménagée dans la surface intérieure de la chemise 2. Alternativement, la tige filetée 8, peut être couplée en rotation avec la chemise 2, par le seul frottement réalisé par le joint torique 44 contre la surface intérieure de la chemise 2. Alternativement encore, la cupule 11 peut former une seule pièce avec la tige filetée 8.
- La cupule 11 comporte une pluralité de pattes 100, espacées régulièrement, et faisant saillie à l'intérieur de la cupule 11, de manière à permettre l'accrochage du produit à l'intérieur de la cupule 11. Ces pattes 100 sont obtenues de moulage avec la cupule 11. Une telle caractéristique est particulièrement avantageuse lorsque le produit est coulé directement dans la cupule.
Claims (15)
- Dispositif (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit sous forme d'un raisin (12) disposé dans une cupule (11), pouvant, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, se déplacer axialement à l'intérieur d'une chemise (2) entre une position de stockage et une position d'application, un organe (14, 44) assurant une étanchéité sous la cupule (11), ladite chemise (2) comportant un bord libre délimitant un orifice de sortie (30), obturé de manière étanche par un élément de fermeture amovible (27, 28), caractérisé en ce que des moyens élastiques (25, 40) sont prévus sous ledit organe (14, 44), pour, en cas de surpression à l'intérieur de la chemise (2), notamment lors du montage de l'élément de fermeture (27, 28) sur l'orifice de sortie (30), provoquer un déplacement axial de la cupule (11), dans la direction opposée audit orifice de sortie (30), et absorber ainsi au moins en partie ladite surpression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques (25, 40) sont constitués d'un bloc de mousse (25) ou d'un élément en matériau élastomérique, notamment sous forme d'un soufflet.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques (25, 40) sont réalisés en un matériau choisi parmi les mousses de chlorure de polyvinyle, de polyuréthanne, de polyéther, de caoutchouc naturel ou synthétique, ou les élastomères de Polynorbordene®, de silicone ou de nitrile.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéité sous la cupule (11) est assurée au moyen d'une lèvre d'étanchéité (14) formée par un bord libre (15) de la cupule (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéité sous la cupule (11) est assurée au moyen d'un joint torique (44).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la fermeture étanche dudit orifice de sortie (30) est assurée au moyen d'un opercule thermoplastique (28) monté à l'intérieur d'un capuchon amovible (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques (25, 40) sont constitués d'un ressort (40).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le déplacement axial de la cupule (11) entre la position de stockage et la position d'application est provoqué par la mise en rotation relative d'une tige filetée (8) disposée sous la cupule (11), et d'un organe formant écrou (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que l'organe formant écrou (7) est couplé en rotation avec un organe de manoeuvre (4) monté libre en rotation par rapport à la chemise (2), la tige filetée (8) étant couplée en rotation avec la chemise (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9 caractérisé en ce que l'organe formant écrou (7) est monté flottant axialement sur lesdits moyens élastiques (40), lesdits moyens élastiques (40) comprenant une première extrémité (42) en butée axiale sur ledit organe formant écrou (7), et une seconde extrémité (41) en butée axiale contre une portion fixe axialement (103, 47) de l'organe de manoeuvre (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce qu'un évent (13) est prévu au voisinage du fond de la cupule (11) de manière à permettre de chasser l'air hors de la cupule (11) lors du montage du raisin (12) dans la cupule (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que la cupule (11) comporte au moins un organe (100), apte à permettre l'accrochage du raisin (12) à l'intérieur de la cupule (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que ledit organe (100) est formé d'au moins une patte (100) faisant saillie radialement à l'intérieur de la cupule (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'un évent (43) est formé en dessous de l'organe (14, 44) formant étanchéité sous la cupule (11).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un raisin (12) de rouge à lèvres, de fond de teint, ou d'une composition traitante.
